Abstract

Mapping the understanding of student programming languages is very important in facilitating the preparation of the thesis. This study aims to map the understanding of programming languages associated with specialization in research, thesis guidance and institutional policy. The methodology used is a mix method where the analysis is presented qualitatively and quantitatively. The analysis technique used is questionnaire analysis using a Likert scale with software assistance. The results of the analysis found that the majority of respondents are on a scale of 3 to 4, which means that there are agreed and strongly agreed intervals and can be categorized as positive. With this mapping of understanding of the programming language, supervisors and policy makers can get an idea of the potential of students to be developed in producing thesis products and print competitive quality graduates. Keywords: Understanding of Programming Language, Specialization and Thesis Guidance

Abstract

Music is something that everyone is interested in, but not everyone can play a musical instrument, especially a guitar. Many people who love this instrument but many also have not understood about guitar tuning in case of fals there is a guitar string. How to tuning the guitar will be difficult for a beginner who has not understood about guitar tuning poses. The easiest solution is to use an electronic guitar tuner, but the tool is quite expensive and less flexible to carry anywhere. In this thesis, the author designed an android-based guitar tuner application to solve the problem. Guitar tuner application that will be made using Fast Fourier Transform algorithm that serves to calculate Fourier Discrit's transformation quickly and efficiently, and using Harmonic Product Spectrum algorithm to perform frequency harmonization process to know the basic tone frequency of guitar strings and process the frequency so as to produce output in the form of needle indicator parameters in the form of interface. Abstract

Sundanese has unique names in its daily scope, such as naming animals. Learning the names of animal child using Sundanese is one of the activities in preserving Sundanese culture. However, especially elementary school students have lacked interest in learning Sundanese, one of them concerning the names of animal child in Sundanese, this is because the learning medias are less attractive, there are no developments in the packaging of Sundanese materials, especially the introduction to names of animal child and the absence of a dictionary regarding to the names of children in the school. Therefore, an interesting application is needed to help learning Sundanese so that students have an interest in learning the names of animal child in Sundanese. The result of this study is a game application, in which there are material about the names of animal child in Indonesian and Sundanese and there are questions that must be answered in a certain time limit to practice Sundanese language skills and to know the extent to which students understand Sundanese. By using the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) algorithm to scramble the questions that appear in the game and Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) for matching strings in the game. The application is built using the C# programming language and the development tools used are Unity. And the system development method in this application uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method, while the method for designing the system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Keywords : Sundanese, Linear Congruent Method, Knuth Morris Pratt

Abstract

The conventional learning process carried out face-to-face, is less effective as a source of learning, because the focus of students' interest has now shifted to their device so that students have difficulty repeating learning material. This study aims to produce learning media based on mobile learning on the android platform which is used as a source of learning fiqh applications for students. This mobile learning application is built by applying the Fisher Yates Shuffling algorithm or commonly known as the Fisher Yates algorithm which is now widely used in the process of developing randomization applications. This randomization method is the optimal randomization method in application development, being able to randomize the amount of material about the science of jurisprudence and prevent cheating users who only memorize answers without understanding the material when the questions are fixed or not random. Applications are built using MySQL as a database designed to manage and manipulate data quickly and easily. PHP and Perl are used as scripting programming languages for the internet and collaborate on the Android platform. The system development method used is RUP (Rational Unified Process) by collecting various best practices found in the software development industry.System testing is done using a white box and black box testing shows that the Fisher Yates algorithm can be applied in the mobile learning quiz application as a randomizer about questions. User Acceptance Model (UAT) test results show that this mobile learning application can help the process of learning the science of jurisprudence as well as being a reference in seeing the ability of students to learn the science of jurisprudence. Abstract

Distro Channel is located on Jalan Raya Letjend S Parman, Pabuaran Cirebon. At this time, Distro Channel only markets its products around Pabuaran. Efforts to get new entrants depend on the participation of old customers to spread information about the Distro Channel to other prospective customers. This becomes less effective in terms of time and it can result in a greater risk of losing customers. This study aims to create an information system that implements operational CRM methods so that customers can make product purchases as desired by accessing the Distro Channel website. This research uses the waterfall system development method. The stages of this waterfall are analyzing system requirements, making system design, implementing system, testing and operating and maintaining system. The implementation of CRM that is applied in the Distro Channel, namely giving points in accordance with the provisions will get 1 point for multiples of spending Rp. 65,000, - points with a certain amount can be exchanged with the promo product points that have been provided, these points can be used as a discount of Rp. 1,000, -. Abstract

