Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Emerald Bintaro. The issues in this study was how motivation and employees performance at the Gramedia Asri Media Emerald Bintaro in achieving the performance of employees who have not met the targets and expectations set by PT. Gramedia Asri Media Emerald Bintaro. This study uses quantitative descriptive research and causal with population off all the employees at PT.Gramedia Emerald Bintaro, the number of respondents were 51 respondents. Then, for data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis test, overall motivation to work is partially significant effect on employees performance at PT.Gramedia Asri Media Emerald Bintaro. Based on the coefficient of determination, motivation to work affect employees performance by 68,06% and 31,94% were affected by other variables, are not examined in this research. Keywords: motivation, motivation to work, performance.

Abstract

This research aims to create applications that can improve the quality, effectiveness, ease of use and the use of learning media Virtual Class with an interesting learning concept is Social Learning Networks (SLN) web-based. SLN itself a slice of the merger between the Social Network (SN) with E-Learning or Virtual Class. This application can be applied in college STMIK MARDIRA INDONESIA, given the college has facilities infrastructure in the field of information technology (IT) support. With the implemented application is expected to overcome a problem that is common for students and lecturers. Research methodologies were used in this research is descriptive analysis research methodology of data collection techniques include Literature Study, observation, interview. While the system development method used is the method with object-oriented modeling UML (Unified Modeling Language). Stages in the methodology used including Preliminary Investigation, Requirements Analysis, System Design, Coding and Testing, and Implementation (Implementation). Keywords: social learning networks, e-learning, virtual class.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and information, Warunk Upnormal using social media Instagram as a place for promoting. From the results of the initial survey that researchers do indicate that the many comments that recommends Warunk Upnormal, causing people interested in being followers Instagram of Warunk Upnormal to get information and would like to visit Warunk Upnormal.This study aimed to analyze the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth towards purchase intention of followers instagram Warunk Upnormal. This research includes quantitative research. The method that being used is descriptive -causal. The population in this study is Warunk Upnormal’s Instagram followers. The sampling technique that being used is nonprobability sampling with the sampling purposive sampling. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents. Data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis.Based on the results, it can be concluded that Electronic Word of Mouth has significant effect on purchase intention of followers instagram Warunk Upnormal. This can be seen from the results of the t > t table (8,350 > 1,965942) and significance level, 000 <0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) calculation can  be known the magnitude of the effect of electronic word of mouth (X) variable on purchase intention (Y) was 14.9%. While the remaining 85.1% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: consumer behaviour, electronic word of mouth, purchase intention.

Abstract

Assessment on information technology governance is a process to search for evidence of the basis of reliable, consistent and repeatable in the area of governance and management of information technology. It aims to determine the suitability of the use of technology with the business objectives of the organization. Objective is to implemtated assessment of information technology governance process by adding an element of security. The study was conducted at educational institutions using qualitative methods and frameworks COBIT 5. Domain studied were (Delivery, Support, and Service) DSS 01, DSS 02, DSS 03, DSS04, and DSS 06 by adding a subdomain DSS 05 as an element of security required. The results of the average value of domain capability by 58.61% ie largely Achieved scala rate, as for almost the entire subdomain is at level 1 and level 0 for DSS04. Keywords: assessment, IT governance, COBIT 5, security, DSS.

Abstract

This article is an analysis of the test results about mathematical problem solving 6th grade elementary school students. The analysis aimed to find out the kinds of difficulties, causes difficulties, and how the handling of student difficulties in solving mathematical problems. From the analysis, teachers are expected to be able to anticipate what factors can make obstacles for students to work on the problems of mathematical problem solving. Keywords: mathematical problem solving.

Abstract

The development of trade industry has grown rapidly, especially in online trading that facilitated by some e-commerce websites in Indonesia. With the increase of online transaction each year in Indonesia, then the start-up online businesses are competing to create an intermediary between sellers and buyers so that can conduct activities of these transactions easily. Some of the new websites that has been launched has each characteristic, one of that Kriya.co.id website is one of the e-commerce website for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in which a container of the SMEs in Indonesia to market products all over Indonesia. Kriya.co.id website is one of E-Commerce website for UKM in Indonesia that has products which have a unique and traditional value. Purpose of this research is for to knowing (1) the influence of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction dan Behavior Intentions in Kriya.co.id user. (2) The influence E-Service Quality of Behavior Intentions through E-Satisfaction Kriya.co.id user. This research methodology using a quantitative method consist of 100 respondents with descriptive research and causality. Sampling Technique use nonprobability sampling (purposive sampling). Technique data analysis used the path analysis. While the secondary data in this research has taken from various literature and relevant documents with the same as title and theme with this research. The results of path analysis are E-Service Quality doesn't influence towards Behavior Intentions so E-Service Quality doesn't influence towards Behavior Intentions with E-Satisfaction as a mediator because Behavior Intentions not determined by E-Service Quality of Kriya.co.id website, but E-Satisfaction that has been accepted by user after did the transaction.  E-Service Quality has a coefficient of  0,859 towards E-Satisfaction. E-Satisfaction has a coefficient of 0,636 towards Behavior Intentions. E-Service Quality has a coefficient of 0,167 towards Behavior Intentions. Keywords: behavior intentions, e-satisfaction, e-service quality.
