Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and work discipline on the work of employees of PT. Surya Prima Sejahtera Palembang, The population in this study were all employees and a research sample of 20 employees (saturated sample). Multiple regression analysis aims to calculate the magnitude of the effect of a change in events. In this study, multiple regression analysis acts as a statistical technique used to test whether there is an effect of work ethic and work discipline on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Surya Prima Sejahtera. Simultaneous F significant test results. From the results, it shows that the independent variables together do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable, this is because the significant value f 0.135> 0.05. This proves that Work Ethic (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together have no influence on employee performance. The result of the t test (partial), it is known that the value of t count is 2.375, this means that the value of t is greater than the value of t table 2.365 (based on t table). As for the significance value of work ethic (X1) 0.049 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between the work ethic variable (X1) and employee performance (Y).  Keywords:work ethic, work discipline, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and identify how much influence the health and safety of employees can affect the productivity of work. The sample used in this study is saturated sample by using the entire population employed about 49 people were used as the respondents, with data collection questionnaires, by using variable research is Health, Safety, Productivity . Data validity was tested using Pearson product moment correlation, and fatherly test level using Cronbach Alpha reliability with, then the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test with significance level of 5%. Researchers using SPSS Version 16. tools for Windows. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupational health (X1) and Safety (X2) has an influence on employee work productivity (Y). from the calculation of the F test, it can be seen that the F test (25.507)> F table (3,19). So Ha which says there is a significant effect of occupational health and safety of employees working on productivity. Results of tests performed with partial regression analysis occupational health variables (X1) has t X1 3.017> 2.001 t table, then Ha Ho accepted and rejected, this means that there is significant influence by the occupational health variables (X1) of the Work Productivity of employees. (Y). Safety variables (X2) has t X2 3.364> 2.001 t table, then Ha Ho accepted and rejected, this means that there is a significant influence by the variable Safety (X2) of the Work Productivity employees of PT Sekawan Kontrindo Palembang (Y). This means health variables (X1) and Safety (X2) significantly influence labor productivity. See from these results that the health and safety it is necessary to increase employment in the company. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Effect of Organizational Culture and Communication on Employee Performance at PT.Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. (KFC Demang Lebar Daun branch) Palembang with a population of 59 employees, the sample in this study was a saturated sample. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaire distribution and processed statistically using the multiple regression analysis method with Y = a + b1 X1 + b2X2 + e processed with the SPSS program 17. From the results of the validity test obtained r count> r table for each item statement and the reliability test questionnaire obtained the value of each variable which is 0.757 for variable X1, 0.771 for variable X2, and 0.765 for variable Y. The value explains the value of reliability> 0.60, meaning that the value of research instruments are reliable and can be used as a measuring instrument analyzed further. Data analysis of each variable obtained by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 6.694 + 0.313 X1 + 0.732 X2 + e. Obtained R Square value of 0.410, which means X1 and X2 explain the effect on the Y variable by 41%, while the remaining 59% is explained by other variables outside the study. From the results of the calculation of simultaneous test as large as 21,166 with F table of 3.16 which means Fcount> F table with a significant value of 0.005, which means that Organizational Culture and communication together influence simultaneously on the performance of employees at the KFC Demang Lebar Daun Palembang branch. From the partial test generated, each independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, with Organizational Culture having a significance level of less than 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted while the Communication variable also has a significance of research smaller than 0.005 so that the hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Communication, and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the University of Tridinanti Palembang. Both partially and jointly. In this study the total population was 70 people, with details of 35 trial samples and 35 research samples. From the results of the study obtained the variable Compensation regression coefficient (X1) of 0.147, Motivation (X2) 0.135, Work Discipline (X3) 0.155 and also produces a constant value of 38.496 so the Multiple Linear Regression equation is as follows: Y = 38.496 + 0.147 X1 + 0.135 X2 + 0.155 X3, while the correlation coefficient results are 0.6343 which means it has a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, also the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.320 This value can be interpreted that the percentage effect of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Performance is 32% while the remaining 78% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: compensation, motivation, work discipline, and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to know, analyze and prove the effect of the development of local songket woven fabrics and creativity of craftsmen to the interests of the people of Palembang.Sampel this study as many as 74 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is influence of the development of the local songket woven cloth product to the interest of the people of Palembang city and there is no influence to the creativity of the craftsmen to the interest of the people of Palembang city (case study of craftsmen at Ki Gede Ing Suro Street). Multiple linear regression equation is Y = 25,607 + 0,342X1 -0,54x2. Based on the results of the test results of regression coefficient simultaneously obtained f count of 8.944 is greater than f table of 3.12. At test X1 regression coefficient partially obtained t count equal to 4,224 bigger than t table 0,235, hence development of local songket woven fabric product partially there is significant positive influence to interest of society of Palembang city. At test X2 regression coefficient partially obtained t count equal to -.309 smaller than t table 0,235. then the creativity of craftsmen partially no significant positive effect on the interest of the community of Palembang.Hasil value coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.201 or as much as 20.1% variable interest community (Y) influenced the development of local songket woven (X1). The rest of 79.9% is influenced by other variables that are not researched.Keywords: Product development, Creativity, Interests

Abstract

ABSTRACTEffect of monitoring the performance of employees at PT. Karya Agung of Palembang study was conducted to determine the effect of variable monitoring the performance of employees at PT. Karya Agung of Palembang, while the samples used in this study is the entire population of employees at  PT. Karya Agung  of Palembang as many as 30 people. The research method used is the data collection techniques by using an interview, kuesiner and literature. Analissis hypothesis testing using simple linear regression using the SPSS test tools,to determine the relationship efesiansi the supervision of the t test at the 95% confidence level or a = 0.05% results from this research that the value of R Sguare or coefficient of determination of 0.135 indicating that 13.50% variable performance can be explained by oversight, while the remaining 86.5% is explained by the variables that were not studied that discipline, job design, compensation, work climate, and others. The    results   showed    that   control   relationship with the performance of 36,7% means that the relationship is very weak.  Key works: monitoring, performance, leadership

Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Analisa Kualitatif yang menganalisis data yang bukan angka atau angka yang berbentuk penjelasan yang tidak dapat dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka dan yang kedua Metode Analisis Kuantitatif yaitu metode yang menganalisis yang dilakukan  terhadap data dalam bentuk angka untuk menerapkan penjelasna dari angka-angka tersebut. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aktivitas Akuntansi Sosial dalam Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial sudah dilakukan oleh PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk Area Palembang dapat dinilai sudah efektif dan efisien. Telah Mengikuti aturan pemerintah dan sudah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Dengan mengeluarkan biaya yang berhubungan dengan biaya sosial (Kesejahteraan Karyawan, Masyarakat dan Lingkungan) dan telah mengungkapkan tanggungajawab sosial.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work stress, and communication on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Kayuagung Branch. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 35 employees selected randomly. Data were collected using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression to examine the impact of each variable on employee performance. The results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress negatively affects performance, and effective communication enhances performance. These findings are expected to contribute to improving work conditions and increasing employee productivity at PT. BRI Kayuagung Branch. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, stres kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Kantor Cabang Kayuagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada 35 karyawan yang dipilih secara acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi berganda untuk melihat pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, dan komunikasi yang baik meningkatkan kinerja. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dalam memperbaiki kondisi kerja dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di PT. BRI Kantor Cabang Kayuagung.
