Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and application of e-commerce on firm performance, and the effect of market orientation on firm performance moderated by application of e-commerce. The sample of this study is 100 entrepreneurs of SMEs in Solo city, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using regression moderating analysis. The conclusion of the hypothesis test result (1) market orientation and application of e-commerce have a significant effect on firm performance. (2) application of e-commerce can moderate that reinforces the effect of market orientation on firm performance.

Abstract

The study purposes were determined the effect of work environment, work discipline, workload and compensation on employee’s performance at the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Grobogan Regency either partially or simultaneously. The research type was used quantitative data with a population of 62 respondents. Data collection techniques were used observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique were used multiple linear regression, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The research results showed that the work environment, work discipline, workload, and compensation have positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment is the most dominant variable on employee performance, so the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Grobogan Regency needs to maintain air conditions, noise intensity and room coloring, if necessary, create a work atmosphere capable of providing comfort to employees while working.

Abstract

The research purpose was determined the effect of Product Quality, Product Price, Promotion and Service Quality on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decision at Matahari Singosaren Surakarta. This research was conducted in Matahari Singosaren Surakarta with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample is 100 respondents. Based on the analysis results can be known Variable Quality products, Product Price, promotion and Service Quality positively affect oppo smartphone purchasing decisions in Matahari Singosaren Surakarta. Price is the most dominant variable, this can be shown with the highest regression coefficient of 0.638. Based on the results of the determination coefficient, the calculation of the SPSS program obtained a value of R Square = 0.491. This value means that Variable Product Quality, Product Price, Promotion and Service Quality contribute 49.1% to purchasing decisions on OPPO smartphones in Matahari Singosaren Surakarta. While the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors outside the researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the factors that influence the provision of audit opinion, (2) the importance of audit opinion, and (3) the effect of audit opinion on manufacturing companies. The research method used is the study of literature that can assist researchers in finding references and can also be strong evidence in research. The results of study prove that: (1) the financial condition of the company is one of the factors giving an audit opinion in a company, (2) audit opinion very important for the company because it can help the company in preparing financial statements. Going concern audit opinions can also predict the viability of the company, and (3) audit opinion is very influential on the guarantee of truth and fairness of the financial statements company.

Abstract

The more developed tourism development has made the tourism sectors compete to improve the marketing of tourism products and make improvements or development in all fields that follow the current era in order to attract tourists. This can be achieved because of the marketing management that is useful to help achieve the desired target by the tourism sector. The definition of tourism is a phenomenon of the movement of people, goods, and services, which is very complex. It is closely related to organizations, institutional and individual relations, service needs, service provision needs, and so on. At this time the products, facilities, facilities and, infrastructure offered by Jurug Park are still relatively not satisfying tourist satisfaction. With the development and ongoing developments currently expected to attract more attention and curiosity of tourists to visit. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion carried out in the previous chapter, some conclusions can be drawn that the product variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists The price variable has a negative and not significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists; The promotion variable has a negative and not significant effect on tourist interest, location variable has a positive and significant effect on tourist interest in visiting Taru Jurug Wildlife Park.

Abstract

Micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the structure of the Indonesian economy occupy the first place in quantity and is a new source in the growth of the domestic economy. During the economic crisis, MSMEs have a high endurance to sustain the Indonesian economy, can even survive the global crisis. Besides that MSMEs also have an important role including as the main driver of job creation, and economic growth both nationally and regionally. To deal with the rapidly changing business environment, MSMEs must have a competitive advantage, good strategic planning, entrepreneurial orientation, and effective performance achievement through innovation efforts. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of the business environment, strategic planning and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance with innovation as mediating variables. The sample in this study was 60 MSMEs in the Surakarta region, and sampling uses purposive sampling, with limits according to the criteria set out in the population and willing to be respondents. This study uses a survey research design. The method of analysis is carried out through testing the quality of data and hypothesis testing using path analysis techniques with SPSS tool version 20. The results showed that the business environment, strategic planning, entrepreneurial orientation had a positive and significant effect on innovation. Innovation variables are variables that mediate the influence of the business environment, strategic planning, and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance.

Abstract

One of the businesses of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that is growing rapidly in the city of Pacitan, namely Batik, especially Batik Saji Pacitan. Batik Saji, which was founded in 1990, is always crowded with visitors and buyers every day. Various batik fabrics are sold at varying prices. But the impact of increasingly intense business competition in the city of Pacitan, especially competition from similar companies (batik), is also felt by Batik Saji, because competitors also offer relatively cheaper prices and with their respective characteristics, making the Batik Saji company increasingly demanded to move faster in terms of attracting consumers or customers.

Abstract

Analysis of Soft Skill Influence, Financial Reward, and Labor Market Considerations on intention of A Public Accountant Career. This study aims to know the relationship between soft skill, financial reward, and Labor Market Considerations on intention of a public accountant career. The sample collection of this study has been done by the university students of Faculty of Economy and Business of UKSW batch 2017 and 2018. Data processing is conducted by using quantitative approach with Linear Regression Analysis. The amount of sample is about 186 respondents, 90 respondents from batch 2017 and 96 respondents from batch 2018. The data was obtained by spreading questionnaire on google form. The results of this study identify that soft skill, financial reward, and labor market considerations have significant effects to public accountant career

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Service Quality, Price, Brand Image have an effect and are significant either partially or simultaneously (simultaneously) on Mobile Consumer Satisfaction in the Residency of Surakarta. With multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis with t-test and F test with a sample of 109 respondents with purposive sampling technique, then obtained the partial test, namely t-count service quality of 4,588 sig 0.00, t-test for Price of 3.421 sig 0.001, t-test for Brand Image of 3.930 sig 0.000 each compared to t-table of 1.984 and Model Test with Fount test of 71.679 with sig 0.000 and F-table 2.70. Service Quality, Price, Brand Image have an effect and are significant either partially or simultaneously (simultaneously) on Mobile Phone Consumer Satisfaction in Surakarta Residency. Suggestion For mobile phone companies should maintain the three factors that influence consumer satisfaction, namely price, service quality, and brand image because it has contributed to the influence of 67.2%. And the management of the mobile phone company should improve the quality of service because based on the survey the price is still in the medium category
