Abstract

ABSTRACTEffect of monitoring the performance of employees at PT. Karya Agung of Palembang study was conducted to determine the effect of variable monitoring the performance of employees at PT. Karya Agung of Palembang, while the samples used in this study is the entire population of employees at  PT. Karya Agung  of Palembang as many as 30 people. The research method used is the data collection techniques by using an interview, kuesiner and literature. Analissis hypothesis testing using simple linear regression using the SPSS test tools,to determine the relationship efesiansi the supervision of the t test at the 95% confidence level or a = 0.05% results from this research that the value of R Sguare or coefficient of determination of 0.135 indicating that 13.50% variable performance can be explained by oversight, while the remaining 86.5% is explained by the variables that were not studied that discipline, job design, compensation, work climate, and others. The    results   showed    that   control   relationship with the performance of 36,7% means that the relationship is very weak.  Key works: monitoring, performance, leadership

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of corporate social responsibility on price earning ratio and ROA of company which is registered in  Indonesia Stock Exchange and authorized sustainability report in 2009 and 2010 with foreign ownership as a moderating variable.The sample uses here is the secondary data with purposive sampling method. Corporate social responsibility disclosure data are from sustainability report which are gotten from each official company website. Foreign ownership, price earning ratio and ROA can be gotten from company annual report and can be downloaded at www.idx.co.id. Statistical method uses linear regression and multiplied linear regression. With 5% standard error , can be concluded that corporate social responsibility disclosure doesn’t influence toward price earning ratio and ROA. Foreign ownership doesn’t influence toward the relation between coporate social responsibility disclosure with price earning ratio and doesn’t influence toward the relation between corporate social responsibility disclosure with ROA. Key Words : corporate social responsibility disclosure, price earning ratio, CSRI, ROA, foreign ownership.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the effect of Service Quality Of Customer Loyalty In Bank Danamon Betung Unit, where one of the elements to improve customer loyalty at Bank Danamon Unit Betung one of which is the quality of service. The research was carried out in 5 months, where the research was conducted in Bank Danamon Betung Unit located at Jalan Rimba Palembang Jambi Sub Sub Acid Betung Banyuasin regency in South Sumatra province. In this study researchers determined the population of 500 existing customers in Bank Danamon Betung Unit. The authors took a sample of 10% of 50 customers of Bank Danamon Betung Unit.From these results obtained influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Danamon Betung Unit. Where the results of calculations performed with SPSS version 15 as follows: there is the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Danamon Betung Unit. Linear regression equation Y = 12.043 + 0.713 X. Of the correlation coefficient r = 0.685 or 68.5%, meaning that the relationship between the variables of service quality is quite tight and the direction (positive correlation) of 68.5% with variable customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.47 or 47%, the value can be interpreted for the percentage of influence of variables of service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Danamon Betung Unit. While the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Key Word : Influence, Quality, Service, Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the research result of internal control system receivables patrial tets to the effectiveness of collection of accounts receivables at P.T. Dinamisator trough discussion that the internal control which consist of enviroment, risk assesment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring there is a conclution that the significant effect come from the enviroment variable (X1) in the amount of 58%. There is a condution obtained from the simulateneous tets   that there is a significant effect between enviroment control, risk assesment, control activities, information and communication and also monitoring to effectiveness of collection of account receivables.This is shown by the acquistion value of the F tets whith shown a rejection of H0, so from the condusion suggested the P.T.Dinamisator to get more attention and improve the inviroment control whith aimed to minimized the uncollectible receivable. Keyword : Enviroment Control, Risk Assement, Information, communication and monitoring

Abstract

ABSTRACT The formulation of the problem in this research is How does working capital on the profitability of the CV. Putri Lintang Sakti Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of working capital on the profitability of the CV. Putri Lintang SaktiBandarLampung. This research is a quantitative study. Religious studies done on CV. Lintang Sakti Bandar Lampung. The variables used are working capital (X) and profitability (Y). Data used secondary data that  financial statements. CV Lintang Sakti  in 2009 - 2011. analysis is qualitative analyzes of data analysis techniques using liquidity ratios, profitability. To analyze the effect of working capital on profitability using simple regression analysis and t test. The results of the regression analysis shows that there is an influence waged between working capital profitability. It can be seen from the simple regression equation and t test. Values obtained by t test t = 3.385, TTable = 12.70 then, Ho is accepted, it means there is an influence but not more significan between  working capital (X) and profitability (Y) in the CV. Abstract

