Abstract

Abstrct: Gas Consumption of Household and Industrial Sectors and Oil Fuels As Assets of the Transportation Sector Viewed from Its Characteristics in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The characteristics of gas consumption in the household and industrial sectors as well as the fuel oil of the transportation sector in the Province of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) have been carried out. This research uses data from field surveys in January 2016. Average gas consumption in DIY for household sector is 90 kg/year and industrial sector is 395.98 kg/year. The fuel consumption of the transportation sector for motorcycles is 208 liters/year and the car is 956 liters/year. 73.65% respondents of transportation sector willing to be converted to gas fuel and the remaining 26.35% not willing. Abstrak: Konsumsi Gas Sektor Rumah Tangga Dan Industri Serta Bahan Bakar Minyak Sebagai Aset Sektor Transportasi Ditinjau Dari Karakteristiknya Di Daerah Isitmewa Yogyakarta.  Telah dilakukan karakteristik konsumsi gas sektor rumah tangga dan industri serta BBM sektor transportasi di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Penelitian ini menggunakan data survei lapangan pada bulan Januari 2016. Rata-rata konsumsi gas di DIY untuk sektor rumah tangga sebesar 90 kg/tahun dan sektor industri 395,98 kg/tahun. Konsumsi BBM sektor transportasi untuk motor sebesar 208 liter/tahun dan mobil 956 liter/tahun. 73,65% responden sektor transportasi bersedia dikonversikan ke bahan bakar gas dan sisanya 26,35% tidak bersedia.             Kata kunci: gas, bbm, rumah tangga, industri, transportasi, aset

Abstract

Abstract: The Relationship between Intensity of Market Competition and Interactive Control System on  Organizational Performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between intensity of market competition, interactive control system and organizational performance in manufacturing companies in Central Java Indonesia. The research data was collected from a survey of financial directors / managers or accounting / manager accounting manufacturing companies in Central Java, Indonesia. 529 questionnaires were distributed, 145 could not be found because of their busy schedule and 384 questionnaires were returned, 19 did not fulfill the requirements, so 365 respondents were used in data analysis. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and uses AMOS 19 Software. The findings of this study indicate that the relationship between the intensity of market competition and interactive control systems has a positive and significant relationship. In addition, interactive control systems and organizational performance also have a significant positive relationship. Abstrak: Hubungan antara Intensitas Persaingan Pasar dan Sistem Kontrol Interaktif pada Kinerja Organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara intensity of market competition, interactive control system dan organizational performance di perusahaan manufaktur di Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari survei direktur/manajer keuangan atau kontroller/manajer akuntansi perusahaan manufaktur di Jawa Tengah Indonesia. 529 kuesioner dibagikan, 145 tidak bisa ditemui karena kesibukannya dan 384 kuesioner dikembalikan, 19 tidak memenuhi syarat, sehingga 365 responden yang digunakan dalam analisis data. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan AMOS 19 Software. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara intensitas persaingan pasar  dan sistem pengendalian interaktif memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikans. Abstract

Effect of Product and Price Quality on Consumer Buying Interests Mediated by Brand Image and Brand Trust (Study on Consumers of Ikat "ARIMBI" in Sragen Regency). The development of fashion design in this modern era has experienced a very rapid development, even consumers' buying interest has shifted to modern designs and most of them forget about traditional products one of which is ikat weaving. Sragen Regency has a weaving industry that has been started since 2012. Typical Sragen woven fabric "Arimbi". Is one of the many traditional woven fabric products similar in Indonesia. Looking at this phenomenon, the research team proposed research related to the role of brand image and brand trust as a mediating variable between product quality and price to consumer buying interest, this was intended to make the weaving industry know what factors were causing consumers' interest in buying crafts. "ARIMBI" woven cloth is one of the superior products of Sragen Regency. The population in this study were consumers who wore "Arimbi" weaving in Sragen Regency. In this study the number of consumers using woven fabric "Arimbi: not known with certainty so to calculate the minimum number of samples needed using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 150 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using convenience sampling with the analysis method used is path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on brand image. Prices have a significant effect on brand image. Product quality has a significant effect on brand trust. Prices have a significant effect on brand trust. Product quality has a significant effect on buying interest. Prices have a significant effect on buying interest. Brand image has a significant effect on buying interest. Brand trust has a significant effect on buying interest. Path Analysis Results: the effect of product quality and price on buying interest through brand image is smaller than the direct effect so that the most effective path is direct path. The effect of product quality and price on buying interest through brand trust is less than the direct influence so that the most effective pathway is the direct path. Product quality variables are the most dominant variables in influencing consumers' buying interest of "Arimbi" Ikat Weaving in Sragen Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and test the influence of interest rates, service procedures and the speed of service on customer trust and decision to take credit at BRI in the Surakarta Region. The population in this study is credit customers above Rp. 500,000,000.00 at BRI in the Surakarta Region with 880 customers. The sample in this study is 10% of the population that is equal to 88 customers, rounded up to 100 respondents in order to get better results. The analysis technique in this study uses the instrument test, t test, F test, test coefficient of determination and path analysis. The Hypothesis Test results are that interest rates have a significant effect on customer trust. Service procedures have a significant effect on customer trust. Service speed has no significant effect on customer trust. Interest rates have a significant effect on credit decision making. Service procedures have a significant effect on credit decision making. Service speed has a significant effect on credit decision making. Trust has a significant effect on credit decision making. The results of the F test can be summed up together with variable interest rates, service procedures, service speed, and trust influencing credit decision making. The results of the coefficient of determination show that 98.2% interest rates, service procedures and service speed influence the decision to take credit at BRI in the Surakarta region. The results of path analysis show that the direct effect of service speed on credit decision making is the most dominant influence in influencing credit decision making at BRI in the Surakarta region.

