Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran teknik dasar bulu tangkis berbasis multimedia. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) tahap studi pendahuluan, (2) validasi ahli, (3) uji coba lapangan, dan (4) pembuatan produk akhir. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen: (1) validasi produk awal, (2) angket observasi untuk pelatih dan ahli materi, dan (3) lembar observasi respons atlet. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media untuk pembelajaran teknik dasar bulu tangkis berbasis multimedia yang dikemas dalam CD dan disertakan buku petunjuk penggunaan. Teknik dasar bulu tangkis tersebut, yaitu: (1) bentuk-bentuk pegangan raket, (2) macam-macam servis, (3) macam-macam pukulan dari atas, dan (4) macam-macam pukulan dari bawah.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, teknik dasar bulu tangkis, multimedia, atlet usia 11 dan 12 tahun DEVELOPMENT FOR LEARNING THE BASIC TECHNIQUES OF BADMINTON BASED ON MULTIMEDIA TO ATHLETES AGED OF 11 AND 12 AbstractThis research aimed to produce a media for learning the basic techniques of badminton based multimedia. The research and development was conducted by the following steps: (1) the introduction study phase, (2) validation of experts, (3) testing product, and, (4) creating the final product. Instruments for collecting the data were: (1) the first product validation, (2) the questionnaire observation for coach and expert, and (3) observation sheet response for athletes. This research produced a media for learning the basic technique of badminton based on multimedia that was packaged in a CD and user’s guide included. The basic techniques are: (1) the forms of racket grip, (2) services, (3) a variety of overhead stroke, and (4) a variety of underhand stroke.Keywords: development, the basic techniques of badminton, multimedia, athletes at the age of 11 and 12 years old.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh antara metode latihan sederhana dan metode latihan kompleks terhadap smash backcourt, (2) pengaruh antara koordinasi tinggi dan koordinasi rendah terhadap smash backcourt, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi terhadap hasil smash backcourt. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian adalah atlet Klub Bola Voli yunior putra Yuso Sleman dan atlet Klub bola voli yunior putra Yuso Gunadarma. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes koordinasi mata-tangan dan test smash Laveage. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANAVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode latihan sederhana dan metode latihan kompleks terhadap hasil smash backcourt, (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara atlet yang mempunyai koordinasi tinggi dan koordinasi rendah terhadap hasil smash backcourt, dan (3) terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi terhadap smash backcourt.Kata Kunci: metode latihan sederhana, metode latihan kompleks, koordinasi, smash backcourt, bola voli. The effect of exercise method and coordination on the smash backcout of junior athletesAbstractThis study aimed to determine: (1) the effect between simple exercise and complex exercise method on the smash backcourt, (2) the effect between the high coordination and low coordination on the smash backcourt, and (3) the interaction between exercise method and coordination on the smash backcourt. The research is experimental with 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of the research was Volleyball Club Yuso Junior Sleman and Volleyball Club Yuso Junior Gunadarma. The samples were taken with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through eye-hand coordination test and smash Laveage test modification. The data analysis technique used is the variant analysis (ANOVA). The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant difference between simple exercise method and complex exercise method, (2) there is a significant difference between athletes with high coordination and low coordination, and (3) there is an interaction between exercise method and coordination against smash backcourt.Keywords: simple method, complex method, coordination, smash backcourt, volley ball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran motorik kasar siswa TK kelompok A. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan. langkah-langkahnya terdiri atas (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba pemakaian, dan (9) revisi produk. Penilaian kualitas produk melibatkan 3 orang ahli. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah petunjuk umum wawancara, catatan lapangan, lembar evaluasi, angket skala nilai validasi, rubrik penilaian siswa, pedoman observasi permainan, dan pedoman observasi keefektifan permainan. Hasil penelitian berupa model pembelajaran motorik kasar siswa TK kelompok A yang terdiri atas 10 permainan, yaitu: (1) permainan tebak hewan, (2) permainan ular mencari makan, (3) permainan lari citah, (4) permainan mencari hewan, (5) permainan mengambil hewan, (6) permainan loncat kangguru, (7) permainan lompat bangau, (8) permainan lubang tikus, (9) permainan ikan sapu-sapu, dan (10) permainan undur-undur yang telah di validasi oleh ahli dan guru.Kata Kunci: model, pembelajaran, motorik kasar, TK kelompok A Rough learning motor model development kindergarten student group AAbstrackThis research aims to produce a gross motor teaching model for group A kindergarten students. The study used research and development design. consisting the steps of (1) the potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) validation of the design, (5) revision of the design, (6) product trials, (7) product revision, (8) utility testing, and (9) product revision. 3 Product quality assessment involving experts. The instruments used to collect the data were a general interview guide, field notes, evaluation sheets, questionnaire of validation of the value scale, student assessment rubric, game observation guide, and game effectiveness observation guide. The result of the research is a model of gross motor teaching of group A kindergarten students consisting of 10 games, namely: (1) animal guessing game, (2) foraging snake game, (3) run cheetah game, (4) seeking animal game, (5) taking animal game, (6) jumping kangaroo game, (7) jumping stork game, (8) rat hole game, (9) fish broom game, and (10) undur-undur game that have been validated by experts and teachers.Keywords: models, learning, gross motor skills, kindergarten group A