Classification of data with unbalanced classes is a major problem in the field of machine learning and data mining. If working on unbalanced data, almost all classification algorithms will produce much higher accuracy for majority classes than minority classes. This research will implement the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) method to overcome unbalanced data on credit customer data in Rawamerta teacher cooperatives. The research methodology uses SEMMA with the stages of research Sample, Explore, Modify, Model, and Asses. The Sample Phase was conducted to choose the data of the Rawamerta Teachers Cooperative credit customers for 2015-2017 with a total of 878 data with the attributes used namely income, total deposits, loan amount, duration of installments, services, installments, and credit status. The Explore phase analyzes current classes which are categorized as majority classes because there are 813 data, while traffic classes can be categorized as minority classes because there are 65 data. The data shows an imbalance of data between the two classes. The Modify stages perform the 500% SMOTE process. The Model Stage classifies using Naïve Bayes. Naïve Bayes modeling with SMOTE produced 1131 successfully classified data correctly and 72 data were not classified correctly while without SMOTE resulted in 818 data was classified correctly and 60 data were not classified correctly.Keywords: Naïve Bayes, SMOTE, unbalanced data

Abstract

Currently the system that is running still has many shortcomings and weaknesses causing the company's performance to be hampered and has not been able to support all the needs that the company wants such as the report preparation that is long enough so that the owner waits long to get it. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory system that can present the information needed. Operations that run on this system are: check goods, input sales data, input purchase data, convection data input, purchase reports, and sales reports. The use of this system is divided into two accesses, namely for employees and owners so that they can easily manage goods data. The development tools used in this study use the CI, PHP framework as a programming language and phpMyAdmin 4.7.9 as the MySQL DBMS interface. Design and design an inventory system for TransitCo Bandung goods using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as its modeling tool. This Inventory system is web and mobile based so it is more dynamic and can be used easily and user friendly. Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of education with the main principles of learning using electronic or computer systems so that they can support learning. Learning methods in the world of education increase rapidly with the existence of information technology. Electronic learning or e-learning is one of the learning methods that emerged due to the development of information technology. The e-learning application will be built using the Laravel Framework. Laravel is chosen because it has a concept of programming based on the Model View Controller (MVC). MVC programming is a programming method by separating data from views and how to process it. This highly developed website creation technology is balanced with the development of the internet so that various media have been online based such as learning media site, currently there are enough learning media sites on the internet, quality material and experienced teaching staff makes us have to pay quite expensive fees. Therefore e-learning learning media with free material is certainly very helpful for people who want to develop their knowledge. Abstract

Koperasi Kemuning Persada (KKP) is one of the companies engaged in lending services, where the main task of the KKP must consider the size of the loan to be given to prospective customers. There is often an error in granting loans to prospective customers because the valuation used is not an objective parameter, especially in terms of determining the size of the proposed loan size, it causes several problems in terms of decisions that must be taken by the relevant branch head. Therefore it is necessary to have a tool or system that can help in terms of decision making of the branch head, related to large / small loans granted. The method used by researchers in designing this Decision Support System is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, where the parameters used as criteria in granting credit into 3 (three) things, namely income, collateral and length of business. While the research approach in designing this system uses Object Oriented methodology, assisted with data collection using interview and observation methods. Some tools used to analyze business processes and functional requirements use tools from the Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Usecase diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams. Applications that researchers design are web-based using the CodeIgniter Framework, programming language uses PHP and HTML while database design uses MySQL.Keywords: SPK, Credit, Fuzzy Tsukamoto

Abstract

PT Telkom has an information system that acts as a surveillance and monitoring management by having an inventory function (production equipment data requirements), fulfillment of customer needs and assurance (guaranteed service provided). So that it can facilitate the improvement of service to customers to manage new installations, monitor and follow up if there is a disruption every time. Monitoring information system and monitoring of service requests incidents as well as supporting the implementation of business processes are used to achieve company goals. Therefore, an audit is carried out to determine the suitability of the monitoring information system and monitoring of service requests incidents with the company's objectives, using the COBIT 5 framework in the DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) domain. Based on the results of mapping using COBIT 5 obtained from the company's strategy mapped into enterprise goals and IT-related goals so that the process to be assessed is DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incident). Results obtained for the DSS02 process at levels 1 and 2 have been achieved because the achievement results exceed 85% which means that there is evidence of the process being assessed and full achievement, so the final achievement for the DSS02 process is at level 3 namely the Established Process that the managed process has been implemented using a process definition which is able to achieve the results of the process. From the results, it can be concluded that  the current conditions and expected there is a gap of 0.42 to reach level 4, so recommendations are made in order to achieve its targets and implement one of the recommendations that have been obtained.Keywords: Audit, customer service, COBIT 5