Abstract

Visitor Satisfaction is a comparison between the performance expected by the customer compared to the actual performance in the field. When actual performance is higher than customer expectations, the customer feels satisfied and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of managers in providing good service to tourists and measuring customer satisfaction to the services provided while in Taman Sari Yogyakarta Tourism Object, by knowing the quality of performance of officers or managers in providing services to tourists are expected to be able to make improvements and evaluation of the management of servants so that the object of Taman Sari Cultural Tourism can be a tourist attraction that is in demand by tourists not only because of its tourist attraction but because of the quality of the servants who are good to tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the number of patients visiting Dental Care & Aesthetic Center, Jln. Taman Ratu blok BB1, No. 2A, Jakarta Barat, with the analysis technique used is to use a forecasting method approach consisting of seven methods namely moving average, exponential smoothing, trend projection, additive decomposition, average all, additive decomposition CMA multiplicative decomposition average all, multiplicative decomposition CMA, and period from January 2017 to September 2018. From the results of the research using seven forecasting methods, the smallest MAD is 39.66634 and the smallest MSE is 2.305.762, in the multiplicative decomposition average all method showed that the data showed the forecasting of the number of patients visiting Dental Care & Aesthetic Center in the October 2018 period amounting to 293,0451 patients. In addition, in this study the decision tree method is used for making alternative decisions which should be done by the company, the result of decision making using decision trees is to open a new branch in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

The tourism industry is growing rapidly so research in tourism is also growing rapidly. This study aims to examine the tourist behavior intention in the future, especially post visiting the behavior intention. The problem raised is). Does service quality have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction?. 2. Does the tourist experience have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction?. 3. Does service quality have a significant effect on tourist trust?. 4. Do tourist experiences have a significant effect on tourist trust?. Does tourist satisfaction have a significant effect on tourist trust? The research was carried out at tourist sites, namely the lake of the Wonosobo trail. The sample used was Telaga Menjer visitors who first visited Telaga Menjer tourism object. The number of samples is 115 respondents. The method used is systematic random sampling with analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction, There is a significant influence of Tourist Experience on Tourist Satisfaction, There is a significant effect of Service Quality on Tourist Trust, There is a significant influence of Tourist Experience on Tourist Trust, There is a significant influence Satisfaction Tourists towards Tourist Trust.

Abstract

In this research, a study conducted about how working motivation can influence someone works with the satisfaction aspect as the media. This research was intend to know the influence of working motivation to an employee performance, influence of work satisfaction to an employee performance and how intervening someone satisfaction of their works with influence of their work motivation will do to PT. Telkom Telekomunikasi Riau Kepulauan – Batam workers works. The population on this research is based on all the workers in with the sum of 128 employees. The technic that used for this research is using purposive sampling, which means a technic to selectively choose a sample so the samples will define the whole population even only with 56 employee.Some of its employees are 43 people or 76,8%, over 50 years old as many as 23 respondents or 41,1%, S1 educated as many as 30 respondents or 53,6% with 21-30 years working period there are 30 people or 53,6%. Method used for data gathering is using a questionnaire form.  The proposed hypothesis, will be tested statistically with structural equation modelling technic, with the help of SMATPL 3.2.7 program to tested the relation between these three variables. The research resulted with 1) Working motivation significantly influence working satisfaction, 2) Working satisfaction significantly influence employee performance, 3) Working motivations positively influence and significantly to employee work performance and work motivation positively influence and significantly to employee work performance with the media of employee working satisfaction in PT. Telkom Telekomuniasi Riau Kepulauan – Batam. This research implicated how PT. Telkom Telekomuniasi Riau Kepulauan – Batam management rise employee working performance by giving the employee motivation and satisfaction by working with them. The desire to controls and the satisfaction on having partners in works become the major issue that being the concern of management to boost up employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the bank interest rates, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing loans, Return On Assets and Loan to Deposit Ratio significantly influence the amount of loans channeled by banks. The analysis technique used by regression, the samples in this study include: Banking companies in the Surakarta region that have been registered with Bank Indonesia that has been Go Public. National commercial banks that have complete data needed in this research variable. The results of this study indicate that the interest rates have a positive and significant effect, the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative but not significant effect, the variable Net Performing Loan (NPL) has a negative and significant effect. The variable Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive but not significant effect, the variable Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a positive and significant effect on lending to MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how customer brand relationship, wheter strong consumer brand love influences willingness to spread positive word of mouth directly or  through brand commitment. This research is a survey research, conducted in 5 cinema locations in Palembang. The analysis method uses mediated regression analysis. So the results of this study can explain whether brand love influences brand commitment and willingness to spread positive word of mouth.
