Abstract

Handling reproductive disorders at the farm level is still lack due to the less information about the treatment of livestock which has a significant impact on decreasing of meat production. To reduce the impact of reproductive diseases, it is necessary to carry out early detection and treatment to prevent high losses and wider spread of disease. This article describes the application of an expert system that provides a means of consultation that uses an expert's reasoning process in solving complex problems regarding to cow reproductive health. In this study, the Tsukamoto Fuzzy method will be applied to help diagnosing the risk of disease in cattle based on six clinical symptoms. The result of this study is a mobile expert system that will conclude the risk level of endometriosis in cattle. This application is developed based on Android so that it is easy to use and it can be used by farmers to make a diagnosis independently. The result of this expert system testing indicates that this system can determine the level of endometritis risk of cow reproductive disease. Keywords: expert system, android based, fuzzy logic, cow disease

Abstract

Kecamatan Kuningan merupakan salah satu instansi yang terdapat di Kabupaten Kuningan. Kecamatan Kuningan selalu melakukan pengusulan Pegawai Berprestasi kepada Pemerintah Daerah. Pengusulan Pegawai Berprestasi dilakukan setiap satu tahun sekali dengan cara memilih salah satu pegawai yang bersedia untuk diusulkan sebagai Pegawai Berprestasi. Seleksi dengan cara tersebut sering didapati Pegawai Berprestasi yang diusulkan kurang layak. Hal tersebut terjadi karena proses seleksi masih menggunakan satu kriteria (prakarsa), sehingga ketika beberapa pegawai yang ada memiliki nilai yang berbeda, maka sering didapati pengambilan keputusan yang subjektif dan tidak tepat sasaran. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan tersebut, maka dalam proses seleksi penerima pengusulan Pegawai Berprestasi digunakan kriteria lain seperti: kedisiplinan, kinerja dan pengabdian. Namun, dengan bertambahnya jumlah kriteria dalam proses seleksi mengakibatkan pemecahan masalah dari seleksi tersebut semakin kompleks. Alternatif solusi yang diusulkan yaitu membuat sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting yang diharapkan dapat membantu pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, tepat sasaran dan objektif. Metode Simple Additive Weighting dipilih karena dapat membantu penyelesaian masalah pembuatan keputusan yang melibatkan banyak kriteria. Sistem tersebut dibangun dengan teknik pengembangan System Development Life Cycle model Waterfall dengan teknik pendekatan pengembangan sistem terstruktur menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP Hypertext Preprocessing dan DataBase Management System MySQL. Implementasi sistem tersebut menunjukan bahwa Sistem yang dibangun dapat mendukung pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, tepat sasaran dan objektif. Artinya, penerapan multi atribut (kriteria) dan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode SAW pada proses pengambilan keputusan seleksi penerima Pegawai Berprestasi pada kantor Kecamatan Kuningan dapat mengurangi tingkat ketidaklayakan Pegawai yang diusulkan.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Seleksi Pegawai Berprestasi, Multi-Attribute Decision Making, Simple Additive Weighting

Abstract

The research design of software aims to help managing data products and data clients in PT .Ussi Bandung - West Java. This research is the impact of the advance of technology resulting in some works to handle or it is assisted by the technology. Moreover by the computer, it improves efficiency and quality in work. By the use of computer, people will be easy in finishing the job in various fields for example the management of product data and client that use web based application recording product and client. In practice, computer technology could save the data quickly and correctly and also it displays the data in detail and more informative.  As a result, all information clients will be recorded optimally and more informative. Abstract

Machine Learning is a method in artificial intelligence system that is able to model the data entered for future needs. Many applications are applied such as classifying data, predicting relationships between data, ranking data, reading data patterns, making movie thrillers and many other implementations. In this paper, we discuss the use of machine learning analysis result to detect the student's final project format whether it is in accordance with the final project guidelines or not. Based on research, it shows that the structural modeling of machine learning can be used to detect the suitability of the format both modeling separately and modeling in combination.Key Word : Text Structure, Machine Learning, Final Project Documentation

