Abstract

The house is a primary requirement for the fulfillment of human well-being as food and clothing. However, it turns out the need for housing is often hampered by lack of funds owned by consumers who crave own their own home. Thus, through the development of mortgage ogled as the main alternative housing finance. Mortgages is the ability to execute a purchase or hold a loan with a promise, payment will be executed at the agreed time period. This is one of the emerging credit. In extending mortgages, banks here must be selective in assessing the feasibility of the proposed by the debtor bank's assessment was conducted in order to avoid losses due to the return of loans disbursed. Thus in doing the lending bank must make an assessment based lending procedures and internal controls in order to avoid bank bad credit. It is also to be planned strategically for mortgages in the brass, especially mortgage Juanda Regency. As a business developer in the field of home ownership that must be taken into account is about sorting the data consumer in the home loan application process. Both in terms of the validity of the data and supported by field monitoring. From there, the author get the idea, how to design a management application homeownership in juanda regency which prioritizes the analysis of credit risk management. Which in essence how to manage existing credit processes to minimize credit risks that often arise. Starting from customer identity data collection in truth, filing mortgage, Customer Survey income, up to the management of the mortgage payment installments, thus minimizing credit risks exist. In designing this application, the authors use a Web-based programming languages, PHP and MySQL.. Key words : KPR, Credit Risk, PHP dan MySQL

Abstract

This study is intended to produce a supplementary learning media for students in High School Mathematics for Mobile-Learning Application form. Target research to be achieved is the media to learn additional attractive and easy to use so as to enhance the learning and achievement of students in mathematics subjects.This research will explore how to design and develop applications based on J2ME Mobile Learning for Mathematics in order to run well on different mobile phones. Abstract

Komando Distrik Militer (Kodim) is a supervising and operational commando in militery departmen under Komando RayonMiliter (Koramil).Kodim 0615 Kuningan has not used information technology (software) in processing data, so that there are some data that is not arranged well. By using information technology, it can solve the problems effectively. Information system used in  Kodim 0615 Kuningan is made to solve the problem in processing data so it can save the time and financial side. Abstract

Accounting Information Systems of Purchasing and Sales Process functions to manage the company's financial data.This study is aimed to delevop an accounting information system of  purchasing and sales process that can handle the data management of large amounts and uncontrolled goods, especially in Lestari Minimarket. Main concepts in the designing and developing Accounting information systems of purchasing and  sales process uses PHP and MySQL, so that financial accounting data can be managed appropriately and accurately. Abstract

Application of SCM (Supply Chain Management) in the company is essential for controling inventory. By applying the method of SCM, the company will be better because the scope of SCM is a system in which business organization distributes goods production and services to its customers. The chain of this supply is also a network of interconnected organizations that have same goal i.e distributing  goods to users well. Information systems developed in the application of SCM is to control inventory in PD. Macro Market. It is an integrated system between the parties directly associated with PD. Macro Market, including suppliers, PD. Macro Market and customers. The company gives access for suppliers to view the minimum stock of inventory so that inventory control is not only monitored by the company but also by the supplier. While on the customers side, customers can see the availability of the goods so that customers will easily place an order because there has been the availability of goods. The customers are not bothered to  come to PD. Macro Market to make a reservation because this system allows customers to make reservations online

Abstract

Vehicle data information must be known by every owner of a vehicle. However, sometimes people do not know a whole of a vehicle information regarding the vehicle data information. Even to find out the vehicle information, people should visit the SAMSAT office. Therefore to achieve excellent service, fast, and meet the public demand for improving services, it is necessary to use information technology in it, such as utilization-based SMS Gateway system. People can easily find out their vehicles information only by SMS (Short Message Service). The object of this paper is SAMSAT Office.The aim of vehicle services based on SMS Gateway is to facilitate the public to find out the vehicle information accurately without visiting the SAMSAT office of Kuningan. This paper uses Waterfall (waterfall cycle) method. In collecting the data, this paper uses the observation and interviews. By using observation and interviews, the writer would be known the flaws in the service of vehicle information.The conclusion reached in this paper is that the application of vehicle information service is very beneficial to the society because these applications can be easily used by any people to know the data of their vehicles.Keywords: SMS, SAMSAT, Waterfall

Abstract

Job seekers are faced with fierce competition in the world of work, and the increasing human resources. Information retrieval system design job at region III Cirebon is based CRM solution as a medium of information search in the design for job seekers who want to work in the area CIAYUMAJAKUNING (Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka and Kuningan), where job seekers can search for other than work, they can also apply for jobs online, with their resume processing the data, without having to print out resume and send to the company that it chooses, while for companies that outsource, the company can see and accept applications from applicants online, so companies can find workers according to criteria of quality jobs. The methodology used in the construction of this system using the prototype, where prototyping is the process of modeling a simple software that allows users to have a basic overview of the program and initial testing. In the construction of a new business concept that provides job information as region III Cirebon, then carried the implementation of a strategic approach to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that focuses on information services to customers, in achieving CRM first and second classification, is reached new customers, and retain existing customers. Abstract

Student majors at senior high school will be done by teacher when the student class move from first grade to second grade . Student majors will effect the student himself if the student wants study from senior high school to the university. The problem that often occurs in the student majors is the use of manual systems to decide the placement of students’ majors. So in the end of studenst’ majors process, teacher is in a rush with time to complete the process of placement of student majors.  If the process isn’t done carefully, it will have technical failure or invalid information. The amount of first grade students also effect the processes of placement of the student majors. The Weight Product method is used to link attributes rating where each attribute rating must be raised first with the weight of the relevant attributes. Development of web decision support systems student majors use weighted product method that can facilitate the counseling teacher at the school to process student data and calculations to decide the students’ majors. That method also can make time efficient. We can get information more quickly and the system provides alternate recommendation to decide student majors well and reference based on the students’ ability.Keywords:Decision Support Systems, Weighted Product Methods, Students Majors

Abstract

ABSTRACTDaily activities performed by the lecturers at a university to be a complicated process lecturers are doing business outside of the university. This is because the lecturer will find  difficulties to collect data about the activities commonly performed in the university, it will be difficult for employers in searching information about the presence of teachers, and it will be difficult also for lecturers in getting information about teaching schedule. That can only be seen at the university. Likewise, students should go to the university to find information about the presence of lecturers through their teaching schedule.Therefore by making a system of daily activity can help lecturers to continue performing their activities outside the university and conduct activity data can be sent via mobile phone to the server by using the SMS Gateway. Lecturers activity data can also be accessed by students as information.The Server-based SMS Center is made online managed by the admin and lecturers can access it with different access right. it is done so that each lecturer can input data such as schedules, other activities as well as an online agenda that will also be accessible through the system Daily Activity-base SMS Gateway.The results of this system in the form of the output from the server to the user who sends the input data in a certain SMS format.