Indonesian government gives obvious support for a progress of The Indonesian capital market because one of indicators that show a growth of Indonesian economy is a progress of capital market. Share is an object of investment, it has various characteristics that can be chosen by investors, one of them is Blue Chips share . So the research is needed for the Blue Chips shares by considering five variables to determine its value and the fairness of the value can be revealed as well. The purpose of this research is to know the valuation of share with price earning ratio approach (PER). The object of this research is a firm that include in the index valuation LQ 45 and known as a big, capable, and stable firm. So the result is not applicable for the firms that do not use Blue Chips. The population is 45 firms and 30 firms  that use Purposive Sampling for the year 2006-2011 are taken as sample. Multiple Regression is used as model analysis. Clasical assumption test: BLUE has been done before, the prediction result is profit growth, dividend payout ratio, profit growth standard deviation, financial leverage, and return on equity can be analized. The analysis result shows : 1) partially there are two variables that has real impact on price earning ratio variability, and simultaneously all explanatory variables are influential ; 2) Financial leverage is explanatory variables that has the most influence on price earning ratio ; 3) The Blue Chips share in Indonesian Stock Exchange has not showed fair result based on Price Earning Ratio (PER) analysis. Other researchers can develop another variables besides those variables, because there is still 77% factors that can influence the Price Earning Ratio on this research.Key Word :  The Blue Chip Shares,  Fundamental Factor, Price Earning Ratio , The Indonesian Stock   Exchange

Abstract

 ABSTRACT      This research aims to know the influence analysis of motivation  and Leadership sytle on employees work productivity (Y) at construction and tax office in Palembang city.  The are three hypothesis were evaluated in this research. First, the significant influence among motivation with employees work productivity. Second, the significant influence among leadership style with employees work productivity. Third, the significant influence among motivation and leadership style together with employees work productivity.This research population take in all employees at Construction and tax office in Palembang City which whole 54 employees, and sample totally 54 employees use population technique no sampling.This instrument of collecting data use questionare which use scale likert were assembled based on construct that armful from theories, and applied on operation variable. To know the validity of instrument, the wvaluation of validity is done, with face validity characteristic.Analysis result of research stated in 5% significant found (1) correlation coefficient among motivation with employees work productivity about 0.337 with regression equation Y = 29.010 + 0.660 X1 and determination coefficient about 0.113, (2) correlation coefficient among leadership style with employees work productivity about 0.642 with regression equation Y = 41.261 + 0.762 X2 and determination coefficient about 0.413, (3) correficient among motivation and leadership style together with employees work productivity about 0.676 with regression equation Y = 4.757 + 0.424 X1 + 0.711 X2 and determination coefficent about 0.457.Contribution that given both two independent variables to employees work productivity each about 11.3% and 41.3% without controlling the influence of one to the others, but together have influence about 45.7%.Based on the research which has has done at construction and tax office in Palembang city about the influence analysis of motivation and leadership style on employees work productivity has significant influence. Keywords : Motivation, Leadership Style, Productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis Influence Service Quality Train Against Gratification passengers on PT. (Indonesia train persero) Regions Sub-Division Regional III.1 Kertapati Palembang. This research study analysis influence service quality passenger train against complacence PT. (Indonesia train persero) Regions Sub-Division Division Regional III.1 Kertapati Palembang. Implementation of the research conducted during approximately four (4) months including designing, implementing and reporting the results of this research. This case study research aims to know the influence analysis of service quality of railway passenger satisfaction on a Train PT. Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Sub Area 1 Kertapati in Palembang. Based on the number of passengers the train PT. Indonesia (Persero) Sub Regional Division III. 1 Kertapati in Palembang that consists of 2 lines of the Palembang- Lubuk Linggau dan Palembang – Tanjung Karang in 2011 gained population was 1.550.310 passengers. Then be sampled as many as 100 people. Of research results obtained by a regression Coefficient regression Coefficients that reability is 0.566, meaning that every one unit of skorreability will increase rail passenger satisfaction scores of 0.566. The regression coefficient is the responsiveness, meaning each addition 0,070 one unit of skorresponsiveness will increase rail passenger satisfaction scores for 0,070. The regression coefficient is the responsiveness, meaning each addition 0,083 one unit of skorassurance will increase rail passenger satisfaction scores for 0,083. The regression coefficient is 0,105 emphaty, meaning that every one unit of skoremphaty will increase rail passenger satisfaction scores for significant rate 0,105 of 5%, multiple regression equation is thus: Ŷ = 4,913 + 0,093 X1 +  0,522 X2 + 0,070 X3 + 0,083X4 + 0,105X5 +  e. Implementation, in order to Train Indonesia PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT            Analysis of Factor Contributing to Credit loan and Mitigation Effects and the Solution to BRI Palembang using qualitative descriptive analysis technique. From the result of conducted can be found that the percentage of non performing loans in the BRI Unit Lemabang in 2008 is as high as 25,5% for loans amounting Kupedes, 0,38% for Fixed Income Group loans, and 27,47% for KUR loans due to bank extern factors.To deal with nonperformking loans arising PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Persero Tbk unit Lemabang trying to cope Palembang by analysing 5C, establish good relationship with consumers, monitoring the use of credit and billing.