Abstract

Smk Cibening is one of the schools in Cibingbin village, Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. The process of this course is intended so that the students can complete the school according to their abilities before continuing to a higher level, namely college. The current process of majors has disadvantages including the unavailability of special application to support courtesy, in helping counseling teachers to determine the right direction, so that the process takes a long time and also can occur a lot of consideration. to help the teachers in determining the majors of students at SMK Cibening. This study uses the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. The criterias used are report cards, national examination results (SKHUN) and majors. The final results of this study found that the decision support system with the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is able to overcome the problems in the process of determining the majors at SMK Cibening.Keywords: decision support system, WATERFALLl, with Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly increasing specifically to facilitate transactionactivities. All parties in various fields continue to look for the latest for those who can provide the best forcustomers. Research conducted for toll road users in the city of Bandung, which aims to determine cellcomputerefficacy and perceived benefits of system quality, information quality, use, and satisfaction of tollroad users in using the e-toll payment system. The population of this study is the toll road users in the cityof Bandung. Samples taken 125 people were taken using nonprobability sampling technique. The resultsshowed that there were differences in cell-computer efficacy and perception of benefits for system quality,information quality, usage, and satisfaction of toll road users in using the e-toll payment system. Thissummary is taken based on the descriptive statistics produced.Keywords: computer self-efficacy and perceived benefits, system quality, information quality,use, and satisfaction of toll road users in using the e-toll payment system.

Abstract

Gelora Mukti Sport still uses a conventional system in managing its products and customers. Conventional system causes inaccuracies in managing data item data, inventory and customer data. Increasig loyalty is done by providing good service. This study aims to increase consumer loyalty through the application of CRM. This study uses waterfall as method of developing system. The stages of the waterfall are analyzing system requirements, making system design, implementing systems, testing and operating and maintaining the system. The form of implementation of CRM applied at Gelora Mukti Sport is by giving discounts on certain days, giving points provided that they will get 10 points for one transaction, points with a certain amount can be exchanged for products or vouchers that have been provided, vouchers can be used to deduct the total amount of payment, and wallet is useful for payment of product orders where the wallet is obtained from refunds and means of criticism to provide criticism or suggestions for the Gelora Mukti Sport store. Abstract

Implementation of Analytical (Customer Relationship Management) CRM on Medical Record Information System Rehabilitation of Drug Abuse Patient is a form of information technology strategy that can help perform data management of rehabilitation medical record, while its development model use Analytical CRM model. Analytical CRM is one part of the CRM method that involves customers directly and analyzes the customer's needs to make it easier and more efficient in terms of information delivery so that customers are more comfortable and trust to channel their patients. The design system used with waterfall method, the tool used to design the system in the form of flowmap, context diagram, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Digram) and table relation, while data collection techniques using research methods by way of observation, interview and literature study. This application is built using PHP and MySQL programming languages. With this system is expected to facilitate the Foundation Cipta Wening Kuningan in managing patient medical record data

Abstract

Puskesmas is a level 1 health facility. More than 40% of Indonesia's population uses health services at the Puskesmas. It is interesting that the Puskesmas is the health care provider that is closest to the community. Recording medical records of patients at the Kuningan Health Center is still done manually. Data search has time constraints. This happens because the same data is often found. Ineffective management of medical records will become a major problem in health services at the Puskesmas. This problem must be overcome so that the puskesmas has good data and information. One way to overcome this problem is to build a computerized medical record information system. Medical Record is a compilation of facts about the health and illness of a patient. Medical Records become a very important thing in the delivery of health services. Because the importance of a medical record, the author is interested in conducting research with the title "Information Systems for Outpatient Medical Records in UPTD Puskesmas Kuningan Web-Based". The medical record information system is expected to help improve the function of the Puskesmas as a place of health care. With the existence of a medical record system, each patient visit can be taken in a database making it easier for officers in the process of finding medical record data when needed. With the database, the compilation of patients forgetting to bring a treatment card can be done by searching the patient's data by the electronic officer. Making a report will be easier because it retrieves data that is done through the request system so as to facilitate the process and minimize errors in data management.Keywords: php, mysql, medical record, outpatient

Abstract

Cahaya Motor is a company engaged in repair services, sales of motor spare parts. In the process of recording sales services, repair of motor parts and reports still use simple notes into the notebook so that they are vulnerable to damage and loss of data, hence the need for a system to streamline and streamline it all. The system built closer to the concept of Supply Chain Management covering the process of purchasing goods, goods sales, motor repair services, supplier management, consumer management, returns goods, and report management. In the development of the system the author uses the Framework CI (Code Igniter). Systems built using PHP and databases using MySQL. From the built system can provide solutions for recording service purchases, sales of motor parts and motor repair has been computerized and communication media between consumers and companies become more effective and efficient
