Abstract

The Influence of Economic Growth, Population Growth, Investment Growth, and Human Development Index on Inequality of Revenue Distribution in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Year 2007-2014. This research is descriptive, the approach used in this research is quantitative approach because the research data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The secondary data used in econometric analysis in this study is panel data in annual form. Time series data is used from 2007-2014. Cross section data includes 5 districts / cities in Yogyakarta Special Region. The results showed economic growth and population growth did not affect the inequality of income distribution in the District / City of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Year 2007-2014. Investment growth has a negative and significant effect on income income inequality in the District / City of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Year 2007-2014. Human Development Index (HDI) has a positive and significant effect on income income inequality in the District / City of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Year 2007-2014.

Abstract

Increasing Rural Economic Resources Promoting Economic Globalization. This research is a test of action without research ie the researcher does not conduct systematic research in accordance with the rules of research methodology to know the problems, diseases, potential or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat organizations. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the government efforts to improve the rural economy while the purpose of this research is to know the government's efforts in improving the rural economy, especially in the Village Jrahi Gunungwungkal District Pati. This research tries to annul a basic potency of rural economic resource in Pati Regency. Economic resources in Pati District, especially in Jrahi Village, Gunungwungkal District is a productive economic resource that has been dormant, or better known only to create raw materials, then from raw materials are distributed to those in need and then through a process with significant results. The result of this research is agriculture product, especially chocolate with high level of permentation, so that the value produced from the brown farm has a good value compared to chocolate in Indonesia. However, without the attention of the central government, then of course the agricultural products are inferior to products that already have brands in Indonesia

Abstract

Oil Price and Economic Growth in Indonesia Period 1984-2014. Oil prices and economic growth are important indicators for the performance of a country's development in terms of natural resources. This study aims to test and create empirical evidence of a two-way relationship of influence between oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia: (1) Effect of oil prices, non-oil consumption and mining sector investment on economic growth. (2) Effect of economic growth, and non-oil consumption on oil prices. This study uses time series data from 1984-2014. The method used is descriptive and econometric approach of simultaneous equation model analysis with two stages of least squares method (Two Stage Least Square / 2SLS). The results show that there is a two-way relationship between oil prices and economic growth. Economic growth and non-oil consumption have a significant effect on oil prices. Similarly, oil prices and mining sector investment have a positive effect on economic growth, while non-oil consumption negatively affected the growth of economists in Indonesia during the period of study 1984-2014

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Self Efficacy, Expectation of Results and Personal Interest on Career Options Financial Consultants: Study of Management Study Students in Surakarta. The purpose of this study is to test the self efficacy, outcome expectation and personal interests that can affect career choice as a financial consultant on student management program at PTS in Surakarta. Samples of 103 students were used to be analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques and assisted with SPSS 22 software. The results show that self efficacy, outcome expectation and personal interest have a positive effect on the choice of career students at financial consultants. The findings also show that results expectations are the most influencing factors for students to choose a financial consultant career. Abstrak: Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Ekspektasi Hasil Dan Ketertarikan Personal Pada Pilihan Karir Konsultan Keuangan: Studi Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Di Surakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji self efficacy, ekspektasi hasil dan ketertarikan personal yang dapat mempengaruhi pilihan karir sebagai konsultan keuangan pada program manajemen mahasiswa di PTS Surakarta. Sampel dari 103 siswa digunakan untuk dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dan dibantu dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 22. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy, ekspektasi hasil dan ketertarikan personal memiliki efek positif pada pilihan karir mahasiswa pada konsultan keuangan. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi hasil adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh bagi mahasiswa untuk memilih karir sebagai konsultan keuangan. Kata Kunci: Self efficacy, ekspektasi hasil, ketertarikan personal, pilihan karir

Abstract

The Influence of Corporate Governance on Financial Performance in Banking Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2014. This research is aimed to find the influence of corporate governance on the bank’s financial perfomance. This study uses secondary dara from annual report obtained from IDX. The selection of samples is carried out by purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple liear regression. Corporate governance consist of  board of directors, audit committee, and institusional ownership. While the measurement of financial performance is measured by Return on Equity (ROE). This research was conducted on the entire banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. The total sample is 108 companies within four years of research. Based on the analysis results it is known that the board of directors of positive influence on the financial performance banking, and the audit committee is positive effect on the financial performance banking

Abstract

Effect of Perceptions of Effectiveness, Perception of Complexity, and Perceptions of Taxpayers' Satisfaction on the Use of E-Filing for Individual Taxpayers in the Kudus City. Taxes are a very important source of state income. Various kinds of breakthroughs related to the development of technology and information, then the Directorate General of Taxes introduced Electronic System Filing or better known as the e-filing system. Implementation of e-filing system will greatly assist taxpayers in reporting taxes, but in this case several different taxpayer perceptions about this system will affect the use of the system. This study aims to determine how the influence between perceptions of usefulness, perceptions of complexity and user satisfaction perceptions of the use of e-filing, especially for personal taxpayers in the area of the Kudus City. Analysis of data used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results showed that the perception of usefulness, user satisfaction perceptions affect the use of e-filing. But the perception of complexity does not affect the use of e-filing.

