Abstract

Distro Channel is located on Jalan Raya Letjend S Parman, Pabuaran Cirebon. At this time, Distro Channel only markets its products around Pabuaran. Efforts to get new entrants depend on the participation of old customers to spread information about the Distro Channel to other prospective customers. This becomes less effective in terms of time and it can result in a greater risk of losing customers. This study aims to create an information system that implements operational CRM methods so that customers can make product purchases as desired by accessing the Distro Channel website. This research uses the waterfall system development method. The stages of this waterfall are analyzing system requirements, making system design, implementing system, testing and operating and maintaining system. The implementation of CRM that is applied in the Distro Channel, namely giving points in accordance with the provisions will get 1 point for multiples of spending Rp. 65,000, - points with a certain amount can be exchanged with the promo product points that have been provided, these points can be used as a discount of Rp. 1,000, -. Abstract

Classification of data with unbalanced classes is a major problem in the field of machine learning and data mining. If working on unbalanced data, almost all classification algorithms will produce much higher accuracy for majority classes than minority classes. This research will implement the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) method to overcome unbalanced data on credit customer data in Rawamerta teacher cooperatives. The research methodology uses SEMMA with the stages of research Sample, Explore, Modify, Model, and Asses. The Sample Phase was conducted to choose the data of the Rawamerta Teachers Cooperative credit customers for 2015-2017 with a total of 878 data with the attributes used namely income, total deposits, loan amount, duration of installments, services, installments, and credit status. The Explore phase analyzes current classes which are categorized as majority classes because there are 813 data, while traffic classes can be categorized as minority classes because there are 65 data. The data shows an imbalance of data between the two classes. The Modify stages perform the 500% SMOTE process. The Model Stage classifies using Naïve Bayes. Naïve Bayes modeling with SMOTE produced 1131 successfully classified data correctly and 72 data were not classified correctly while without SMOTE resulted in 818 data was classified correctly and 60 data were not classified correctly.Keywords: Naïve Bayes, SMOTE, unbalanced data

Abstract

Currently the system that is running still has many shortcomings and weaknesses causing the company's performance to be hampered and has not been able to support all the needs that the company wants such as the report preparation that is long enough so that the owner waits long to get it. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory system that can present the information needed. Operations that run on this system are: check goods, input sales data, input purchase data, convection data input, purchase reports, and sales reports. The use of this system is divided into two accesses, namely for employees and owners so that they can easily manage goods data. The development tools used in this study use the CI, PHP framework as a programming language and phpMyAdmin 4.7.9 as the MySQL DBMS interface. Design and design an inventory system for TransitCo Bandung goods using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as its modeling tool. This Inventory system is web and mobile based so it is more dynamic and can be used easily and user friendly. Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of education with the main principles of learning using electronic or computer systems so that they can support learning. Learning methods in the world of education increase rapidly with the existence of information technology. Electronic learning or e-learning is one of the learning methods that emerged due to the development of information technology. The e-learning application will be built using the Laravel Framework. Laravel is chosen because it has a concept of programming based on the Model View Controller (MVC). MVC programming is a programming method by separating data from views and how to process it. This highly developed website creation technology is balanced with the development of the internet so that various media have been online based such as learning media site, currently there are enough learning media sites on the internet, quality material and experienced teaching staff makes us have to pay quite expensive fees. Therefore e-learning learning media with free material is certainly very helpful for people who want to develop their knowledge. This research results an e-learning website for learning media created using the Laravel framework with features such as direct counting.Keywords : E-Learning , Laravel , MVC

Abstract

Koperasi Kemuning Persada (KKP) is one of the companies engaged in lending services, where the main task of the KKP must consider the size of the loan to be given to prospective customers. There is often an error in granting loans to prospective customers because the valuation used is not an objective parameter, especially in terms of determining the size of the proposed loan size, it causes several problems in terms of decisions that must be taken by the relevant branch head. Therefore it is necessary to have a tool or system that can help in terms of decision making of the branch head, related to large / small loans granted. The method used by researchers in designing this Decision Support System is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, where the parameters used as criteria in granting credit into 3 (three) things, namely income, collateral and length of business. While the research approach in designing this system uses Object Oriented methodology, assisted with data collection using interview and observation methods. Some tools used to analyze business processes and functional requirements use tools from the Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Usecase diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams. Applications that researchers design are web-based using the CodeIgniter Framework, programming language uses PHP and HTML while database design uses MySQL.Keywords: SPK, Credit, Fuzzy Tsukamoto

