Abstract

Membangun sebuah organisasi diperlukan teori motivasi yang baik guna membangun budaya bekerja para anggotanya. Dalam hal ini teori Herzberg dapat menjadi representatif karena teori ini ditujukan kepada orang-orang di tempat kerja. Dia menanyakan orang-orang yang berada dalam organisasi yang berbeda dalam pekerjaan yang berbeda, dan pada level yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif empiris dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ditemukan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan ekstrem dan kepuasan ekstrem dengan pekerjaan, lingkungan dan tempat kerja disebabkan karena kurangnya motivasi dalam bekerja.Kata Kunci: Motivasi; Organisasi; Teori

Abstract

Prior to the commencement of lending activities, it is necessary to have a good and thorough analysis of all aspects of credit that can support the process of granting credit. This is done to prevent the emergence of a credit risk. This financing is very helpful for the community in meeting their needs. It's just that in providing these financing facilities, the parties to financial institutions must act extra carefully. The research method used is a qualitative method with a statutory approach. The results of the study state that credit financing does provide many benefits, but on the other hand it also poses a number of fairly large risks. This can be seen from whether the funds and interest from loans that can be received back or not. The author in this case wants to analyze efforts to fulfill obligations by debtors due to the Covid-19 Pandemic in a credit agreement associated with relevant rules and legislation in terms of handling a credit agreement during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Keywords: National Non-Natural Disasters; Covid-19 pandemic; Forced State (Overmacht) AbstrakSebelum dimulainya kegiatan pemberian kredit diperlukan suatu analisis yang baik dan seksama terhadap semua aspek perkreditan yang dapat menunjang proses pemberian kredit. Hal itu dilakukan guna mencegah timbulnya suatu risiko kredit. Pembiayaan ini sangat membantu masyarakat didalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya. Hanya saja dalam pemberian fasilitas pembiayaan tersebut, para pihak lembaga keuangan harus bertindak secara ekstra hati-hati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pembiayaan pengkreditan memang banyak memberikan manfaat, namun disisi lain juga menimbulkan sejumlah resiko yang cukup besar. Hal itu terlihat dari apakah dana dan bunga dari kredit yang dipinjamkan yang dapat diterima kembali atau tidak. Penulis dalam hal ini ingin menganalisa upaya pemenuhan kewajiban oleh debitur akibat Pandemi Covid-19 dalam suatu perjanjian kredit dikaitkan dengan aturan-aturan dan perundang-undangan yang relevan dalam hal penanganan suatu perjanjian kredit pada masa Pandemi Covid-19.Kata Kunci: Bencana Non Alam Nasional; Pandemi Covid-19; Keadaan Memaksa (Overmacht)

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the MBKM implementation survey in the PG-PAUD Study Program, Trilogy University. In particular, this study aims to describe the implementation of the internship program carried out in the PG-PAUD Study Program, Trilogy University. Based on the results of a survey conducted in the PG-PAUD Study Program, the highest percentage was in the implementation of the internship/work practice program at 54%. The internship model at MBKM that has been developed in the PG-PAUD study program is Field observation practice or internship 1 in semester 3 (s credits), teaching practice or internship 2 in semester 5 (2 credits), and advanced teaching practice or internship 3 in semester 7 (4 credits). This internship program is in the form of an internship for 6 months and 8 days and is greater than the minimum target of an internship, which is 5 months. In addition, the internship method is carried out in stages and can be done offline or online. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the internship program will continue to be carried out online. In addition, students are also free to choose public and private PAUD schools and PAUD schools that have certain characteristics.Keywords: Learning model; Internship; Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus (MBKM) Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil survey pelaksanaan MBKM di Program Studi PG-PAUD Universitas Trilogi. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program magang yang dilaksanakan di Program Studi PG-PAUD Universitas Trilogi. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang dilakukan di Program Studi PG-PAUD hasil prosentase tertinggi pada pelaksanaan program magang/praktik kerja sebesar 54%. Model magang pada MBKM yang sudah dikembangkan pada program studi PG-PAUD yaitu Praktek observasi lapangan atau magang 1 pada semester 3 (s sks), Praktik mengajar atau magang 2 pada semester 5 (2 sks) dan praktik mengajar lanjutan atau magang 3 pada semester 7 (4 sks). Program pelaksanaan magang ini berupa magang selama 6 bulan 8 hari dan lebih besar dari target minimal magang yaitu 5 bulan. Selain itu metode magang dilakukan secara bertahap dan bisa dilakukan secara luring maupun daring. Selama pandemic covid 19 program magang tetap dilaksanakan secara daring. Selain itu mahasiswa juga dibebaskan untuk memilih sekolah PAUD Negeri maupun Swasta dan sekolah PAUD yang memiliki ciri khas tertentu.Keywords: Model pembelajaran; Magang; Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)
