Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan blok dan metode latihan acak terhadap keterampilan passing bola voli atlet yunior putri, (2) tingkat koordinasi antara koordinasi tinggi dan koordinasi rendah terhadap keterampilan passing bola voli atlet yunior putri, (3) interaksi antara metode latihan blok dan metode latihan acak dengan tingkat koordinasi tinggi dan rendah terhadap keterampilan passing bola voli atlet yunior putri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet yunior putri Klub Bola Voli Yuso Sleman dan Klub Bola Voli Yuso Gunadarma dengan jumlah keseluruhan 50 atlet. Sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 28 atlet ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan blok dan metode latihan acak, metode latihan blok memberikan hasil yang lebih baik daripada metode latihan acak terhadap keterampilan passing bola voli atlet yunior putri, (2) tingkat koordinasi tinggi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tingkat koordinasi rendah terhadap keterampilan passing bola voli atlet yunior putri, (3) terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan blok dan metode latihan acak dengan tingkat koordinasi tinggi dan rendah terhadap keterampilan passing bola voli atlet yunior putri.   THE EFFECT OF EXERCISE METHOD AND COORDINATION ON THE VOLLY BALL PASSING SKILL OF JUNIOR FEMALE ATHLETES Abstract This study aims to reveal: (1) the effect differences between of block exercise and random exercise method on the increase of the passing skill of junior female athletes, (2) that the high coordination is more effective than low coordination on the increase of the passing skill of junior female athletes, and (3) the interaction between block exercise and random exercise method with high and low coordination on the increase of the passing skill of junior female athletes. The population of the research was 50 athletes from Volley Club Yuso Sleman and Volley Club Yuso Gunadarma. The research sample of 28 athletes was established using the purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant effect difference between the effects of block exercise and random exercise method; the block exercise method is more effective than the random exercise method on the improvement of the passing skill of junior female athletes; (2) the high coordination is more effective than low coordination on the increase of the passing skill of junior female athletes; and (3) there is a significant interaction between block exercise and random exercise method with high and low coordination on the increase of the passing skill of junior female athletes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran sinyal-sinyal wasit sesuai dengan Fiba rules 2014 untuk Guru Penjasorkes SMA. Metode penelitian ini meliputi : (1)potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) ujicoba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) ujicoba pemakaian, (9) revisi produk,(10) produksi masal. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 33 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket lembar penilaian produk dengan disertai lembar saran dan masukan untuk revisi produk. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi menunjukkan nilai 88,58% dan berkategori sangat tinggi. Hasil ujicoba produk menunjukkan nilai 93,33% berkategori sangat tinggi. Hasil ujicoba pemakaian menunjukkan nilai 92,59%, berkategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji efektifitas/ uji operasional data  pretest dan post test pada uji efektifitas/ uji operasional menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai sebesar 9,09% yaitu dari 74,24% pada saat pretest menjadi 818,33% pada saat post test. Developing Learning Video of Basketball Referee Signals for Physical Education Teachers in Senior High School AbstractThis research aims to develop learning video of basketball referee signals based on Fiba Rules 2014 to physical education teacher of the senior high school. This research method includes: (1) the potentials and problems, (2) data collection, (3) the design of the product, (4) design validation, (5) design revisions, (6) test products, (7) product revision, (8 ) user trial, (9) the revision of the product, (10) the mass production. Subjects of this study are 33 teachers. Collecting data using a questionnaire sheet product assessment, accompanied by pieces of advice and input for the revision of the product. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques using percentages. The results of the study are as follows: the results of validation media experts and subject matter experts demonstrate the value of 88.58% and a very high category. The trial results demonstrate the value of 93.33% product category is very high. User trial results demonstrate the value of 92.59%, a very high category. The results of effectiveness test / operational test data are pre-test and post-test on the effectiveness test / operational test showed an average increase in value by 9.09% from 74.24% at the time of the pre-test be 818.33% at the post-test.

Abstract

This research can be categorized as a comparative descriptive study conducted through a survey to measure physical fitness. The subjects of this study were the students who joined the football extracurricular program in the State Junior High School 3 Sleman that consisted of 14 strikers and 23 defenders. The research instrument used the physical fitness test. The data analysis technique employed t-test analysis that required normality test and homogeneity test with 5% significance level. The results showed t count  3.956 with t table 2.027 (3.956 2.027). It means that there is a significant physical fitness difference between strikers and defenders in the football extracurricular program. The average physical fitness for strikers was 14.57, while the average physical fitness of defenders was 12.04. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that there is a significant physical fitness difference between the strikers and the defenders in the football extracurricular program in the State Junior High School 3 Sleman

