Abstract

The northern coast of Central Java province is considered as the critical area of flood path. Semarang as capital city of this province with its junction area of Kendal and Demak always suffering from flood due to rain and or high tide seawater. It is realised that infrastructures’ capacity for flood control, awareness of people and other multi-factors are significantly contributed on the flood problem in these area. Mixed-methods of quantitative and qualitative are employed to analyze the data. The study found that there was a decline in quality of - people’s life, environment and its ecosystem. Awareness and responsiveness of people and also the other stakeholders are not progressive to overcome the problem of flood. This study is trying to contribute in outlining a model of adaptation and mitigation for the people to restore their ecosystem from the perspective of economist.

Abstract

Abstract

Nilai sewa merupakan komponen yang penting bagi calon penyewa, investor, pengembang dan pengelola gedung khususnya pada Kawasan Pusat Bisnis di Jakarta. Dalam memenuhi kepentingan tersebut masing-masing pihak melakukan penaksiran atau menggunakan jasa penilai properti untuk mengetahui nilai sewa ruang suatu gedung kantor. Penilai properti dan pengelola gedung-gedung milik negara telah mempunyai metodologi dan tool untuk menentukan besaran sewa. Namun nilaihasil penaksiran tersebut tidak bisa diukur akurasinya mengingat tidak adanya benchmark. Selain itu hasil penelitian sebelumnya tentang model nilai sewa ruang kantor belum bisa digunakan karena lokasi dan lingkup penelitian bukan pada kawasan tersebut. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan model nilai sewa ruang kantorpada kawasan pusat bisnis di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan supply dan demand secara simultan, dengan menggunakan konsep teori Marchallian. Sisi demand dianalisis melalui variabel pembentuk utilitas konsumen, yang berasal dari penelitian sebelumnya dan kebaruan penelitian, sementara supply dianalisis dari fungsi biaya dan keuntungan. Model penelitian dibangun melalui regresi yang melibatkan variabel sisi demand dan supply tersebut. Selain menghasilkan model nilai sewa, penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwapenyewa gedung kantor pada kawasan pusat bisnis belum peduli dengan konsep green building bahkan berprilaku boros energi, sifat pasar sewa ruang kantor di Jakarta adalah pasar konsumen, height building theory terbukti tidak berlaku pada properti gedung kantor, dan variabel lokasi serta aksesibilitas menjadi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap besarnya nilai sewa. Model ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai benchmark oleh penilai properti dan pengelola gedung milik negara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tes kemampuan fisik bolabasket yang valid dan reliabel yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan fisik pemain bolabasket siswa SMA di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Subjek penelitian adalah 156 siswa SMA putra di DIY. Produk yang dikembangkan adalah tes kemampuan fisik bolabasket siswa SMA. Langkah pertama sampai keenam merupakan tahap pengembangan standar indikator keterampilan fisik bermain bolabasket siswa SMA. Langkah ketujuh sampai kesepuluh merupakan tahap pengembangan instrumen. Hasil uji skala kecil digunakan sebagai uji coba pengembangan produk dilakukan untuk keperluan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tes. Uji lanjut pada skala besar difokuskan untuk menyusun norma dan standar penilaian atas instrumen tes keterampilan fisik bolabasket. Hasil pengembangan tes keterampilan fisik bermain bolabasket meliputi (1) tes kecepatan 3/4 basketball court sprint, (2) tes daya tahan aerobik bleep test, (3)) tes kelincahan lane agility test, (5) tes daya tahan otot core strange and stability test, (6) tes power tungkai vertical jump, (7) tes power lengan push-up, dan (8) tes fleksibilitas sit and reach. Dapat disimpulkan instrumen tes dapat digunakan sebagai metode evaluasi untuk mengukur kemampuan fisik bolabasket pada anak SMA.Kata Kunci: tes kemampuan fisik, bolabasket, siswa SMA putra Developing a test of the physical capability for basketball for male students in the Province Of Yogyakarta Special Territory AbstractThis study aims to develop a valid and reliable test of the physical capability for basketball to measure the level of the physical capability for basketball player among senior high school (SHS) students in Yogyakarta Special Territory (YST). The research subjects were 156 male SHS students in the Province of YST. The developed product was a test of the physical capability for basketball for male SHS students. The first to sixth steps belonged to the stage of developing standards for the indicators of the physical skills for playing basketball for SHS students. The seventh to tenth steps belonged to the stage of developing instrumens. The result of the small-scale testing was used as a product development tryout, conducted to test the validity and reliability of the test instrumens. A further test in the large-scale testing was focused on the construction of assessment norms and standards for the test instrumens for the physical skills for basketball. The results of the development of the test of the physical capability for playing basket include (1) a speed test of 3/4 basketball court sprint, (2) an aerobic endurance test of bleep test for basketball, (3) an agility test of lane agility test, (5) a muscle endurance test of core strange and stability test, (6) a heel power test of vertical jump, (7) an arm power test of push-up, and (8) a flexibility test of sit and reach all of these can used as an evaluation method to measure the physical capability for basketball among SHS students.Keywords: test of the physical capability, basketball, male SHS students

