Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model permainan sepak takraw sebagai pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani bagi anak sekolah dasar kelas atas. Model permainan sepak takraw yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh guru penjasorkes sekolah dasar sebagai bentuk pembelajaran permainan bola kecil khususnya sepak takraw secara baik dan efektif pada anak kelas atas. Penelitian ini melalui 9 tahapan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Gall, Gall, dan Borg. Hasil penelitian berupa pengembangan model permainan sepak takraw terdiri atas 20 jenis permainan yang dikelompokkan menjadi lima kategori berdasarkan teknik dasar bermain yaitu sepakan, bertahan, servis, smash, dan game. Model permainan tersebut: (1) berdasarkan teknik sepakan: permainan bola apung, permainan bola jinak, permainan bola bumerang, permainan bolalik, dan permainan bolan; (2) berdasarkan teknik bertahan: permainan ombak bola, permainan bolarus, permainan bosi, permainan bolabola, dan permainan bona; (3) berdasarkan teknik servis: permainan bontung, permainan bolatong, permainan perang bola, permainan bolvis, dan permainan bovispo; (4) berdasarkan teknik smash: permainan bomes; dan (5) berdasarkan game: permainan mangdul, permainan bolnet, permainan bolnetri, dan permainan bola vokra. Model disusun dalam buku panduan berjudul “Panduan Bermain Sepak takraw: Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani bagi Anak Sekolah Dasar Kelas Atas” dan DVD pengembangan model permainan sepak takraw.Kata Kunci: model, permainan sepak takraw, pendidikan jasmani, sekolah dasar Developing Sepak Takraw Game Models as a Physical Education Learning for the Upper Class Students of Elementary School  AbstractThe research aims at developing models of sepak takraw game in physical education teaching for upper class students of elementary school. The model of sepak takraw game which is developed can be used by the elementary teacher in teaching small ball game especially sepak takraw for upper class students effectively. This study was a research and development conducted in 9 steps by adapting educational research and development according to Gall, Gall, & Borg’s model. The result of the research is sepak takraw game models consists of 20 types of games that are grouped into five categories based on the basic playing techniques namely: kicking, defense, service, smash, and games. The game models are: (1) based on kicking techniques: bola apung game, bola jinak game, bola bumerang game, bolalik game, and bolan game; (2) based on defense techniques: ombak bola game, bolarus game, bosi game, bolabola game, and bona game; (3) based on service techniques: bontung game, bolatong game, perang bola game, bolvis game, and bovispo game; (4) based on the smash techniques: bomes game; and (5) based on the game: mangdul game, bolnet game, bolnetri game, and bola vokra game. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model tarian bonet untuk kebugaran jasmani dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes di sekolah dasar (SD) yang layak digunakan guru sekolah dasar sebagai salah satu bentuk model pembelajaran Penjasorkes yang bervariasi dan menyenangkan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 20 siswa SD Inpres Oebesa Soe. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 25 siswa SD Inpres Oefatu Soe. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu; (1) angket, (2) lembar pedoman observasi tarian bonet, dan (3) lembar format penilaian anak. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan senam tarian bonet untuk kebugaran jasmani dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SD. Produk penelitian pengembangan berupa buku pedoman senam tarian bonet dan DVD pembelajaran senam tarian bonet untuk kebugaran jasmani dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SD. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model tarian bonet untuk kebugaran jasmani yang dibuat layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SD.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, tarian bonet, kebugaran jasmani, sekolah dasar Developing Bonet Dance for Physical Fitness in Physical Education in the Elementary School AbstractThis study aims to produce a model of bonet dance for physical fitness in physical education in elementary school appropriate as a form of learning models which are varied and fun. This developmental research was carried out following the steps as follows: (1) collecting information in the field, (2) conducting an analysis of the information that had been collected, (3) developing the initial products (draft model), (4) expert validation and revision, (5) small-scale field trials and revisions, (6) large-scale field trials and revisions, and (7) manufacture of the final product. The Small-scale trials were carried out to 20 studens of Oebesa Soe elementary school. Large-scale trials were conducted to 25 studens of Oefatu Soe elementary school. The data collection instruments used were; (1) questionnaire, (2) sheets of bonnet dance observation, and (3) a child assessment sheet format. The  Techniques of data analysis used were descriptive quantitative analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. This study resulted in a gymnastics bonet dance for physical fitness in physical education in elementary school. The developed product is a form of gymnastic dance manuals and instructional DVD of bonet dance for physical fitness in physical education in elementary school. From the results of the expert evaluations of the materials, it can be concluded that the developed model for physical fitness bonet dance is fit for use for teaching physical education in elementary school.Keywords: development, bonet dance, physical fitness, elementary school

