Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of Sumberbulu tourism village in contributing to social welfare by having a local and regional economic network. Methods used in this research is to use descriptive qualitative method, with data analysis done inductively. The aim is to find out sustainable tourism village to develop into the tourism village of Sumberbulu Karanganyar. The result this study, Sumberbulu tourism village, in contributing to economic and social welfare has inderectly been seen by the presence of many buyers who buy ornamental plants when visiting Sumberbulu Village and orrdering snacks that have been produced by community members from the formation of small culinary teams from several residens houses. The quality of the tour guides in the Sumberbulu tourist village is not yet visible because everything is still one with Pokdarwis. The quality of accommodation (homestay) in the tourist village of Sumberbulu is getting better and better because the homestay management team continuously checks it from the homestay coordinator who has been formed from Pokdarwis

Abstract

Analysis of The Potential of The Ciplukan Market on The Community Economy in The Tourism Village of The Dongde Valley of Mojogedang Karanganyar. This study aims to determine the origin and events that have been held in the ciplukan market and the influence of the ciplukan market on the economy of the Dongde Valley tourism village community. The method used by the research is a qualitative method by conducting observations and interviews with Pokdarwis management with the aim of knowing the potential of the ciplukan market for the economy of the Dongde Valley Tourism Village community. The result of the research is the Ciplukan Market was formed from the proposal of one of the college companions when providing assistance by utilizing an unorganized yard. Ciplukan Market experienced several activities or events such as the launching of the Tourism village, the judging of the Tourism Village, The Telo Festival and The Goat Festival. Of the several potentials developed in the Ciplukan Market, it has had a tremendous influence on the economy of the Dongde Valley tourism village community. The community gets additional income the village also gets income from the ciplukan market income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies carried out by the managers of Prambanan Temple in increasing foreign tourist visits, the obstacles faced in increasing foreign tourist visits to visit Prambanan temple, and how to overcome the obstacles faced in increasing foreign tourist visits to the Prambanan Temple. The method used in this study was the observation method by the researchers directly observing Prambanan Temple in Yogyakarta and direct interviews with Prambanan Temple Managers both at the unit branch and at the center. The method used in this study is the theory of triangulation methods, namely from the data sources researchers draw conclusions. Data analysis of this study uses an interactive analysis model consisting of three activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this study are promotional strategies carried out by Prambanan Temple Managers in increasing foreign tourist visits by conducting promotional and sales activities in collaboration with related stakeholders including Travel Agents, Ministry of Tourism, Indonesian Embassy, VITO, Managers of the overseas world heritage, through exhibitions, Sales Mission, table top and invite Family Trip for overseas tourism actors. Constraints faced by Prambanan Temple managers in increasing visits by foreign tourists to visit Prambanan temple are: a). Accessibility / Direct Flights from abroad to Jogja are still very limited which results in less competitive tour packages in Jogja, especially for visiting Prambanan Temple, b) competition with world heritage abroad, c). The occurrence of various natural disasters and security issues which resulted in a travel warning from potential countries of the foreign tourist market. How to overcome the obstacles faced by managers in increasing foreign tourist visits to visit Prambanan temple are: a). Increasing promotional activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to the Existing and Newmarket. b) improve the quality of services in tourism objects and improve access to information about products and services. c). Cooperate with distribution channels and online travel agents in destination ticket sales. d). Development of products and facilities that are in line with the concept of preservation of cultural heritage. The conclusion of this research is that the promotion strategies carried out by foreign managers both in units or centers have been carried out as much as possible and in various ways such as through exhibitions, Sales Missions, table top and inviting Family Trips to foreign tourists. And suggestions from this study required a lot of understanding human resources in IT to support promotional activities in the coming year. Abstract

This article is to find out the role of Pokdarwis in assisting the empowerment of tourism villages in terms of supporting and inhibiting factors and their impact on the Dongde Valley tourism village 2020. The method used is a qualitative method by being directly involved in mentoring and conducting observations, observations and interviews with Pokdarwis administrators with the aim of knowing the role, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the impact of the role of Pokdarwis in empowerment assistance in the Dongde Valley Tourism Village. The result of this article is to make the village community have the same view of turning their village into a tourist village that empowers community members to be more advanced and become a global tourist village with the awareness of citizens in raising funds to finance the needs of their village with joint contributions and seeking CSR or assistance to other parties. Outsiders realize a tourist village can support the limited human resources and funds for community empowerment. The role of Pokdarwis makes Human resources in the Dongde Valley tourist village have skills and become confident in empowering the community in the tourist village

