Abstract

SMEs are an important part to be developed by local governments. In developing the SME needs to be a comprehensive study models so easy in policy formulation, program development and SME development activities, especially in Bandung in accordance with the vision and mission to build dignified Bandung. This study uses a conceptual approach to the strategic management approach to making models of the development of SMEs in Bandung. Abstract

In the community of information technology users often occur several crimes either consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally done. Way to secure data in the form of digital images can use cryptographic technique; cryptography is one of the techniques used to enhance the security aspect of information. Cryptography is the study of science and art to keep a message or data information so that the data is safe. Cryptographic support the needs of the two aspects of information security, namely secrecy (protection of the confidentiality of data information) and authenticity (protection against counterfeiting and alteration of information that is undesirable).Along with the development of computer technology, the world of information technology requires a stronger cryptographic algorithm and secure. Currently, AES / Rijndael (Advanced Encryption Standard) is used as the newest standard cryptographic algorithms. AES / Rijndael replace the DES (Data Encryption Standard), which in 2002 was over its service life. DES is also considered to be no longer able to answer the challenges of the development of communication technology very quickly. AES / Rijndael itself is a cryptographic algorithm using the algorithm AES / Rijndael to encrypt and decrypt the data block along with a 128-bit key length of 128 bits, 192 bits, or 256 bits. Blowfish is an algorithm that uses a block size of 64 bits of data along with the key length of 448 bits. To produce a digital image pixel values randomly needed a method transpormasi Discrete Wavelet (DWT) to generate a random pixel values before the encryption process. Abstract

As increasing competition between similar products sales, especially four-wheel vehicles, CK88 Mobilindo which is one of the used car showroom which is located on Jalan Gatot Subroto no. 225 need to create an innovation and improvement in the conduct of marketing strategies to increase consumer interest in purchasing the products offered.Media advertising is a marketing strategy used CK88 Mobilindo showroom in the used car market vehicles offered. To provide better service to consumers and presents a variety of information to consumers is a good strategy to attract consumers.In this study, a media tool to meet one of the marketing strategies in the showroom CK88 Mobilindo. Abstract

Tests interest made by the school talent for the new students before choosing majors. This test is done to allow participants to determine their potential. Specifically at the level of vocational schools (SMK), held majors or program selection expertise. The test is a tool to obtain data on the behavior of individuals. Interests are activities or tasks that arouse curiosity, attention, and give pleasure or enjoyment. Interests can be an indicator of the strength of a person in a particular area so that he will be motivated to learn and demonstrate high performance. Talent is an innate ability that is a potential that still need to be developed or trained to achieve a skill, knowledge and special skills. In this application there is a menu that is used for administration of the administrator. Administrator is a user who has full access rights to process data that relates to the student and with regard to the test. Against to the system administrator responsible for software applications in order to operate properly. Interest and aptitude test application is built using Microsoft Visual Basic.net as coding editor, Microsoft Access 2007 as database processing software. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop the Electronic Commerce ( E - Commerce ) for the sale of clothing online using internet technology and facilities payment through Paypal . System development method used is Waterfall with Flowmap analysis tools , Data Flow Diagrams ( DFD ) and Entity Relationship Diagram ( ER - D ) . The results of this study is an information system that handles transaction ordering , payment can be made by transfer of money between banks and through Paypal , Shipments and returns facilities that can help customers to obtain information about products offered by Turpez Shop , enabling customers in the process ordering products , and can help increase sales for the company . Keywords: E - Commerce , Paypal , Waterfall

Abstract

This research is to describe the implementation aspects of the promotional mix done by STMIK Mardira Indonesia, Bandung. Promotional mixes analyzed include advertesing, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing. A method of analysis using descriptive analysis to obtain an overview of the promotional mix is done. Respondents in this study were students D3 STMIK Mardira Indonesia, Bandung. Abstract

Trade Company is a company that is more emphasis on the process of buying and selling for not doing the processing of goods. CV INDOSAINS was the same as other trading companies, more emphasis on the process of buying and selling of goods, therefore, documentation of financial transactions was only limited to the purchase and sale of goods.Documentation of transactions currently running on INDOSAINS CV is less integrated because there is no single data connection with other data. So the reporting process takes a long time. In addition, documentation of transactions according to the rules of good accounting records which requires adequate knowledge.With the recommended application it is expected that the transaction documentation will well integrated between one data with other data, so that the administration does not have to be a recapitulation of data for report generation because it can directly print the desired report and generate financial reports more quickly and accurately. Along with this application needs experts are expected to be overcome because the application is made in such a way that can be a substitute for expert help. Keywords: financial statements, web-based, automated financial transactions

Abstract

From an empirical study produced that medical experts do not always produce optimal diagnosis decisions while better medical care at the moment is very urgent. Therefore, this research aims to design a liver disease diagnosis expert system which is intended to help (not replace) the duties of physicians who are expected to make decisions diagnosing a more optimal. To make the diagnosis of liver disease expert system then that should be noted is that accurate knowledge, rules and inference mechanisms that will be used, annotation systems that support the expert system and the environment of different features for knowledge builders and users of knowledge. Development of liver disease diagnosis expert system is in development using Microsoft Visual C # .NET 2003 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as well as the knowledge base storage analysis phase of software and software design stage using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Keywords: Expert System, Liver Disease  Abstrak Dari sebuah studi empiris dihasilkan bahwa para ahli medis tidak selalu menghasilkan keputusan diagnosis yang optimal sedangkan pelayanan medis yang lebih baik pada saat ini sangat mendesak. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit hati yang dimaksudkan untuk membantu (bukan menggantikan) tugas-tugas para dokter yang diharapkan dapat membuat keputusan pendiagnosaan yang lebih optimal. Untuk membuat sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit hati maka yang harus diperhatikan adalah pengetahuan yang akurat, aturan dan mekanisme inferensi yang akan digunakan, penjelasan sistem yang menunjang sistem pakar tersebut serta lingkungan fitur yang berbeda untuk pembangun pengetahuan dan pemakai pengetahuan. Pengembangan sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit hati ini dalam pengembangannya menggunakan Microsoft visual C#.Net 2003 dan Microsoft SQLServer 2000 sebagai tempat penyimpanan basis pengetahuan serta tahap analisis perangkat lunak dan tahap perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Kata kunci: Sistem pakar, penyakit hati

Abstract

In recent years, Cloud Computing has evolved into a promising business concept as one of the segments of the industry's fastest growing of information technology. Many companies are increasingly aware that by leveraging the Cloud, they can gain quick access to the best business applications or drastically improve their infrastructure resources, with almost no additional cost. But as more and more individuals and corporate information stored in the Cloud, concerns began to grow about how safe the Cloud. Risk management to use SaaS selection decisions necessary so an organization can get the most of the advantages of cloud computing technologies. Risk analysis helps reduce uncertainty in decision making rational, and as long as there is uncertainty in decision making, risk evaluation will be an important component of the decision-making process. Reducing uncertainty can only be done by achieving and process more information on the initiative of the decision domain of risk analysis. Keywords: Cloud Computing, Software as a Service.
