The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the method of hypnosis, massage and relaxation endorphins to the intensity of pain during on the first stage of Normal Delivery in BPS (Private Practice Midwives) Semarang City area. The research method used was non-equivalent experimental design, a sample of 20 mothers maternity on each - each treatment group. Test used was ANOVA test followed Post Hock Tukey test. These results obtained p-value = 0.001 (significant) followed post hoc Tukey test found significant method of hypnosis to massage endorphins (p = 0.023) and relaxation (p = 0.000), whereas no significant endorphins massage method with a relaxation method (p = 0.370 ). This shows that the method of hypnosis is a method that gives the lowest effects of pain compared with endorphins massage and relaxation.

This study is a survey research, with a sample Hospital in Semarang with the number of samples apron as much as 49 pieces. Methods of research done by observation, measurement and documentation. Measurements were made using flouroskopi to identify defect lead apron. The data analysis is done by analyzing the percentage of damaged apron on the entire sample, categorized reject level of disability if the leakage obtained apron greater than 670 mm2. Care Lead Apron in Radiology Installation varies by hanging up and placed horizontally. Situation and Function Lead aprons as protective of radiation exposure in the City Semarang apron 44 of 49 samples within safe limits (less disability 670 mm2) and 5 aprons in the experience of disability (more than 670 mm2) and must rejected. Lead apron owned Radiology Installation in Semarang has a thickness of 0.25 mmPb to the lowest voltage tubes up to 100 kV, and 0.35 mmPb - 0,5 mmPb for tube voltages above 100 kV.

Aim of this research is to find out if NaF solution and NaF solution added by enhancer can absorb mouse skin and transport timeconcentration which absorb mouse skin. Research approach was experimental with Post test only group design. Research population and sample was fluoride concentration counted on resipent solution after transport test. Transport test using Franz Like Diffusion Cell with mouse skin as membrane, with NaF solution (group I) ; NaF solution added oleic acid as chemical enhancer (Group II) ; oleaic acid as control group (Group III) and CMF PBS 0,1 M pH 7,4 as donor solution and receptor solution. Interval time of transport test was 1, 4, 8, 12, 24 hours. Every time transport, sample was taken and fluoride concentration was measured using Potensiometer spesific ion fluoride on Laboratory Batan Yogjakarta. The result showed there was an influenced of transport test on group I and II (Anova significanve 0,000 and 0,00). While on control group found there was no influenced (Sig 0.07). Donor solution with NaF added by enhancer showed the highest penetrating power compared to group NaF solution.

This type of research is a quasi-experimental studies (Quasi Experimental). The study design is only one group pretest and postest design. Population research is the kindergarten students of Al Azhar 14 Semarang as many as 80 children with a sample of 30 students 30 students' parents. Data were analyzed using paired t-test different tests before and after counseling on each of the factors of knowledge, attitudes and practices of parents. The results showed no change increase in knowledge, attitudes and actions toward parents laying either after following the extension method Irene Donuts. This is also supported by test results satistik test statistic with paired t-test with p value = 0.001, with p value 0.008 and p value = 0.001 on the attitude that knowledge changes artimya no difference before and after counseling.

The objective of the study is to evaluate the levels of knowledge and self care in mothers with the primipara post partum in Purwokerto before and after intervention both control and experimental group. Quasi-experimental two group design was applied in the study. Forty eight mothers with primipara post partum were recruited from Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo hospital and maternal clinic in Purwokerto. Data analysis in the study included correlation, paird t-test, and independent t-test. The findings of the study show that the levels of knowledge and self care in mothers with primipara post partum were significantly different between control and experimental group as well as before and after intervention in experimental group (p less than 0.001).FCMC: discharge planning and home care could enhance the level of knowledge and self care in mothers with primipara post partum.

This study to determine the effect of the quick blood volume (Qb) to the process of ultrafiltration hemodialysis urea in action research is a Quasi experiment research with pre and post test desaign. The number of samples in this study were 54 people. Data processed by Anova test one path to find the differences between RRU and also know the difference decreased levels of blood urea between the three treatment groups are setting Qb 150, 175 and 200 ml/min. ANOVA test RRU significance value (p: 0.26) and the significance of decreased levels of blood urea (p: 0.52) which means there is no significant difference in the value of RRU and also decreased levels of blood urea between the three treatment groups are setting Qb 150, 175 and 200 ml /min.

The purpose of this research to find out the differences between T1-Weighted Image Fluid Attenuated Inversion Recovery (T1WI FLAIR) and T1-Weighted Image Spin Echo (T1WI SE) sequences, use with MRI Superconducting Modality 0,5 Tesla and to determine its superiority between those sequences, at low field strengths. This is experimental research. Twenty four patients with brain lesions underwent T1-Weighted Image Spin Echo and T1-Weighted FLAIR imaging during the same imaging session. T1-Weighted Spin Echo and T1-Weighted FLAIR Images were compared on the basis their SNR and CNR. Data were analysed statistically using t-test and Mann-Whitney test. Contrast to Noise Ratio (CNRs) obtained with T1-Weighted Image FLAIR were comparable but statistically superior to those obtained with T1-Weighted Spin Echo imaging whether on the CNR lesion- white matter with p value 0,043 or lesion-gray matter with p value 0,015.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship long second stage of labor in breech presentation of the baby-minute Apgar I. This type of research is the analytic study with a retrospective approach, the study population in this study were all mothers who gave birth by vaginal delivery breech presentation. The sample size was 160 people. The results obtained have strong relationships and patterns between the old perfect negative second stage of labor in breech presentation with a first-minute Apgar value with the value r = -0.704, meaning that the longer second stage of labor with breech presentation the lower the value of the first minute Apgar babies and value determination coefficient of 0.770. which means, the first minute Apgar babies or equation that was obtained either to explain the variable value of the first minute Apgar babies born by vaginal breech presentation.

This study was explanatory research with cross sectional. Sampling was taken at adult inpatient ward that consist of Jlamprang ward, sekar jagad, truntum, maternity room, and for patient post performing catheter who were control at surgical polyclinic RSU Bendan. Quota sampling method was used for a period one month (1 – 30 September 2011). There were 34 respondents, and the analysis was used Chi – square continued with logistic regression. Only three independent variable had correlation that were age (p= 0,045), gender (p= 0.039), and infection of urine tract (p= 0.024). The dominant variable was infection of urine tract that gave contribution 3.95 times causing urine incontinence. Researchers’recomendation for nursing is to give more attention on sterility when performing and caring patient who are attached dower catheter to minimalized occurence infection of urine tract.