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh antara metode demonstrasi dan metode audio visual terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan, (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara persepsi kinestetik terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan, dan (3) interaksi metode latihan dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SD Negeri Petinggen dan SD Negeri Terbansari yang berjumlah 75 siswa. Sampel penelitian 40 siswa ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes persepsi kinestetik dan keterampilan groundstrokes. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah horizontal liner space test dan memantulakan bola ke dinding. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode demonstrasi dan audio visual terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan antara siswa yang memiliki persepsi kinestetik tinggi dan rendah,dan (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara metode latihan dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap hasil groundstrokes tenis lapangan.Kata Kunci: demonstrasi, audio visual, persepsi kinestetik, groundstrokes tenis lapangan. The effect of training method and kinesthetic perception groundstroke skills of elementary school students in tennis AbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the difference between the effect of audio-visual methods and the demonstration of the skills of tennis courts groundstrokes, (2) the difference between the effect of kinesthetic perception of the skill of tennis courts groundstrokes, and (3) the interaction of exercise and kinesthetic perception of the skills tennis courts of groundstrokes. This study is experimental. The study population is students Petinggen Elementary School and Elementary School Terbansari totaling 75 students. The research sample of 40 students is determined by purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using kinesthetic perception tests and skills groundstrokes. The instrumen in this study is a horizontal linear space test and memantulakan balls to the wall. Analysis using ANOVA. results show that: (1) no significant difference between the methods and audio-visual demonstration of the skills of tennis groundstrokes (2) there are significant differences between the tennis groundstrokes skills of students who have a kinesthetic perception of high and low, and(3) thereis a significant interaction between training methods and kinesthetic perception of the results of tennis groundstrokes.Keywords: demonstration, audio visual, kinesthetic perception, tennis groundstrokes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan bench press menggunakan barbel dan latihan bench press dengan menggunakan medicine ball terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru, (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dan motivasi rendah terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru dan  (3) Interaksi antara latihan bench press dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Sampel penelitian adalah 16 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varian (ANAVA) dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,050. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan bench press barbel dan medicine ball terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Medicine ball memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada barbel, (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi tinggi dan rendah terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru,. Motivasi tinggi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada motivasi rendah, dan (3) Ada interaksi antara metode latihan bench press dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Efektivitas peningkatan tertinggi adalah pada kelompok mahasiswa dengan motivasi rendah yang diberi latihan menggunakan medicine ball dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 33,92%, disusul motivasi tinggi dengan latihan menggunakan medicine ball 22,61%, motivasi tinggi dengan latihan menggunakan barbel 20,03%, dan motivasi rendah dengan latihan menggunakan barbel 13,42%.Kata Kunci: Latihan bench press, motivasi, kemampuan tolak peluru. THE EFFECT OF BENCH PRESS EXERCISE AND MOTIVATION ON THE SHOT PUT ABILITIES AbstractThis research aims to determine: (1) The difference of the effect of bench press exercise using a barbell and bench press exercise using a medicine ball on the shot put ability. (2) The difference of the effect of high motivation and low motivation to shot put ability, and (3) Interaction between the bench press exercise and motivation to shot put ability. The research sample of 16 students were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used in this research was two tracks of varian analysis (called ANAVA) on significant rate α = 0.05. The result shows that: (1) There is a significant difference between exercises barbell bench press and medicine ball to the shot-put capability. Medicine ball has a greater influence than the barbell, (2) There is a significant difference between high and low motivation on the ability of shot put. High motivation to have a greater influence than the low motivation, and (3) There is an interaction between the bench press exercise methods and motivation to shot-proven capability. The highest effectiveness was in the group of students with low motivation given exercises using medicine ball with an average increase of 33.92%, followed by a high motivation to exercise using a medicine ball 22.61%, higher motivation to exercise using a barbell 20.03% , and low motivation to exercise using a barbell 13.42%.Keywords: Bench press exercise, motivation, ability to shot put.