Abstract

Traditional society still perceives that physical education is ineffective in shaping children’s character and that physical education is still considered as only a playing activity without having significant effects to the development of children’s social skill. This research aims to help children shape their social skills through the traditional games provided by physical education teachers with their comprehensive playing activities. The method used in this research was a qualitative approach, by doing some observations and unstructured interviews to teachers and students. The format of the game used in this research was the modification of traditional games called ‘Gobak Sodor’ which is adapted to the multilateral development of children and the theory of sports education. The result of observation and interview shows that the modified traditional games ‘Gobak Sodor’ can help children to shape their social skills, such as personal and social responsibility, teamwork, communication and the care of each other in the game. It can be concluded that the social skills of children can not be created instantly. It requires time and continuous learning process. One of the approaches which can be used in forming children’s social skills is modified traditional sport games ‘Gobak Sodor’.

Abstract

Terbatasnya waktu yang ada dalam Kurikulum dan banyaknya ketrampilan pendidikan gerak renang yang hams dikuasai, memerlukan urutan yang dianggap paling efisien untuk menguasai ketrarnpilan tersebut. Adapun urutan Gaya Rimau (The Front Crawl Stroke), Gaya Punggung (The Back Crawl Stroke), Gaya Dolphin (The Dolphin Kick) dan Gaya Dada (The Breast Stroke), dipandang mempunyai transfer yang paling tinggi di antara urutan lainnya dalam mempelajari ketrampilan pendidikan gerak renang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran gerak multilateral yang dibentuk melalui permainan bola besar, serta dikembangkan menjadi panduan guru olahraga dan pembelajaran dengan konsep permainan. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Gall, Gall, Borg. Uji coba dengan skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 24 orang siswa di SD Mutiara Singaraja dan 85 orang siswa pada skala besar di SDN 1 dan SDN 3 Singaraja. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket skala nilai validasi, pedoman observasi model pembelajaran permainan, dan pedoman observasi keefektifan model pembelajaran permainan. Hasil penelitian berupa pengembangan model pembelajaran gerak multilateral melalui permainan bola besar yang terdiri atas sembilan permainan, yaitu: (1) Berburu Bebek, (2) Bola Pertemanan, (3) Bola Zig-Zag Berlari, (4) Mengambil Mutiara, (5) Bola Berguling, (6) Bola Tembak, (7) Bola Raja, (8) Bola Gawang, dan (9) Bola Tepuk. Pengembangan model pembelajaran gerak multilateral disusun  dalam buku pedoman pembelajaran dan CD dengan judul “Bola Multi Gerak”. Kata kunci: model, pembelajaran, gerak multilateral, permainan, bola besar MULTILATERAL TEACHING MOTION MODEL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE BIG BALL GAME FOR LOWER GRADE ELEMENTARY KIDS Abstract This study aims to produce a model of motion teaching multilateral form through big ball game. This study was developed by adapting the research and development of educational models Gall, Gall, Borg. Small-scale trials were carried out on 24 students from SD Mutiara Singaraja. Big-scale trials were carried out on 85 students from SDN 1 and SDN 3 Singaraja. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire rating scale validation, the model observation teaching game, and the observation model of the effectiveness of teaching games. The results of the study is the development of multilateral exercise motion model through the big ball game that consists of 9 games, namely: (1) Duck Hunting, (2) Friendship Ball, (3) Zig-Zag Running Ball, (4) Taking Pearl, (5) Rolling Ball, (6) Shoot Ball, (7) The King of Ball, (8) Goal Ball, and (9) Pat Ball. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran teknik dasar bulu tangkis berbasis multimedia. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) tahap studi pendahuluan, (2) validasi ahli, (3) uji coba lapangan, dan (4) pembuatan produk akhir. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen: (1) validasi produk awal, (2) angket observasi untuk pelatih dan ahli materi, dan (3) lembar observasi respons atlet. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media untuk pembelajaran teknik dasar bulu tangkis berbasis multimedia yang dikemas dalam CD dan disertakan buku petunjuk penggunaan. Teknik dasar bulu tangkis tersebut, yaitu: (1) bentuk-bentuk pegangan raket, (2) macam-macam servis, (3) macam-macam pukulan dari atas, dan (4) macam-macam pukulan dari bawah.