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang dapat digunakan guru TK dalam pembelajaran kesehatan. Modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai tambahan referensi guru TK tentang pembelajaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Penelitian ini melalui sepuluh tahapan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Borg Gall. Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba produk, (9) revisi produk, (10) produksi masal. Hasil penelitian berupa modul pembelajaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada TK kelompok B yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) dan karakteristik pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, serta mudah, menarik, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa TKKata Kunci: pengembangan, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, siswa TK Developing a Module for Clean and Healthy Life Behaviors for Kindergarten AbstractThis research aims to produce a module for the learning of clean and healthy life behaviors that kindergarten teachers can use in health learning and as an additional reference of clean and healthy life behaviors. This study was a research and development conducted in tenssteps by adapting educational research and development according to Gall, Gall, Borg’s model. This was a research and development study employing the steps of: (1) potentials and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) product revision, (6) product tryout, (7) product revision, (8) product tryout, (9) product revision, and (10) mass production. The result of the study is a module of clean and healthy life behavior for the Group B Kindergarten that is in accordance to the Educational Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP, Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan) and the growth and development characteristics. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode massed practice dan metode manipulasi jarak servis terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli (2) perbedaan hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata-tangan rendah terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak latih ekstrakurikuler SMP di Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta, yang berjumlah 42 orang. Sampel penelitian ini 22 diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes koordinasi mata-tangan dan servis atas bola voli dengan menggunakan tes russlle-lange volleyball serve test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anava. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan servis atas dengan menggunakan metode latihan massed practice dan metode latihan manipulasi jarak  terhadap hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli antara anak latih yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata-tangan rendah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara metode  latihan servis atas dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap hasil servis atas bola voli.Kata kunci: massed practice dan manipulasi jarak, koordinasi mata-tangan, hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli. The Effects of Training Method and Eye-Hand Coordination on the Results of Volleyball Serving Skill AbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the difference of the effects of massed practice method and serving distance manipulation method on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill, (2) the difference of the effects of the volleyball topspin serving with high eye-hand coordination and low eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill, and (3) the interaction between the training method and eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill. The study employed experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The research population comprised students joining the extracurricular of volleyball at SMP Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, with a total of 42 students. The sample consisted of 22 students, selected by means of purposive sampling technique. All data obtained through this study to test and measure eye-hand coordination tests and results of volleyball topspin serving were measured by Russell-Lange volleyball serving test. The data were analyzed by ANOVA. The results of the study are as follows. (1) There is a significant difference of the effects of topspin serving training through the massed practice training method and the distance manipulation training method on the results of volleyball topspin serving. (2) There is a significant difference in the results of volleyball topspin serving between the students with high eye-hand coordination and those with low eye-hand coordination. (3) There is an interaction between the serving training methods and eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving.Keywords: massed practice and serving distance manipulation methods, eye-hand coordination, results of volleyball topspin serving

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan teknik dasar untuk pejudo pemula usia 8-12 tahun, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan Borg dan Gall (1983, p. 775), yang diadaptasi menjadi 8 langkah pelaksanaan penelitian, langkah-langkah tersebut antara lain: (1) pengumpulan informasi lapangan (2) analisis informasi yang telah dikumpulkan (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) Validasi ahli dan revisi  (5) Uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi  (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi (7) pembuatan produk final (8) uji evektivitas produk. Ujicoba skala kecil dilakukan dilakukan terhadap 20 orang pejudo pemula club judo kota Yogyakarta. Ujicoba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 20 0rang pejudo pemula club judo Sleman dan 20 orang pejudo pemula club judo Bantul. