Abstract

Higher education is a place of knowledge transfer with the certain framework set by a trusted institution. Nevertheless, the concept of knowledge transfer was still limited to a qualitative or tentative which made the output was only the micro scale of the institution scope. It was not appropriate to the goal of learning process in a very broad sense, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The objective of the study was to know the influence of entrepreneurship subject on students’ interest in entrepreneurship  at Institut Pesantren Mathaliul Falah (IPMAFA) Pati with hidden curriculum as the intervening variable. It used WarpsPls analysis to test the model directly and directly. The samples of the study were 30 Islamic banking students who got entrepreneurship subject and Islamic community development who did not get the entrepreneurship subject. The results of this study explained that the entrepreneurship subject influenced students’ interest in entrepreneurship and the second model test results showed that hidden curriculum was not able to become the intervening variable for students’ interest in entrepreneurshipPerguruan tinggi merupakan tempat transfer ilmu dengan kerangka yang telah ditetapkan oleh lembaga yang dipercaya. Namun demikian, konsep dari proses transfer ilmu masih sebatas kualitatif atau bahkan tentatif sehingga ouput yang dihasilkan masih berkutat pada skala mikro dari lingkup lembaga. Hal ini belum selaras dengan tujuan proses pembelajaran yang mempunyai arti sangat luas, baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Institut Pesantren Mathaliul Falah (IPMAFA) Pati dengan hidden curriculum sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis WarpsPls dengan menguji model langsung dan tidak langsung. Sampel yang diteliti adalah mahasiswa dengan Prodi Perbankan Syariah dan mahasiswa Prodi Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang telah mendapatkan Matakuliah Kewirausahaan dan yang belum mendapatkan Matakuliah Kewirausahaan dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Matakuliah Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha dan hasil uji model yang kedua menjelaskan bahwa hidden curriculum tidak mampu menjadi variabel intervening bagi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the loyalty of KSPS customers by maximizing the product of sharia banks. It used descriptive quantitative research to collect primary data as the data source. The populations of this study were all KSPS clients, while the sample collection technique used non-probability sampling with accidental sampling type, so the respondents were 100 active customers. The results of this study showed that the products of sharia banks are able to give contribution to the customers’ loyalty in KSPS. Empirically,t-value is greater than t table and significant value is less than 5%. It proves that customers dare to give information to friends, especially if they would make a transaction, either saving or borrowing using the contract in accordance with Islam so it will bee free from usury things.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze pricing and promote strategies to increase customer loyalty of sharia banks in Kudus, Central Java, Indonesia. This research method using qualitative and quantitative approach. The data used is time series data. The population of this study are customers who actively transact in Islamic banks in Kudus. Sampling technique using non probability sampling with accidental type of sampling. So the number of respondents needed in this research is a number of 100 active bank customers. The analytical method uses correlational descriptive analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), correlational assumption test and classical assumption test using AMOS 20 software. The result of this research explains that price and promotion contribute to increase customer and product loyalty which can become empirical variable. This proves that Sharia Bank is expected to have a special strategy to increase customer loyalty. How to increase loyalty in addition to improving the quality of Islamic banking products such as murobahah, musyarokah and mudharobah is to improve the characteristics of macro and Sharia micro finance institutions. This is because the excess of syariah bank products has never been found in conventional financial institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

 This study aims to distinguish between conventional banks and Islamic banks before and after Spin Off. The population and samples are Islamic banks in 2011 - 2013 before spin off and 2013 - 2016 after the spin off totaling 5 banks. The design of this study uses descriptive analytics, with the results of the study there are differences in Islamic banks that do spin offs.

Abstract

Peran lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia seperti sekarang ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi pembangunan nasional, jika dilihat pada sektor yang menjadi tujuan utama adalah peran dan eksistensi lembaga keuangan mikro khususnya bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di pedesaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurai peran kinerja lembaga keuangan mikro syariah bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di pedesaan, karena lokasinya sangat jauh dari peradaban kota sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk jarak tempuh bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di pedesaan. Yang kedua adalah perilaku masyarakat dalam upaya mensikapi adanya lembaga keuangan mikro syariah di lingkungannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen riset yang mana variabel independen merupakan variabel manipulasi, sehingga seringkali disebut sebagai variabel penjelas dari variabel dependen, sampelnya adalah warga atau masyarakat yang terlibat langsung dengan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yang berasa di desa Tempur Kabupaten Jepara Jawa tengah Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampelnya adalah 100 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah lembaga keuangan mikro syariah sangat menjunjung nilai-nilai yang terkandung dari ajaran Islam, yaitu menggunakan akad syariah untuk bertransaksi, selain itu karena jarak tempuh yang jauh dari pusat kota, maka sebagian masyarakat dan tenaga pemasaran lembaga keuangan mikro tersebut menjalin kerja sama yang baik untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, minat belajar dan persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi dosen terhadap pemahaman IFRS. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode acak (randomly sampling method) yaitu mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi Universitas Muria Kudus sebanyak 90 mahasiswa. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bukti bahwa : kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, minat belajar dan persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi dosen tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman IFRS.   Kata Kunci : kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, persepsi mahasiswa, pemahaman IFRS

Abstract

Increasing Rural Economic Resources Promoting Economic Globalization. This research is a test of action without research ie the researcher does not conduct systematic research in accordance with the rules of research methodology to know the problems, diseases, potential or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat organizations. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the government efforts to improve the rural economy while the purpose of this research is to know the government's efforts in improving the rural economy, especially in the Village Jrahi Gunungwungkal District Pati. This research tries to annul a basic potency of rural economic resource in Pati Regency. Economic resources in Pati District, especially in Jrahi Village, Gunungwungkal District is a productive economic resource that has been dormant, or better known only to create raw materials, then from raw materials are distributed to those in need and then through a process with significant results. The result of this research is agriculture product, especially chocolate with high level of permentation, so that the value produced from the brown farm has a good value compared to chocolate in Indonesia. However, without the attention of the central government, then of course the agricultural products are inferior to products that already have brands in Indonesia

Abstract

SPT reporting system began to follow the development of information technology (online and in real time), is Efilling.The use of E- Filling provide convenience of taxpayers reporting tax return. This study aims to determinefactors that affect the interests of individual taxpayers to use E Filling. Research was conducted on an individualtaxpayer (entrepreneur) in Pati regency. The method used is the method of regression analysis. The data used in thisstudy are primary data, using a questionnaire.