Abstract

PT Telkom has an information system that acts as a surveillance and monitoring management by having an inventory function (production equipment data requirements), fulfillment of customer needs and assurance (guaranteed service provided). So that it can facilitate the improvement of service to customers to manage new installations, monitor and follow up if there is a disruption every time. Monitoring information system and monitoring of service requests incidents as well as supporting the implementation of business processes are used to achieve company goals. Therefore, an audit is carried out to determine the suitability of the monitoring information system and monitoring of service requests incidents with the company's objectives, using the COBIT 5 framework in the DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) domain. Based on the results of mapping using COBIT 5 obtained from the company's strategy mapped into enterprise goals and IT-related goals so that the process to be assessed is DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incident). Results obtained for the DSS02 process at levels 1 and 2 have been achieved because the achievement results exceed 85% which means that there is evidence of the process being assessed and full achievement, so the final achievement for the DSS02 process is at level 3 namely the Established Process that the managed process has been implemented using a process definition which is able to achieve the results of the process. From the results, it can be concluded that  the current conditions and expected there is a gap of 0.42 to reach level 4, so recommendations are made in order to achieve its targets and implement one of the recommendations that have been obtained.Keywords: Audit, customer service, COBIT 5

Abstract

Games are one of the entertainment media which is the choice of almost everyone to get rid of boredom or just fill in spare time, there are also games used as hobbies and moreover games are now used as electronic sports (e-sports). Currently the game has many types of games, one of which is a type of puzzle game (puzzle). One puzzle game is a maze game. The labyrinth is a puzzle that has a complex branching form and has many dead ends. At the moment there are many labyrinth type games, but rarely are labyrinth games equipped with characters, enemies and a dynamic maze that can change if the game is repeated. To create a labyrinth game that has a dynamic labyrinth arena requires a labyrinth generator or can be called a labyrinth generator by utilizing the backtracking algorithm. This algorithm is powerful enough to be used in some problem solving and also to provide artificial intelligence in the game. The software methodology used in making games is the GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle). GDLC is a game development model that adopts an iterative approach consisting of 6 development phases, starting from the innitiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta and realese phases. for the generation of the labyrinth arena using the Backtracking algorithm while for testing this game uses the UAT (User Acceptment Test). The results of this study in the form of an adventure game based on a maze puzzle that is applied to mobile android. Abstract

Current advances in information technology, especially cellular phones, have become tools that can facilitate the dissemination and delivery of information from one party to another. The concept of geotagging is very similar to marking points on GPS devices, geotagging not only adds waypoints but also adds spatial metadata information to digital media or photos. The process of reporting and recording activities is still using manual processes, both recorded and unrecorded and there is no system for save the reporting process. The system design in this study is an information system that can be accessed by the public in the form of reporting geotagging images on an android application (.apk) and integrated management by Balai TNGC. Achievements or research targets to be achieved are the ease of delivery of information from the community or TNGC officers in terms of reporting and recording of forest activities and the wishes of the authors are expected to be a pilot or reference that can be used by all National Parks in Indonesia. The system development in this study uses the Extreme Programing (XP) method, where this method is suitable for the existing problems. Abstract

This research aims to build information systems Customer Relationship Management for the Hotelmu Products in managing customers data, proposals data, contracts data and invoicing data. Information systems and Customer Relationship Management are also expected to facilitate the Hotelmu customers’ application to convey complaints, suggestions and criticism. This information system will be designed and built with the Prototype process models and methods of object oriented development. To describe the results of analysis by Object Oriented approach to these compilers uses Unified Modeling Language (UML), among others, Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class diagrams. Then it will be built with CodeIgniter programming language and MySQL as database. Information system Customer Relationship Management (CRM), is expected to ease the controlling all Hotelmu clients effectively and efficiently. So the recapitulation process of client data, making proposals, contracts, and invoices use a special application, and the data stored in the database safely and it can be searched at any time by efficiently. Keywords : CRM, Hotelmu, Object Oriented, Prototype

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan saat ini berkembang sangat pesat, dimana suatu lembaga akan berhasil apabila didukung oleh teknologi informasi. Namun dukungan dari teknologi informasi saja tidak cukup, maka dari itu diperlukan tenaga ahli dan hal terpenting adalah komitmen manajemen untuk menjalin relasi dengan baik. Customer Relationship Management merupakan model menajemen yang dibutuhkan di STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan untuk menjalin hubungan yang baik antara lembaga dengan orangtua mahasiswa sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelayanan orangtua. Salah satu permasalahan yang ada saat ini adalah penanganan keluhan orangtua yang belum maksimal dikarenakan tidak adanya manajemen keluhan yang baik. Adapun pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities, dan Threats) dan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan model Customer Relationship Management. Dengan demikian Customer Relationship Management berbasis website ini mampu menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada orangtua mahasiswa di STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan.Kata Kunci: CRM, Website, UML, SWOT
