Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce perceptions, perceived quality, and external factors on e-commerce adoption attitudes and their impact on consumer satisfaction. The research used a survey method conducted on consumers of Batik Lengo Laweyan Surakarta shops related to e-commerce perceptions, perceived quality, and external factors on attitudes towards e-commerce adoption and consumer satisfaction at Batik Lengo Laweyan Surakarta shops. Data collection techniques using literature studies, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study is all consumers who make purchases using e-commerce at the Lengo Laweyan Batik Store, Surakarta. The sample in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study uses path analysis (critical path). The findings in this study are perceptions of e-commerce and external factors that have a positive and significant impact on e-commerce adoption attitudes and have a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, while perceived quality has a negative and insignificant impact on e-commerce adoption attitudes and satisfaction. consumer. E-commerce adoption attitudes mediate the effect of external factors on consumer satisfaction, and non-e-commerce adoption attitudes mediate the effect of e-commerce perceptions and perceived quality on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

All organizations will certainly make every effort to fix and improve the quality of the performance of their employees, one of which is through good management of human resources. To achieve the goals of an organization, the thing that managers need to do is provide encouragement so that employees can work according to what the organization wants. KSP Artha Guna is a company engaged in savings and loan cooperatives. KSP Artha Guna is one of the best cooperatives in Purwodadi city. and the developing savings and loan cooperative has several branches in Grobogan. To find out the positive and significant influence of Motivation, Human Resource Capability, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance in Arthaguna Purwodadi Cooperative. This type of research will be conducted by the author using a qualitative research approach with the case study method. The sample in this study was 78 respondents from administrators and members of the Arthaguna Purwodadi cooperative with a sampling technique using survey methods. To analyze the research data used a statistical test T test with SPSS version 25.00 with test results stating that H1 is accepted means that work motivation partially affects the performance of KSP Arthaguna Purwodadi employees. That H2 is accepted means that the capability of human resources partially influences the performance of KSP Arthaguna Purwodadi employees. That H3 is accepted means that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior partially influences the performance of KSP Arthaguna Purwodadi employees.

Abstract

The achievement of competitive advantage will be realized through superior products, namely products that are the choice of consumers. Solo Raya formerly known as Subosukawonosraten (Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Sragen and Klaten) has a variety of tourism products that are quite unique. Each region has its own characteristics that are difficult for other regions to follow.Based on the regression analysis that the satisfaction of tourist visitors is positively and significantly influenced by the service quality dimension variables, either jointly or partially. Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, liquidity, company age, and leverage on the timeliness of reporting on basic and chemical on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 and 2020. The population in this study were 79 companies and 64 companies that be sampled. In this study, good corporate governance is measured using institusional ownership, liquidity is measured by the current ratio (CR), company age is measured by the distance between the year of research and the year of establishment and leverage is measured by total debt divided by total assets. The data collected were secondary data and the sampling technique of this study uses logistic regression with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that good corporate governance had a significant effect on reporting timeliness of 0.021 < 0.05. While liquidity does not affect the timeliness of reporting by 0.233 > 0.05, company age does not affect the timeliness of reporting by 0.403 > 0.05 and leverage does not affect the timeliness of reporting by 0.384 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of capital intensity on tax aggressiveness with profitability as a moderating variable. The population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the quantitative research method with purposive sampling technique, in the 2016-2020 period, 53 companies were obtained with a total of 265 financial statement data minus 60 outlier data so that 205 financial statement data were obtained. The data analysis method is Multiple Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the study, capital intensity has no effect on tax aggressiveness and profitability cannot moderate the effect of capital intensity on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

The share price is the price of a share that occurs on the stock market at a certain time by market participants. (Kurnia, 2019). Shares are part of the owner in the company, where each share gives voting rights to the owner of the share. Return has its own advantages so that investors can enjoy the investment that can be made. Investment will provide benefits with various levels, of course, investors (investors) will not invest. So that the investment, whether it is in a short time or continuously with the main aim of obtaining profits, is referred to as reciprocity, either directly or indirectly. Descriptive statistics convey an explanation of a data that can be observed from the number of average values (mean), the size of the digression, maximum, minimum, describing the standard to prove whether the allocation variable is normal or there are constraints. The description of descriptive statistics was carried out on the population used in this study, namely the pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2015 to 2019. This study uses stock returns as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is return on investment (ROI). ), return on equity (ROE) and leverage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect of promotion, reputation and location on purchasing decisions at the Twank Grass Mini Market Sragen. The population in this study were consumers at the Twank Grass Mini Market Sragen with a total of 220 consumers in the first week of October 2021. And the samples taken in this study were 30% of the population, namely 220x30% = 66 respondents and then rounded up to 70 respondents. With a simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique in this research consists of instrument testing: validity & reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test (coefficient of determination test). The results of the regression test can be seen that promotion, reputation and location have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. reputation variable is the most dominant variable because it has the highest regression coefficient value. The t-test results show that promotion, reputation and location partially have a significant effect on the consumer purchasing decision variables. The results of the F test can be concluded that promotion, reputation and location variables have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Twank Grass Mini Market Sragen.

Abstract

Nowadays, many fashion businesses have sprung up that use social media accounts to market their products, so that the fashion business competition becomes tougher. Therefore, fashion business people are required to be more creative, innovative and able to maximize the use of social media as a marketing medium. Fashion business actors must pay attention to the use of social media in accordance with their target market so that the message given is effective, efficient and meets the purpose of its use. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing Instagram on buying interest in Instagram followers @batik_ellydastore. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via google form to as many as 63 respondents. The results showed that partially the context, communication, collaboration and connection variables had a significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Organizations operating in the public sector are required to improve their performance to provide optimal service to the public. Organizations can strive for work efficiency by improving employee performance. Because of this, organizations need to manage human resources optimally, especially those related to employee performance and the factors that influence it. This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the mediating effect of work motivation in compensation relationship patterns on employee performance. The samples involved in this study were 105 family planning field officers or called PLKB. Samples were drawn using the total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used research instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, normality tests, outlier tests, and hypothesis testing. Meanwhile, to find out the significance of the mediating variable, the Sobel test was used. The results of this study are statistically proven that compensation contributes positively and significantly to employee performance mediated by work motivation.