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kondisi fisik dan teknik terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola (dribbling) atlet bolabasket putri junior di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial least Square (PLS). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes pengukuran dan  rubrik. Tes pengukuran digunakan untuk mengukur faktor kondisi fisik yang terdiri atas 6 item dan tes keterampilan dribbling, kemudian rubrik digunakan untuk mengukur penilaian teknik. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan ANAVA. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas yang menggunakan program SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) kontribusi faktor fisik terhadap dribbling atlet bolabasket putri junior Gunungkidul sebesar 21%, (2) kontribusi faktor teknik terhadap dribbling atlet bolabasket putri junior Gunungkidul sebesar 55%, dan (3) kontribusi kondisi fisik dan teknik terhadap dribbling atlet bolabasket putri junior Gunungkidul sebesar 45,5%.Kata Kunci: faktor kondisi fisik, teknik, dribbling, bolabasket. THE CONTRIBUTION OF PHYSICAL AND TECHNIQUES TO THE DRIBBLING SKILLS OF JUNIOR WOMAN BASKETBALL ATHLETES IN GUNUNGKIDUL AbstractThis research aims to find out the contribution of physical condition and techniques to the dribbling skills of junior woman basketball athletes in Gunungkidul. This research was used the Partial least Square (PLS) method. Measurement test was used to measure the physical condition factor consisting of 6 items and dribbling skills, then the rubric was used to measure techniques. The data analysis techniques used ANOVA. Prerequisite test data analysis used normality test, linearity and multicollinearity test that used  SMART PLS program. The results of the research show that: (1) the contribution of the physical factors to the dribbling skills of junior woman basketball athletes in Gunungkidul is 0.210 at 21%, (2) the contribution of the technical factors to the dribbling skills of junior woman basketball athletes in Gunungkidul is 0.550 at 55%, and (3) the contribution of the physical condition factors and technique to the dribbling skills of junior woman basketball athletes in Gunungkidul is 0.455 at 45.5%.Keywords: factors of physical condition, technique, dribbling, basketball.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan sirkuit dengan bola dan metode latihan ball feeling terhadap keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Kelompok Usia (KU) 11-12 tahun; (2) perbedaan pengaruh tinggi rendah VO2 Max terhadap keterampilan  dasar sepakbola siswa SSB KU 11-12 tahun; dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan kemampuan VO2 Max terhadap keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB KU 11-12 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode sirkuit dengan bola dan metode ball feeling terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu kelompok usia 11-12 tahun, dengan signifikansi (P = 0,031 0,05). Keterampilan dasar sepakbola yang dilatih dengan metode sirkuit dengan bola lebih baik daripada metode ball feeling; (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan VO2 Max tinggi dan VO2 Max rendah terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu kelompok usia 11-12 tahun, dengan signifikansi (P = 0,001 0,005).Keterampilan dasar sepakbolaSiswa yang memiliki VO2 Max tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa yang memiliki VO2 Max rendah; dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok latihan dan VO2 Max terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu kelompok usia 11-12 tahun, dengan signifikansi (P = 0,216 0,05).Kata Kunci: sirkuit dengan bola, ball feeling, VO2 Max, dan keterampilan dasar sepakbola. THE EFFECT OF TRAINING METHOD AND VO2 MAX TOWARD BASIC SKILLS OF FOOTBALL AbstractThe objectives of this research were to find out; (1) the differences between circuit with ball and ball feeling method towards basic skills of football of students of Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Kelompok Usia (KU) 11-12 years; (2) effect of VO2 Max towards basic skills of football of students of SSB KU 11-12 years; and (3) interaction between training method and VO2 Max ability towards basic skills of football of students of SBB KU 11-12 years.This research was experiment study with factorial 2 x 2 designs.    The result of this research reveals that: (1) circuit with ball and ball feeling method have different significant effect on improving basic skills of football of 11-12 year students of SSB Bengkulu and Bina Muda Bahari in Bengkulu city and the score is p = 0.031 0.05. Basic skills of football are trained in methods of circuit with ball better than feeling ball method; (2)  Maximum VO2 Max dan minimum VO2 Max have different effect on improving basic skills of football of 11-12 year students of SSB Bengkulu and Bina Muda Bahari in Bengkulu city and the p value = 0.001 0.005. Basic skills of football of students who have a high VO2 Max is better than students who have low VO2 Max; and (3) both of the group training and VO2 Max have no significant interaction on improving basic skills of football of 11-12 year students of SSB Bengkulu and Bina Muda Bahari in Bengkulu city and the p value = 0.216 0.05.Keywords: circuit with ball, ball feeling, VO2 Max, and basic skills of football.