Abstract

Regional Secretary (SETDA) of Bandung City is a local government agency that has the main tasks and functions to Realize Public Services and Excellent Service Personnel to support the Vision of Bandung City as the Superior City of Bandung. The Regional Secretary of the City of Bandung is currently experiencing difficulties in managing information relating to asset investment and management, so it is necessary to strive to manage information better, one form of its application is through information systems using computer-based information technology. In information technology there are three interrelated parts, namely: hardware, software, and database. Integrated information system architecture planning and in accordance with the organization's business goals is one of the efforts to improve services in a better direction so that it is able to compete with other organizations. In this study discusses the planning of information systems architecture management assets in the general section and equipment of the City of Bandung, a case study in the Regional Secretary (SETDA) of the City of Bandung. The discussion of this research is emphasized in four stages, namely: business architecture planning, data architecture planning, application architecture planning, and technology architecture planning. The results of the research conducted are the planning of information systems architecture management in the Regional Secretary of the City of Bandung, in the form of recommendations for the development of information systems architecture to support the improvement of public service performance and system integration into all parts of the organization.Keywords: Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, EAP

Abstract

Readiness in adopting new technology, especially in Online Learning in a certain University, is determined by user’s readiness i.e. the User in Online Learning.  In Kuningan University, we have concern in e-class: Online learning System, which is categorized as a new technology. The research is to analyze the user’s readiness and to measure the success of the e learning applied in our University. The method that we use in this research to measure user’s readiness level is the Technology Readiness Index (TRI). TRI is an index to measure the User’s readiness in using new technology to achieve the daily learning. The measurement is done by using four variables ; optimism, innovativeness, discomfort and insecurity. We use SPSS 21 application to analyze our data. The Research data is collected by giving Questioners to 371 respondents in Kuningan University (UNIKU). After we had calculated the data, we got the result that the TRI total value was 2.81 (categorized as Low Technology Readiness Index) and the user group was categorized as Skeptics Group (the optimism, innovativeness, discomfort and insecurity were low. These made the students of Kuningan University had uncertain feeling towards the e-class.Key words: Technology readiness index, e-learning, LMS

Abstract

User’s Satisfaction is one of the keys to the success of an Information System. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of Academic Information System Users in the State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya based on organizational culture variables and the quality of the information system to the satisfaction of information system users and their implications for employee performance. Data analysis involves 71 participants who come from education personnel with variations in Gender, Age, Latest Education and Years of Service. Data analysis uses CFA of Exogenous and Endogenous Constructions and SEM Partial Least Square (PLS). The final results obtaine conclusion that Organizational Culture Variables have a positive and it do not have significant effect on the satisfaction towards the use of Information Systems while the Quality of Information Systems variable has a positive and significant effect on the Satisfaction towards the Use of Information Systems of  State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang.Keywords – CIO, User Satisfaction, Information System Management

Abstract

The existence of abundant UMKM data sources can be used to dig up information. Classification is one of the techniques to explore hidden data owned by data mining. Data mining classification methods, one of which is the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The SVM algorithm has proven better results than the KKN, Decision Tree and Linear Regression algorithms. In the classification process, the accuracy and time efficiency results obtained are very important. So optimization is needed in order to increase accuracy and time efficiency during the classification process. The optimization of the SVM algorithm was carried out using the K-Means algorithm for the clustering and continuous process on UMKM data and the feature selection process using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). This paper aims to optimize the accuracy of the data in the form of type of business, business and turnover. From the results of the discussion of the SVM method using K-Means and PSO, it gives an average accuracy of 55% but 0.12% lower than SVM just using PSO. Keywords: UMKM, Clustering, K-Means, SVM, PSO

Abstract

Kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas melebihi jumlah penyelenggaran pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Cimahi. Dengan banyaknya jenis pelayanan kesehatan masih terdapat pasien yang tidak mengetahui bagaimana sistem antrian pelayanan sehingga sering terdapat pasien yang salah mengambil nomor antrian, salah masuk poli dan tidak terpanggil dikarnakan lama tunggu yang cukup lama bagi pasien sehingga pasien dan ada juga yang telah terlewat dan harus mengulang mengambil nomor antrian. Tujuan dengan menggunakan metode ini adalah tergambarkanya model antrian yang tepat di Puskesmas. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode gabungan kualitatif dan kuatitatif. Dari penelitian diperoleh gambaran metode queing system diperoleh gambaran Model Multi Channel Mutiple Phase, dengan hasil kedatangan 50 pasien per jam dengan 2 petugas pendaftaran, dengan waktu pelayanan 1 menit per pasien. Kata Kunci  :  Antrian, pasien, prosedur.

Abstract

Keberadaan radio komunitas dihadang sejumlah masalah yaitu, batasan frekuensi dan jangkaua n. Radio komunitas diperkirakan akan mati karena tiga sebab. Pertama, kebedaraannya dalam sistem yang diundang-undangan yang cenderung memiliki ruang geraknya 2,5 KM. Kedua, radio komunitas harus bersaing dengan radio swasta yang memiliki modal (kapital) jauh lebih. Ketiga, pendengar yang mulai beralih ke media lain. Metode yang digunakan adalah TOPSIS yang difokuskan pada beberapa tahapan, dengan studi kasus pada radio UKIM FM dengan cara berbagi kuisioner kepada pendengar komunitas untuk melihat genre musik yang disukai dan tingkat kesukaan pendengar UKIM FM terhadap 6 (enam) program acara radio UKIM FM. Penentuan kriteria bobot bobot genre musik dan program berdasarkan usia, Waktu mendengar berapa jam sehari, isi konten sesuai minat / kebutuhan pendengar, genre musik, penyiar, Music Director (MD) dan interaktif dengan pendengar yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah dinamis dalam mencari alternatif terbaik agar Dapat digunakan oleh pengambil keputusan dalam mengembangkan program acara yang diminati diselingi dengan genre musik yang masuk oleh pendengar sehingga dapat meraih kembali banyak pendengar. Abstract

AbstrakMata pelajaran Biologi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa/i di SMA NEGERI 1 Kuningan. Pengenalan animalia coelenterta merupakan salah satu materi mata pelajaran biologi yang dipelajari oleh siswa/i dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional yang digunakan oleh guru berupa buku yang menampilkan gambaran animalia coelenterata 2D, sehingga  siswa/i terbatas dalam mendapatkan gambaran lengkap Animalia coelenterata. Proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung belum efektif dan belum dapat meningkatkan antusiasme siswa/i pada saat pembelajaran dikelas. Maka dari itu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality dapat menjadi salah satu langkah penyelesaian dalam mengatasi hal tersebut. Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi yang menggabungkan benda antara dunia nyata dengan dunia maya berupa objek 3D yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran pengenalan animalia coelenterata oleh siswa/i, agar pembelajaran pengenalan animalia coelenterata lebih menarik dan tidak monoton karena menampilkan gambaran  animasi 3D. Untuk membangun aplikasi pengenalan animalia coelenterata, perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) serta penerapan algoritma SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) untuk pendeteksian titik keypoint pada marker. Pendeteksian titik keypoint dilakukan pada marker yang ada didalam program. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu siswa/i dalam mempelajari pengenalan animalia coelenterata karena gambaran animalia coelenterata terlihat lebih nyata dengan Animasi 3D, gerakan animalia coelenterata dan deskripsi animalia coelenterata. Kata Kunci:SIFT, Augmented Reality, Animalia Coelenterata, UML