Abstract

Abstrak  Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan CHSE dalam menghadapi Adaptasi baru/New Era, Strategi Hotel dalam Meningkatkan income dan penerapan CHSE dalam menghadapi Adaptasi baru/New Era dapat meningkatkan income di hotel Jambuluwuk Jogya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode diskriptive kualitative dengan cara interview dan observasi langsung ke hotel. Hasil dari artikel ini adalah Penerapan CHSE dalam menghadapi Adaptasi baru/New Era di Hotel Jambuluwuk Jogya dengan cara mewajibkan semua pengunjung dan staf karyawan hotel dengan menggunakan masker,handsanitizer dan sosial distancing serta selalu menjaga kebersihan baik diri sendiri dan lingkungan hotel tempat bekerja. Alat yang disediakan hotel berupatempat cuci tangan, handsanitazer, alat pengukur suhu tubuh.Strategi yang dilakukan hotel jambuluwuk dalam meningkatkan income dalam new era dengan cara memberikan paket promo untuk room, menjual paket makanan by order, menyewakan jasa kebersihan rumah, menyewakan peralatan karaoke dan menjual makanan angkringan didepan hotel serta setiap titik jogya hingga menarik para pengunjung untuk stay di hotel Jambuluwuk.Penerapan CHSE yang dilakukan membawa pengaruh positif hingga banyaknya pengunjung yang datang bercerita dari mulut ke mulut hingga membuat Income hotel bertambah dan dapat mengcover operasional hotel. Kata Kunci : Penerapan CHSE, New Era, Income, Hotel IMPLEMENTATION OF CHSE FACING THE NEW ERA TO INCREASE INCOME HOTEL JAMBULUWUK JOGYAKARTA AbstractThis article aims to find out the implementation of CHSE in facing the new Adaptation / New Era, Hotel Strategy in Increasing income and the application of CHSE in facing the new Adaptation / New Era can increase income at the Jambuluwuk hotel, Jogya. The method used is descriptive qualitative method by means of interviews and direct observation to the hotel. The result of this article is the application of CHSE in dealing with the new Adaptation/New Era at Jambuluwuk Hotel Jogya by requiring all visitors and hotel staff to use masks, hand sanitizer and social distancing and always maintain good hygiene both themselves and the hotel environment where they work. The tools provided by the hotel are hand washing stations, hand sanitizers, and body temperature measuring devices. The strategy carried out by the Jambuluwuk hotel in increasing income in the new era is by providing promo packages for rooms, selling food packages by order, renting house cleaning services, renting karaoke equipment and selling angkringan food in front of the hotel and at every Jogja point to attract visitors to stay at the hotel. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of the diversity of halal food products and promotions on tourist interest. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research, which was carried out at the Ciplukan Market, Sendang Ijo Mlilir Gentungan Mojogedang Karanganyar. The results showed that: 1). there is a positive and significant influence on the diversity of halal food products on tourist interest in the Ciplukan market of Sendang Ijo, Gentungan Mojogedang. The more diverse halal food products are sold, the higher the interest of tourists to visit the market, 2). There is a positive and significant effect of promotion on tourist interest. The higher or more intensive the promotion carried out, the higher the interest of tourists to come to visit the market, and vice versa, 3). There is a positive and significant influence on the diversity of halal food products and promotions on the interest of tourists in Ciplukan Market. These two variables together can be used as a basis for predicting tourist interest, 4). The diversity of halal food products is a variable that is a larger contribution to visitor interest than promotion. These two variables together can be used as a basis for predicting tourist interest, 4). Abstract