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perbedaan tingkat keefektifan pengaruh senam Taebo high impact dan low impact terhadap ketahanan otot dan persentase lemak tubuh ditinjau dari volume oksigen maksimum, (2) apakah VO2Maks tinggi lebih baik/bagus daripada VO2Maks rendah terhadap peningkatan ketahanan otot dan penurunan persentase lemak tubuh. (3) interaksi yang terjadi antara metode latihan senam Taebo high impact dan low impact terhadap ketahanan otot dan persentase lemak tubuh ditinjau dari volume oksigen maksimum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2, menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir dengan dua kelompok yang diberi perlakuan berbeda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah multistage fitness test, tes daya tahan otot dengan exercise machine, dan tes lemak tubuh dengan skinfold fat caliper test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan uji homogenitas varians Levene Testdengan taraf signifikansi 5%.Kata Kunci: Taebo high dan low impact, ketahanan otot, lemak tubuh, VO2maks. The effect of high and low impact taebo on muscular endurance and body fat viewed from VO2MaksAbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the difference of effectiveness level of high impact and low impact Taebo gymnastics on muscular endurance and body fat percentage in terms of the maximum volume of oxygen, (2) whether high VO2Max is better than low VO2Max to increase muscular endurance and decrease body fat percentage, and (3) the interaction that occurs between gymnastics training methods of high impact and low impact Taebo on muscular endurance and body fat percentage in terms of the maximum volume of oxygen. This study is an experimental study with 2 x 2 factorial design, using pretest and the posttest by two groups that were given different treatments. The data collection used tests and measurements done before and after treatments. The instruments in this study were a multistage fitness test, a test of muscle endurance with exercise machine, and skinfold fat caliper test, a test of body fat percentage. The research data analysis used ANOVA with the significance level of 5%. The prerequisite test data analysis used Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test with the significance level of 5% and Levene's test of homogeneity of variance test with the significance level of 5%.Keywords: high and low impact Taebo, muscular  endurance, body fat, VO2Max.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the training programs of sprinting, middle distance running, and long distance running athletes. This type of research is the study evaluation using CIPP models. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with qualitative data analysis model of Miles & Huberman. The results of the evaluation include: (1) context  evaluation shows that there are lack of budget, facilities, government’s support, sponsorship, health experts, test instrumens and test spaces, (2) evaluation of the inputt indicates there is a lack of facilities and infrastructure as the main support of the running track, (3) evaluation of the process demonstrates the ability of trainers to implement the training process is very helpful to the achievement of a good coaching program and achievements of athletes. The recruitment of athletes should be open to all people, so there should not be the impression of nepotism and collusion, (4) evaluation of the product shows the achievements have been at national and international level. Achievement would be better and more sustainable if supported by a context and a perfect addition of the input to the process which has been good.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tawuran antarpelajar yang sering dipertotonkan di TV, perkelahian antarmahasiswa, perkelahian antarkelompok pemuda, maraknya geng motor yang menjurus ke tindak kriminal seperti perkelahian, pencurian, atau pembunuhan merupakan manivestasi dari kegagalan pendidikan karakter yang dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Untuk mencegah perilaku negatif seperti tersebut pendidikan karakter harus diupayakan melalui berbagai media, baik melalui jalur formal pendidikan di sekolah, di masyarakat, maupun di dalam keluarga, baik melalui jalur pendidikan agama maupun jalur pendidikan yang lain. Pendidikan karakter dapat dikembangkan melaui tahap pengetahuan (knowing), pelaksanaan (acting), dan kebiasan (habit). Setiap hari manusia akan menjalani aktivitas rutin seperti makan, istirahat, mandi, dan beraktivitas lainnya. Jika kegiatan rutin ini dimanagemen dengan baik sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah yang benar, akan menjadi kebiasaan yang baik yang seterusnya akan menghasilkan nilai-nilai karakter yang positif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan imagery internal dan imagery external terhadap ketepatan floating service bagi atlet yunior putra Yogyakarta, (2) perbedaan pengaruh konsentrasi tinggi dan rendah terhadap ketepatan floating service bagi atlet yunior putra Yogyakarta, dan (3) interaksi kedua metode latihan dan konsentrasi terhadap ketepatan floating service bagi atlet yunior putra Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet klub bola voli yunior putra Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 40 atlet. Sampel penelitian ini 36 atlet yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen mengukur konsentrasi dengan menggunakan Grid Concentration Test, untuk ketepatan servis bola voli menggunakan AAHPER Service Accuraccy. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan internal imagery dan external imagery terhadap hasil floating service bagi atlet klub bola voli yunior putra Yogyakarta, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,041 < 0,05, metode latihan internal imagery lebih tinggi (baik) dibandingkan dengan metode latihan external imagery, (2) Ada perbedaan hasil floating service antara atlet yang memiliki konsentrasi tinggi dan konsentrasi rendah bagi atlet klub bola voli yunior putra Yogyakarta, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,000 < 0.05, atlet dengan konsentrasi tinggi lebih tinggi (baik) dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi rendah terhadap hasil floating service, dan (3) Ada interaksi antara metode latihan (internal imagery dan external imagery) dan konsentrasi (rendah dan tinggi) terhadap hasil floating service bagi atlet klub bola voli yunior putra Yogyakarta, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,041 < 0,05.