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, teknik dasar bulu tangkis, multimedia, atlet usia 11 dan 12 tahun DEVELOPMENT FOR LEARNING THE BASIC TECHNIQUES OF BADMINTON BASED ON MULTIMEDIA TO ATHLETES AGED OF 11 AND 12 AbstractThis research aimed to produce a media for learning the basic techniques of badminton based multimedia. The research and development was conducted by the following steps: (1) the introduction study phase, (2) validation of experts, (3) testing product, and, (4) creating the final product. Instruments for collecting the data were: (1) the first product validation, (2) the questionnaire observation for coach and expert, and (3) observation sheet response for athletes. This research produced a media for learning the basic technique of badminton based on multimedia that was packaged in a CD and user’s guide included. The basic techniques are: (1) the forms of racket grip, (2) services, (3) a variety of overhead stroke, and (4) a variety of underhand stroke.Keywords: development, the basic techniques of badminton, multimedia, athletes at the age of 11 and 12 years old.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model tes fisik pencarian bakat cabang olahraga bulutangkis usia di bawah 11 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian R and D (Research and Development). Dalam penelitian pengembangan ini, langkah-langkah yang harus ditempuh meliputi: (1) studi pendahuluan (studi pustaka dan studi lapangan), (2) perencanaan (melakukan analisis), (3) desain draft awal, (4) validasi draft (5) ujcoba produk kelompok kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba kelompok besar dan revisi, (7) hasil akhir. Validitas menggunakan validitas isi, reliabilitas menggunakan test retest Conbrach’s Alpha dan Z skor untuk menyamakan satuan. Uji reliabilitas diperoleh hasil (a) tes kelentukan (sit and reach) 0,743; (b) tes kecepatan (lari 30 m) 0,844; (c) tes power otot tungkai (vertical jump) 0,663; (d) tes kelincahan (lari 4 sudut) 0,848; (e) tes power otot lengan (lempar bola) 0,943; (f) tes reaksi (step test) 0,987; (g) tes daya tahan (lari 600 m) 0,861. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa sebuah model tes dan norma tes untuk pencarian bakat.   A MODEL OF PHYSICAL TEST FOR TALENT SCOUTING IN BADMINTON SKILL UNDER 11 YEARS OLD IN DIY   Abstract The purpose of the research it to develop a model of physical test in looking for a sport talent in badminton skill under 11 years old. The type of this research is R and D (Research and Development) in this development research, the steps are (1) introduction study (bibiliography study, and field study), (2) planning (doing analysis), (3)introduction draft design, (4) validation draft, (5) trying out product in small group and revision, (6) trying out product in big group and revision, (7) final result. Validation used content validation, reliability used test retest and Z score to the same the unit.  The model of the test that has been arranged is suitable to be to look for talent in badminton skill. Reability test shows that: (a) sit and reach 0.743; (b) sprint 30 m 0.844; (c) vertical jump 0.663; (d) run 4 corner 0.848; (e) throw ball 0.943; (f) steps test 0.987;  and (g) endurance 0.861. Validity test shows that: (a) sit and reach 0.601; (b) sprint 30 m 0.731; (c) vertical jump 0.496; (d) run 4 corner 0.741; (e) throw ball  0.894; (f) steps test 0.975; and (g) endurance 0.756. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode drill dan metode strokes terhadap keterampilan bermain bulutangkis atlet tingkat pemula, (2) perbedaan pening-katan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis antar atlet yang memiliki kelincahan tinggi dan kelincahan rendah, (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap keterampilan bermain bulutangkis atlet tingkat pemula. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atletklub PB. Manunggal, PB. Natura dan PB. Surya Mataram yang berjumlah 46 atlet. Besarnya sampel yang diambil sebanyak 24 atlet. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Uji t dan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode drill dan metode strokes terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis, (2) ada perbedaan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis atlet pemula yang memiliki kelincahan tinggi dan kelincahan rendah, (3) tidak ada interaksi antara metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap keterampilan bermain bulutangkis atlet tingkat pemula. Kata Kunci: metode drill, metode strokes, kelincahan, bulutangkis
