Abstract

Characteristics and indicators of disruptive behavior andthere is no common characteristic at each age level school(playgroup, kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school oruniversity). Disruptive behavior can be divided into three levels,namely mild, moderate and severe. The reasons for this can comefrom internal or external actors. Handling problems and disruptivebehavior can be observed from behavioristik approaches, cognitiveand humanistic. Through this article classroom teachers and teacherguidance and counseling are expected to understand and handledisruptive behavior so as to maximize the teaching and learningprocess in the classroom.Key words : Disruptive Behavior, teacher guidance and counseling,learning process

Abstract

Underachiever is a child with a performance that doesnot comply with the conditions they are supposed to have.Many things can cause a child to be an underachiever. Onereason is the teachers' teaching methods that can not beenjoyed by children as they should. Another cause is thestudent's learning style that can not be accommodated in theclassroom. The condition is often associated with giftedunderachiever. Guidance and counseling to help childrenunderstand the conditions underachiever themselves. In-depthguidance and counseling can also help the child adjust tolearning in the classroom. Parental involvement in thetreatment of children with problems can underachiever positiveeffect on child development.Keywords: underachiever, guidance and counseling.

Abstract

Post-disaster disaster survivors experience severeobstacles in his adjustment. Nevertheless, natural disaster ortrauma encountered in life is not entirely negative effect.Exposure below attempts to lay out the findings of researchthat actually proves that disaster survivors to be very powerful,very strong and can develop post-disaster. Abstract

Teachers in the learning process, should pay attention tothe characteristics of their students. A wide range of studentcharacteristics, both internally and externally. One of thecharacteristics of students in learning that need to be considered inteacher learning and affect the effectiveness of teaching and learningis the learning styles of the students.Experiential Learning not only provide insight into the conceptsof knowledge alone. However, it also gives a real experience that willbuild skills through real assignments. Experienced learning theory isformed through a process of suppression. Suppression processincludes concrete experience, observe /reflect on concreteexperiences, abstract concepts and generalizations formatting, to testimplications of concepts in new situations. The four processes formthe four types of learning styles are: konverger, akomodator,diverger, and assimilator.Teachers in teaching has its own learning style as well as thetypes of students have learning styles but it does not mean the qualityof teaching by itself will increase. Learning style is closely related toan individual's personal history influenced by education anddevelopment. This is because the factors that affect academicachievement itself. Therefore, in the learning process teachers needto pay attention to the types of learning styles of the students as wellas teachers also have their own learning style.Keywords : learning styles, experiential learning, academicachievement, learning

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is an integral part of theeducation that have objects of human behavior. Humanbehavior in the context of social interaction can never beseparated from the social environment that involves the variouscomponents. One such component is the culture. Students arehighly influenced by the culture of the parents, preschool, andschool vary greatly in terms of the extent to which the childrenare encouraged to develop long-term relationships with peersand teachers outside the family.Various elements in the areas of people's lives is the seeds thatcould enrich the culture to build a strong community, butinstead can weaken the strength of the nation with varioussquabbles and disputes. Abstract

Early development of counseling and psychotherapyis influenced by psychodynamic, respectively influencescognitive / behavioristik, and humanistic perspectives into theparadigm system of guidance and counseling. Paradigm shiftaimed at the effectiveness of guidance and counseling notprovide justification that the earlier theories are not well.Another important thing that must be understood by thecounselor are all theories of counseling and psychotherapy havecontributed in accordance with the concept and view of manwith the attributes of the Problem.