Abstract

It is often heard the differences in opinion that with a lot of physical activity will make a child stupid. This experimental study aimed to determine the effect of kinesthetic-based and contemporary physical activity on early childhood on increasing gross motor skills. Research subjects were 68 children aged 5-6 years, 28 girls and 40 boys, divided into two groups, group A was treated with kinesthetic-based physical activity and group B received contemporary treatment. The instruments used to collect data on gross motor abilities consisted of five types, namely 20 meter sprinting, arm power by throwing a tennis ball, power legs with long jump without the start, balance by walking on a long beam 4 meters, and agility with Illinois tests. The results show that kinesthetic-based physical activity and contemporary-based activities can significantly increase gross motor skills in young children and seen from the difference in the mean effectiveness of kinesthetic-based physical activities is better for improving running ability, agility and balance, while the ability to throw a ball and the ability to jump better physical activity based on contemporary.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this parameter test is to equip DIY Climbing PPLP trainers and their staff to know the physical condition of the DIY Climbing PPLP athletes so that the training program can be right on target. In addition, parameter tests are also used to evaluate the progress of training towards achievement in competitions in each championship. This parameter test also has benefits, namely to determine the method of preparing parameter tests and preparation of test implementation guidelines, or SOPs so that the parameter tests carried out in the field have valid and reliable test prerequisites, and have the same interpretation throughout Indonesia, especially in the Climbing Sports Branch. Cliff. The method here uses the field practice method through DIY Climbing PPLP athletes to carry out a series of parameter tests in sports that are in accordance with the needs of the physical components of rock climbing athletes. Athletes are asked to carry out a series of tests in accordance with a predetermined SOP. The result of this parameter test is that PPLP DIY Climbing athletes in 2021 have physical conditions in either category or in good norms in each form of test that is directed at the physical condition of Climbing athletes. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengembangkan model pembelajaran soft skills terpadu, (2) menganalisis keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran soft skills terpadu, dan (3) me-nganalisis dampak penerapan model pembelajaran Soft Skills Terpadu dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes di Sekolah Menengah Pertama terhadap siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research Development). Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VII pada 4 SMP Negeri di Kota Yoyakarta. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tahap pengembangan model pembelajaran soft skills terpadu dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes adalah tahap pendahuluan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi dengam hasil perangkat model berupa buku panduan, perangkat penilaian, dan instrumen pengembangan model pembelajaran. (2) Model pembelajaran soft skills terpadu dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes menunjukkan tingkat keterlaksanaan yang tergolong sangat baik, memenuhi kriteria valid, sangat efektif, dan sangat praktis. (3) Model pembelajaran Soft Skills Terpadu dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes di Sekolah Menengah Pertama mampu mengembangkan soft skills siswa.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran soft skills terpadu, pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan, sekolah menengah pertama DEVELOPING INTEGRATED SOFT SKILLS LEARNING MODEL IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION, SPORT, HEALTH, AND RECREATION INSTRUCTION IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLAbstractThis research is aimed at: (1) developing integrated soft skills learning model, (2) analyzing the success of integrated soft skills learning model implementation, and (3) analyzing the impact of the implementation of integrated soft skills learning model in physical education, sport, health, and recreation instruction on the students of junior high school. The research was a research adn development (R D). The subject of the research was students of grade VII in four junior high schools in Yogyakarta Municipality. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The result of the research shows that: (1) The stages of developing integrated soft skills learning model in physical education, sport, health, and recreation instruction include the stages of introduction, development, and evaluation which results model set in the form of handbook, assessment set, and instrument of learning model development. (2) Integrated soft skills learning model in physical education, sport, health, and recreation instruction reveals a very good level of implementation, fulfills the ‘valid’ citerion, is very effective and also practical. (3) Integrated soft skills learning model in physical education, sport, health, and recreation instruction in junior high school is capable to develop students’ soft skills.Keywords: integrated soft skills learning model; physical education, sport, health, and recreation instruction; junior high school
