This research aims to design a system that can handle data management system loans and installment payments with computer-based clients. To support the research conducted, the necessary steps carefully collecting data. The steps used to obtain data and information that support the implementation of this study is the observation and interviews, information systems needed constructed by using the method structured approach, namely with the Waterfall method computer program is structured to develop an information system with a database specifically to serve the needs of data management system of borrowing and repayment customers. Borrowing data management information system and computerized customer payments can facilitate the borrowing and payment data checking customers. As an initial step analysis to determine system requirements, and then implemented using the program Delphi 7 and Microsoft Access as a data processor borrowing and repayment. With the new system is able to solve the problems on the old system. Resulting in a system that can facilitate BPR Bandung Regency in performing data management installment. The rice plant is one of the most important crops for mankind especially the Asian region where the plant is becoming the staple food. In the implementation of planting, the rice crop failure often occurs due partly to various diseases. However, to determine the types of diseases that attack required an agricultural experts, while the rice crop in the prevention of disease are often hit by the time due to the limited knowledge of the farmers and the lack of an expert skilled in the field that can go directly to the farmers. It is therefore necessary to overcome problems farmers a system that has knowledge as an expert in that it has knowledge of the symptoms and diseases of rice plants one type of disease caused by the pathogen. At this research-based expert system designed visual Delphi7 programming language using a rule base (rule-based) using a forward chaining inference method that is intended to help farmers in diagnosing diseases of rice plants. Expected rice plant diagnosis expert system using a forward chaining method, it could be a tool for farmers in their paddy plant disease diagnosis. The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is growing rapidly, resulting in the change of people's behavior in conducting online transactions. This study aims to determine perceived usefulness, perceived of use, attitude, and intention to use student STMIK Mardira Indonesia Bandung towards online shopping behavior in e-commerce. Exploratory research methods of data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The number of respondents were 60 active students who never transact online through e-commerce, with the data collection technique purposive sampling. Results of the study indicate where perceived usefulness, perceived of use significantly influence the attitude of students STMIK in online shopping, as well as a significant effect also on the intention to use. The quality of academic services provided by the university is one of the important factors related to the credibility of college. Previous studies mentioned that the quality of education services is closely related to student satisfaction. It is thus necessary for the determination of the quality factor of academic services provided to students in order to improve the quality of higher education. This study was conducted to determine the determinant factors related to the quality of academic services by using exploratory method with stratifield random sampling of 83 students based on a calculation formula slovin alpha level of 10%. The results showed that the most influential factor on the quality of academic services is responsiveness whereas the lowest effect is influenced by physical evidence. In the era of globalization is now the technology is already familiar in our daily lives. Both are used as a means of communication, education and public facilities. In this case I do research on the administrative activities of the company, in which there are activities that will be proposed computerized into an application. The object of research is an engineering company in data processing payroll and taxes PPh 21 have not been conserved to the maximum, although it has been computerized. Thus the need for an information system that can help the company to process payroll data and the calculation of income tax in an integrated manner. One of the tools that can support this is to use a computer and adequate human resources, so that it can form a good information system. The second stage of analysis to determine the weaknesses of the system and to evaluate the results that can be performed system design. Applications aids used are Visual Basic 2005. The purpose of the study was analyze accounting information systems sales in the Agen Toko Wulan Jaya. Writing method in this study uses qualitative research by using two types of data namely primary and secondary data. Taking technique used is the method of observation, interview and documentation. In this study was using a qualitative descriptive data analysis, which describes the accounting information systems sales to Agen Toko Wulan Jaya. The results of this study are expected to provide information regarding the accounting information system sales in the Agen Toko Wulan Jaya. That was helping the company to manage the system with better sales and in line with expectations. The conclusion of this study isthey must improve sales accounting information system applied in order to have a good systems and alsohave a policies and authorization in payment process.
