Abstract

This paper discusses the study results of the relationship between strategy, management control system and performance measurement system. Based on the literature review results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between strategy, management control system, performance measurement system and organizational performance. Organizations need a strategy to achieve vision, mission and goals of organization. In the process of formulating strategy, organizations need to pay attention to strategic capabilities and resources, business environment or level of competition and capital structure. Furthermore, in the process of implementing strategy, a system is needed which can be used to ensure that the organization has implemented a strategy in line with the organization objectives. Therefore, control system and performance measurement system are needed which are synergistic or in line with the established strategy so that the organization can continue in innovating and it will enhance capability and competitiveness which will ultimately improve organizational performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies carried out by the managers of Prambanan Temple in increasing foreign tourist visits, the obstacles faced in increasing foreign tourist visits to visit Prambanan temple, and how to overcome the obstacles faced in increasing foreign tourist visits to the Prambanan Temple. The method used in this study was the observation method by the researchers directly observing Prambanan Temple in Yogyakarta and direct interviews with Prambanan Temple Managers both at the unit branch and at the center. The method used in this study is the theory of triangulation methods, namely from the data sources researchers draw conclusions. Data analysis of this study uses an interactive analysis model consisting of three activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this study are promotional strategies carried out by Prambanan Temple Managers in increasing foreign tourist visits by conducting promotional and sales activities in collaboration with related stakeholders including Travel Agents, Ministry of Tourism, Indonesian Embassy, VITO, Managers of the overseas world heritage, through exhibitions, Sales Mission, table top and invite Family Trip for overseas tourism actors. Constraints faced by Prambanan Temple managers in increasing visits by foreign tourists to visit Prambanan temple are: a). Accessibility / Direct Flights from abroad to Jogja are still very limited which results in less competitive tour packages in Jogja, especially for visiting Prambanan Temple, b) competition with world heritage abroad, c). The occurrence of various natural disasters and security issues which resulted in a travel warning from potential countries of the foreign tourist market. How to overcome the obstacles faced by managers in increasing foreign tourist visits to visit Prambanan temple are: a). Increasing promotional activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to the Existing and Newmarket. b) improve the quality of services in tourism objects and improve access to information about products and services. c). Cooperate with distribution channels and online travel agents in destination ticket sales. d). Development of products and facilities that are in line with the concept of preservation of cultural heritage. The conclusion of this research is that the promotion strategies carried out by foreign managers both in units or centers have been carried out as much as possible and in various ways such as through exhibitions, Sales Missions, table top and inviting Family Trips to foreign tourists. And suggestions from this study required a lot of understanding human resources in IT to support promotional activities in the coming year. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of PNPM Mandiri Rural fund distribution in two regencies in Central Java region namely Sragen regency, Sukoharjo regency, while East Java region is represented by Madiun Regency and Ngawi Regency. Second year research objective: to find out whether PNPM Mandiri Rural needs to proceed and if continued what needs to be added. The research method used is quantitative research with data collection through questionnaire, indef interview, observation using area sampling and snowball sampling. The result of the research is the distribution procedure has been run well. The occurrence of irregularities due to difficult field conditions to meet the criteria of the program, the performance of UMKM beneficiaries both in Central Java and East Java became better than before and the performance of MSMEs in Central Java better than MSMEs in East Java after receiving business capital assistance from PNPM. PNPM Mandiri program should be resumed even with different names. Key words: Poverty, PNPM Mandiri

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Profitability, corporate governance (board size) and Capital Structure to Price to book value (PBV) which is a measurement of company value. This study uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test. The sample used is a non-financial company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2016. Variables tested in this research is the development of variables used by Sri Hermuningsih, (2013). Company value is used as a dependent variable. The result of this research mentioned that there is a positive and significant correlation between variable net profit margin (Profitability) to company value, while for capital structure variable and board size have negative relation and insignificant with company value. Keywords: corporate value, corporate governance, profitability, capital structure.

Abstract

Tinjauan Kualitas Pelayanan Di Tjokro Resto Pada Grand Tjokro Hotel Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sequence of service (tata urutan pelayanan), product knowledge yang dimiliki waiter/waitress dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan untuk mengetahui pemahaman waiter/waitress tentang kualitas pelayanan yang ada di Tjokro Resto pada Grand Tjokro Hotel Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan makan peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan Pemahaman tentang sequence of service (tata cara pelayanan) antara teori dan wawancara itu sama, data yang diperoleh peneliti valid karena tidak ada yang membedakan antara tata cara pelayanan secara teori dengan tata cara yang ada di Tjokro Resto Grand Tjokro Hotel Yogyakarta. Product knowledge antara teori dan hasil wawancara yang diperoleh peneliti hampir sama pengertiannya tetapi berbeda didalam pengerjaan/terjun langsung di lapangan. Waiter/waitress yang ada di Tjokro Resto memiliki pemahaman dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yaitu dengan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada tamu, membuat tamu merasa aman dan nyaman saat berada di Tjokro Resto. Kata Kunci : kualitas pelayanan, sequence of service, product knowledge, waitress.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepatu Adidas imitasi di wilayah Jatiyoso. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti adalah harga, citra merek, gaya hidup dan pengetahuan produk sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang menggunakan atau membeli sepatu Adidas imitasi di wilayah Jatiyoso. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert skor 1 sampai 5. Data diolah dengan program SPSS 19. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen yang meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F) dan uji koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel harga, citra merek, gaya hidup dan pengetahuan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa harga, citra merek dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan tehadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan pengetahuan produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Adidas imitasi di wiayah Jatiyoso. Kata Kunci : Harga, Citra Merek, Gaya Hidup, Pengetahuan Produk, Keputusan Pembelian