Pangandaran is one of the regencies with the greatest potential in the tourism sector, where the tourism sector is the leading sector that generates the largest regional income for the Pangandaran Regency. Regional tourism potential that is used as a tourist object and attraction can be in the form of natural conditions, flora, fauna, regional culture of Pangandaran Regency and national culture both in the form of ideas, social life or in the form of the work of the people in Pangandaran Regency. To achieve this, the role of the community in tourism development in Pangandaran Regency through Kompempar must accommodate the aspirations of all tourist destination objects in Pangandaran Regency. This is in accordance Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Tourism in Pangandaran Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penawaran terhadap minat konsumen di Amarelo Hotel Solo, pengaruh pengetahuan produk terhadap minat konsumen di Amarelo Hotel Solo, dan pengaruh penawaran dan pengetahuan produk secara bersama-sama terhadap minat konsumen di Amarelo Hotel Solo. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden, secara spesifik, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisa penelitian ini adalah menggunkan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui metode kuesioner, dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dianalisis menggunakan model analisis Regresi Linier berganda dan Uji Hipotesis dengan Uji Parsial (t) dan Uji Simultan (F). Hasil analisis data dengan uji t, menunjukan bahwa penawaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat konsumen di Amarelo Hotel Solo sebesar 0,026, pengetahuan produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat konsumen sebesar 0.011, selain itu dari uji F dikolom sig yang menunjukan 0,000 bahwa nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai signifikan standar(0,05), sehingga penawaran dan pengetahuan produk berpengaruh positif secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap minat konsumen di Amarelo Hotel Solo. Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penawaran dan pengetahuan produk berpengaruh positif terhadap minat konsumen, dan secara bersama-sama penawaran dan pengetahuan produk berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat konsumen di Amarelo Hotel Solo.

Abstract

Kunci keberhasilan banquet saat event terletak pada pengetahuan, professionalitas kerja dan kemampuan pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada tamu. Dengan dicanangkannya solo sebagai kota MICE dan berbagai event yang sering diadakan di Kota Solo, Alila Solo Java dituntut untuk siap menghadapi event–event MICE dalam skala kecil ataupun skala besar. Dengan demikian, Banquet Outlet dituntut untuk bekerja secara professional sehingga operasional kerja dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pelaksanaan event memerlukan fasilitas, baik fasilitas utama ataupun fasilitas pendukung untuk menunjang keberhasilan pada saat diadakannya event. Selain adanya fasilitas, dibutuhkan pula pelayanan prima dengan memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) yang berlaku sehingga pelaksanaan event dapat berjalan lancar dan dapat mempengaruhi kelancaran event yang diadakan di Alila Solo Java. Dengan menggunakan fasilitas yang lengkap dan pelayanan yang baik, maka event yang diadakan bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi serta dapat mengangkat citra hotel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling kepada karyawan yang bertugas pada saat event. Teknik analisis menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan uji parsial (t) dan uji simultan (F) menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) hasil analisis data dengan uji parsial (t) menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas banquet berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kelancaran operasional di Alila Solo Java sebesar 0,011. (2) pelayanan pada event banquet berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kelancaran operasional di Alila Solo Java sebesar 0,000. (3) hasil analisis dengan uji simultan (F) menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas banquet dan pelayanan pada event banquet berpengaruh positif secara bersama-sama terhadap kelancaran operasional di Alila Solo Java dengan menunjukkan sig 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari nilai standar (0,05). Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas banquet dan pelayanan pada event banquet berpengaruh positif terhadap kelancaran operasional, dan secara bersama-sama fasilitas banquet dan pelayanan pada event banquet berpengaruh positif terhadap kelancaran operasional di Alila Solo Java.

Abstract

Housekeeping Department adalah linen section yaitu seksi yang mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab atas keluar masuknya linen dari setiap departemen. Linen section bertugas dan bertanggung jawab terhadap uniform (pakaian seragam) seluruh karyawan hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui cara penanganan parstock linen,  cara penyimpanan linen, penghitungan parstock linen yang baik dan benar serta untuk mengetahui kendala dalam penanganan parstock linen dan penyimpanan linen di Hotel Grand Orchid Solo. Petugas linen attendant di Hotel Grand Orchid Solo memiliki wilayah kerja tidak saja pengadaan dan penggantian linen, namun juga penanganan parstock linen dan penyimpanan linen untuk keperluan kegiatan operasional hotel sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi atau kepustakaan. Metode analisa data menggunakan  teknik analisis deskriptif, yaitu analisis yang bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai subjek yang diteliti dan tidak dimaksudkan untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian adalah penanganan parstock linen yang merupakan pekerjaan  menghitung, mencatat, dan memilah-milahkan linen, baik itu linen rusak, kotor maupun linen bersih. Seorang linen attendant harus mengetahui bagaimana cara menyimpan linen dengan baik, penghitungan parstock linen yang baik dan benar harus sesuai dengan rumus. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penanganan parstock linen dan penyimpanan linen, antara lain  tidak adanya tempat khusus untuk penghitungan linen kotor, dan kurang luasnya ukuran linen room, sedangkan untuk mengatasi kondisi yang demikian perlu adanya perencanaan untuk menyediakan tempat penghitungan linen kotor secara khusus dan adanya penambahan ruangan.