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah petunjuk umum wawancara, catatan lapangan, lembar evaluasi, angket skala nilai validasi, rubrik penilaian siswa, pedoman observasi permainan, pedoman observasi keefektifan dan rubrik penilaian uji efektifitas permainan. Hasil penelitian berupa model permainan teknik dasar judo untuk pejudo pemula usia 8-12 tahun terdiri dari 6 model permainan, Model permainan disusun dalam bentuk buku pedoman dan DVD dengan dengan judul Model Permainan Teknik Dasar Judo.Kata Kunci: model, permainan, teknik dasar judo, pejudo pemula  Daveloping Judo Basic Techniques Training through Gaming Model for Beginner Judoka Age 8-12 Years AbstractThis study aims to produce a model of the basic techniques game for beginner judoka in the age range of 8-12 years. This research was carried out by adapting the steps of research development proposed by Borg and Gall (1983), which was adapted into 8 step of implementation of research, including: (1) the collection of information (2) analysis of the information gathered (3) daveloping the initial product, (4) experts validation and revision (5) small-scale field trials and revision (6) large-scale field trials and revisions (7) the manufacture of final products (8) testing the effectiveness of the product. Small-scale trial was conducted to 20 beginner judoka in the judo club of Yogyakarta Municipality. A large-scale trial conducted to 20 novice judoka in Sleman judo club and 20 novice judoka in Bantul judo club. The instrument used to collect the data are general instructions interviews, field notes, evaluation sheet, questionnaire on validation score scale, student assessment rubric, observation guidelines of the game, observation guidelines of the effectiveness and scoring rubric the game’s effectiveness test beginner. The results of the research is a model of the basic techniques of judo game for ages 8-12 years judoka, consisting of 6 models of the game. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di Provinsi NTB masih kurang baik dan di DIY sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pada evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi di NTB, dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input masih kurang baik. Dari segi process masih sangat kurang. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih oleh atlet-atlet NTB. Sedangkan di DIY, evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi process sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih atlet-atlet DIY.Kata Kunci: evaluasi program, pembinaan prestasi, dan bola voli pantai An Evaluation of Development Program of Beach Volleyball AbstractThis study was aimed to evaluate the implementation of sport development program of beach volleyball in the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) and Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) by using the CIPP evaluation model (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). This study was an evaluation. The data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research was descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results show that the overall results of the evaluation of the achievements of sports coaching program of beach volleyball in the province of NTB are still not good and in DIY are good. At the evaluation of the coaching program achievement in the province of NTB, in terms of contexs, it has been running well. In terms of the input, it is still not good. In terms of process, it is still very poor. In terms of product in general, the achievement has been good, it can be seen from the accomplishment documentation that has ever been achieved by athletes of NTB. In DIY, the evaluation of the coaching program achievements in terms of contexs has been running well. In terms of input, it has been running well. In terms of process it is already under way with very good. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan drill arah sasaran konstan dan drill arah sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis backspin tenis meja atlet pemula, (2) perbedaan keterampilan sevis backspin tenis meja antara siswa yang mempunyai koordinasi tinggi dan rendah, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan drill arah sasaran konstan dan drill arah sasaran berubah-ubah dan koordinasi terhadap ketepatan servis tenis meja atlet pemula. Penelitiaan ini merupakan penelitian ekperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 28 atlet yang diambil dengan teknik rondom sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varian (Anava). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan metode drill arah sasaran konstan dan drill arah sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis backspin tenis meja atlet pemula, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil keterampilan servis backspin tenis meja antara siswa yang mempunyai koordinasi tinggi dan rendah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara metode latihan drill arah sasaran konstan dan drill arah sasaran berubah-ubah dan koordinasi terhadap ketepatan sevis tenis meja atlet pemula. Kelompok atlet tenis meja yang memiliki koordinasi tinggi lebih tepat jika dilatih dengan drill arah sasaran berubah-ubah, sedangkan kelompok atlet tenis meja yang memiliki koordinasi rendah lebih baik jika dilatih dengan metode drill arah sasaran konstan.Kata Kunci: metode latihan drill, koordinasi, atlet pemula tenis meja, ketepatan servis backspin The Effects of Drill Training Method and Coordination on the Accuracy of Table Tennis Service AbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the difference of the effect of drill training method for a constant  target and that for a variable target on the accuracy of table tennis backspin service among novice athletes, (2) the difference of table tennis backspin service skill between students with high coordination and those with low coordination, and (3) the interaction of drill training method for a constant target and that for a variable target and coordination on the accuracy of table tennis service among novice table tennis athletes. This was an experimental study employing a 2 x 2 factorial design. The research sample consisted of 28 athletes, selected by means of sample technique. The data were collected through test. The test were used to assess the service skills before and after treatment. The data were analyzed using the two-way analysis of variance (Anava). The results of the study were as follows: (1) there is a significant difference in the effect of drill training method for a constant target and that for a variable target on the accuracy of table tennis backspin service among novice table tennis athletes, (2) there is a significant difference in table tennis backspin service skill between the students with high coordination and those with low coordination, and (3) there is an interaction of drill training method for a constant target and that for a variable target and coordination on the accuracy of the table tennis service among novice table tennis athletes. The group of table tennis athletes with high coordination has higher accuracy when they are trained through the drill method for a variable target, while those with low coordination are better when they are trained through the drill method for a constant target.Keywords: drill training method, coordination, novice table tennis athletes, accuracy, backspin service