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode pembelajaran drill dan bermain terhadap kemampuan passing dalam permainan bola voli, (2) perbedaan kemampuan passing bola voli antara metode pembelajaran drill siswa yang memiliki kelincahan tinggi dan bermain siswa yang memiliki kelincahan tinggi, (3) perbedaan kemampuan passing bola voli antara metode pembelajaran drill siswa yang memiliki kelincahan rendah dan bermain siswa yang memiliki kelincahan rendah, dan (4) interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan passing bola voli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi menggunakan siswa SMP Negeri I Ngaglik yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola voli sebanyak 38 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pembelajaran drill dan bermain terhadap kemampuan belajar passing bola voli, (2) ada perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan passing bola voli antara metode pembelajaran drill siswa yang memiliki kelincahan tinggi dan bermain siswa yang memiliki kelincahan tinggi, (3) ada perbedaan kemampuan passing bola voli antara metode pembelajaran drill siswa yang memiliki kelincahan rendah dan bermain siswa yang memiliki kelincahan rendah, (4) ada interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan passing bola voli.Kata Kunci: metode pembelajaran drill, metode pembelajaran bermain, kelincahan, kemampuan passing, bola voli The effects of drill learning method, games and the agility on voleyball passing learning ability  AbstractThis study aimed to determine: (1) the differences in the effect of drill learning methods and games learning methods on the increase of voleyball passing ability, (2) the differencess of the increase of the ability of passing volleyball between drill learning method students that have high agility and the games learning methods students who have high agility, (3) the differencess of the increase of the ability of passing volleyball between drill learning methods of students who have low agility and games learning methods of students who have low agility, and (4) the interaction between learning method and agility of the volleyball passing ability. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is SMP Negeri I Ngaglik students who take part in extracurricular volleyball as many as 38 students. The research results show that: (1) there is a difference between the effect of drill learning methods and games learning methods in the ability to volleyball passing, (2 ) there is a differences in the increase of volleyball passing ability between drill learning methods students who have high agility and games learning methods that have high agility, (3) there is a difference in the increase of volleyball passing ability between drill learning methods students who have low agility and games learning methods that have low agility. (4) there is an interaction between learning method and agility of the volleyball passing ability.Keywords: drill learning methods, games learning methods, agility, the ability to passing, volleyball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah pedoman tes fisik atlet pencak silat dewasa kategori tanding yang valid dan reliabel yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kondisi fisik atlet pencak silat dewasa kategori tanding. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Teknik Analisis data menggunakan penyusunan skor baku dengan rerata dan simpangan baku skor T yang digolongkan menjadi lima norma berdasar pada distribusi gejala normal, yaitu sangat baik, baik, sedang, kurang, sangat kurang. Data yang diperoleh tiap-tiap jenis tes merupakan data kasar dari hasil tiap tes yang di capai atlet. Selanjutnya hasil data kasar tersebut diubah dengan rumus T skor. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh 9 (Sembilan) jenis tes fisik atlet pencak silat dewasa kategori tanding, antara lain: (1) Fleksibilitas (Side Splite), (2) Kecepatan (Sprint 40 Meter), (3) Power Lengan (Push Up 30 Detik), (4) Kekuatan Perut (Sit Up), (5) Kekuatan Punggung (Back Up), (6) Power Tungkai (Standing Triple Jump), (7) Kelincahan (Shuttle Run), (8) Daya tahan anaerobik (Sprint 300 meter), dan (9) Daya tahan aerobik (Bleep Tes). Tes ini dinyatakan valid dan menunjukkan koefisien reliabilitas putra dan putri > 0,5.Kata Kunci: tes pengukuran, pencak silat, kondisi fisik. THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PHYSICAL TEST OF ADULT FIGHTING CATEGORY PENCAK SILAT ATHLETEAbstractThis research was aimed to produce a valid and reliable guide book for a physical test for adult pencak silat athlete in fighting category. This guide book was supposed to measure the physical condition of adult pencak silat athlete at the fighting category. This research was using research and development method. The data analysis techniques used in this research were the construction of standard score by the mean and standard deviation of T score. The T score was classified into five norms based on normal indication distribution, namely very good, good, moderate, poor, and very poor. The data taken from each test was the raw data from the result of each test achieved by the athletes. Then, that result was changed into T-score. This research reveals nine types of physical test for adult pencak silat athlete at the fighting category. They are: (1) Flexibility (Side Splite), (2) Speed (Sprint 40 meters), (3) Arm Power (30 seconds Push Up), (4) Abdominal Strength (Sit Up), (5) Back Strength (Back Up), (6) Leg Power (Standing Triple Jump), (7) Agility (Shuttle Run), (8) Anaerobic Endurance (300 meters Sprint), and (9) Aerobic Endurance (Bleep Test). This test is valid and indicates reliability coefficient of male and female > 0.5.Keywords: measurement test, pencak silat, physical condition.