Abstract

Abstract: Self Consept Ability Mediates the Effect of Motivation on Performance. This study aims to find out 1) the direct effect of motivation on performance, 2) the indirect effect of motivation on mediated self-concept performance. The subjects of this study were 60 female cashew craftsmen. Samples were taken by census technique. Data collection was obtained through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. To test the hypothesis, Path Analysis analysis method is used. The results of this study indicate that 1) motivation directly affects performance, 2) self concept has a positive effect on the effect of motivation on performance. Self-concept conclusions are able to mediate the influence of motivation on the performance of women cashew craftsmen group is significant positive because it helps in overcoming problems that exist in workers individually or in groups better and Self-concept is able to encourage hard work to improve performance. Abstrak: Kemampuan Self Consept Memediasi  Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kinerja, 2) pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi self-concept, Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 60 wanita kelompok pengrajin mete. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sensus. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan kuesioner. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan  metode analisis  Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja , 2) self concept mempunyai efek positif pada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulan Self-concept mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja wanita kelompok pengrajin mete signifikan positif  karena membantu dalam mengatasi masalah yang ada dalam diri pekerja secara individual maupun kelompok dengan lebih baik dan Self-concept mampu mendorong usaha keras untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, kinerja dan self-concept

Abstract

The influence of Socio-Culture on Economic Resilience (Case Study on Economic Sector of Informal Sector in Hamlet Karang Padang, Serut Village, Gedang Sari Sub-District, Gunung Kidul Regency). Development can be formulated as a systematic and planned effort to improve the quality of life of people and society in a sustainable manner, utilizing the available resources optimally, efficiently, effectively and accountably, so as to form socio-cultural resilience .. Socio-cultural resilience, can have a direct impact on economic resilience . Socio-cultural resilience has a very close cohesion relationship with economic resilience. This study aims to analyze the common thread between Socio-cultural Resilience, as well as economic Resilience. The author tries to examine the socio-cultural life especially related to the behavior of kinship and social solidarity of the informal economy actors of the people of Karangpadang Hamlet in its contribution to economic resilience in the area of Gunung Kidul Regency of Yogyakarta Province. The result of the analysis shows that the socio-cultural life (in kinship system) of Karangpadang Hamlet, Serut Village, Gedangsari District, Gunungkidul Regency are very strong, they are very concerned in preserving and developing the existing tradition, not the exception of the people working outside the region as economic actors the informal sector. This makes the level of socio-cultural Resilience in this area is very high. The attachment of the informal sector of the informal economy to the regions of origin is very strong, it can be seen from the behavior of those who always bring the results of their work to home areas, both for household purposes and for investment purposes (houses, land, rice fields) and social activities culture (tradition). This will increase the velocity of money in the area of origin and able to bring the welfare of local communities so that the level of Social and Cultural Resilience contribute to the increasing level of Economic Resilience

Abstract

Abstract: Effect of Macroeconomic Variables on Indonesian Trade (VECM Approach). This study aims to analyze the influence of industrial value added and macroeconomic variables on Indonesia's trade in the face of World Free Trade. The model used in the research is the VECM model (or Vector Error Correction Model), a derivative method from VAR. The results of the study show that in the short term and long term trade has a significant effect on trade itself, then there are four independent variables that have a significant effect on trade. The four independent variables, namely last year's gross domestic income, Gross Fixed Capital Formation last year, the exchange rate and industrial value added last year. Abstrak: Pengaruh Variabel Ekonomi Makro Terhadap Perdagangan Indonesia (Pendekatan VECM). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh nilai tambah industri dan variabel ekonomi makro terhadap perdagangan Indonesia dalam menghadapi Perdagangan Bebas Dunia. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah model VECM (atau Vector Error Correction Model) merupakan metode turunan dari VAR. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dalam jangka pendek  dan jangka panjang perdagangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perdagangan itu sendiri, kemudian terdapat empat variabel independen yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perdagangan. Abstract

The Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Location on Loyalty with Satisfaction and Image as Mediation Variable on Consumen Solo Restaurant. To know consumer attitudes toward their products, companies need to conduct research on the factors contained in these products that can encourage the creation of a buying motive. By analyzing consumer responses to product quality, price, location, image and loyalty, the company can assess which factors are not in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers. Based on this research, this study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and location on loyalty with satisfaction and image as a mediation variable in Solo restaurant customers. The sample taken in this study is 20% of the population of 200 consumers. By random sampling technique by random. Analytical technique using path analysis. The results showed that product quality significantly influenced consumer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Location has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on image. Price has significant effect on image. Location has significant effect on image. Product quality significantly influences consumer loyalty. Price has a significant effect on loyalty. Location has a significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty. The image has a significant effect on the results of path analysis shows that: The use of intervening satisfaction for product quality variables on loyalty is effective and the image intervening is not effective. The use of satisfaction and image intervening for price variables on loyalty is ineffective. The use of satisfaction and image intervening for location variables is effective