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model permainan untuk pembelajaran teknik dasar bola basket di sekolah menengah pertama. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Pengembangan produk model permainan untuk pembelajaran teknik dasar bola basket di sekolah menengah pertama dilakukan dalam tujuh tahapan, yaitu: (1) pengumpulan hasil riset dan informasi, (2) analisis terhadap produk yang akan dikembangkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) validasi ahli, (5) uji coba skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak sekolah menengah pertama. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 25 siswa SMP N 4 Pandak. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 56 siswa SMP N 1 Pandak dan SMP N 3 Pandak. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, dan (2) pedoman observasi pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model permainan untuk pembelajaran teknik dasar bola basket di sekolah menengah pertama yang berisikan sembilan permainan, yaitu: (1) Lempar Nama, (2) Lempar Target, (3) Lempar Gerak, (4) Fun Dribbling, (5) Target Dribbling, (6) Kejar Mengejar, (7) Tembak Tongkat, (8) Rintang Tali, dan (9) Happy Game. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli dan guru, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model permainan yang disusun sangat sesuai dengan karakteristik serta pertumbuhan dan perkembangan teknik dasar pada anak sekolah menengah pertama.Kata Kunci: permainan, teknik dasar, bola basket Developing Game Models for Basketball Basic Technique Learning in Junior High School AbstractThe research aims to create game models for basketball basic learning technique in Junior High School. The research approach used is Research and Development. The development of the game model products for basketball basic technique learning process in Junior High School was devided into seven steps: (1) collecting research result and information, (2) products development analysis, (3) primary product development, (4) expert validation, (5) small-scale testing and revision, (6) large-scale testing and revision, and (7) creating final product. The research subjects are Junior High School students. The small-scale testing involved 25 students of SMPN 4 Pandak.  The main field test involved 56 students of SMPN 1 Pandak and SMPN 3 Pandak. The data collecting instruments are: (1) interview and (2) learning observation. The data analysis techniques employed are descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative techniques. The research results are game models for basketball basic learning technique in Junior High School. There are nine game models: (1) Name Throw, (2) Target Throw, (3) Moving Throw, (4) Fun Dribbling, (5) Target Dribbling, (6) Tag Game, (7) Stick Shooting, (8) Rope Barricad, and (9) Happy Game. From the judgement result of the experts and teachers it can be concluded that the game models are very suitable for Junior High School students characteristics and also their growth and development on the basic techniques.Keywords: games, basic technique, basketball

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan resiprokal dan inklusi terhadap peningkatan teknik overhead lob forehand pada bulu tangkis. (2) Perbedaan keterampilan teknik overhead lob forehand bulu tangkis pada persepsi kinestetik tinggi dan persepsi kinestetik rendah. (3) Pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan (resiprokal dan inklusi) dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap peningkatan teknik overhead lob forehand pada bulu tangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen faktorial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji normalitas (Kolmogorov Smirnov) dan uji homogenitas (Levene) signifikansi a = 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan resiprokal dan inklusi terhadap keterampilan teknik overhead lob forehand pada bulu tangkis, (2) ada perbedaan antara keterampilan teknik overhead lob forehan bulu tangkis pada persepsi kinestetik tinggi dan persepsi kinestetik rendah, (3) tidak ada interaksi antara metode latihan (resiprokal dan inklusi) dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap keterampilan teknik overhead lob forehand pada bulu tangkis.Kata Kunci: metode latihan resiprokal dan inklusi, persepsi kinestetik, dan peningkatan teknik overhead lob forehand pada bulu tangkis The Effect of Training Method (Reciprocal and Inclusion) and Kinesthetic Perception on the Improvement of Overhead Lob Forehand in Badminton AbstractThe objectives of this research are to know: (1) the effect difference of reciprocal and inclusion teaching methods on technique improvement of overhead lob forehand in badminton, (2) the difference of overhead lob forehand technique skill in badminton in high kinesthetic perception and low kinesthetic perception, and (3) the interaction effect of training method (reciprocal and inclusion) and kinesthetic perception on technique improvement of overhead lob forehand in Badminton. The research employed factorial experiment research design. The data analysis techniques used were normality test (Kolmogorov Smirnov) and homogeneitytest (Levene) with the significance of a = 0.05 The result of this research shows that: (1) there are significant effect differences between reciprocal and inclusion training method on overhead lob forehand technique skill in Badminton, (2) there are significant differences between technique skill of badminton overhead lob forehand on high kinesthetic perception and low kinesthetic perception, and (3) there is no significant interaction between training method (reciprocal and inclusion) and kinesthetic perception on overhead lob forehand technique skill in Badminton.Keyword: reciprocal and inclusion training method, kinesthetic perception, and overhead lob forehand improvement technique in badminton
