Abstract

Readiness in adopting new technology, especially in Online Learning in a certain University, is determined by user’s readiness i.e. the User in Online Learning.  In Kuningan University, we have concern in e-class: Online learning System, which is categorized as a new technology. The research is to analyze the user’s readiness and to measure the success of the e learning applied in our University. The method that we use in this research to measure user’s readiness level is the Technology Readiness Index (TRI). TRI is an index to measure the User’s readiness in using new technology to achieve the daily learning. The measurement is done by using four variables ; optimism, innovativeness, discomfort and insecurity. We use SPSS 21 application to analyze our data. The Research data is collected by giving Questioners to 371 respondents in Kuningan University (UNIKU). After we had calculated the data, we got the result that the TRI total value was 2.81 (categorized as Low Technology Readiness Index) and the user group was categorized as Skeptics Group (the optimism, innovativeness, discomfort and insecurity were low. These made the students of Kuningan University had uncertain feeling towards the e-class.Key words: Technology readiness index, e-learning, LMS

Abstract

Cibinuang Village is an area located in Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. Cibinuang Village has many and varied natural resources. In the process of development activities Cibinuang tourism village has not fully used the detailed concept of tourism. The development of the concept of tourism in the Village of Cibinuang did not escape the existence of adequate natural resources and quality human resources. The availability of natural resources and their use in Cibinuang Village, even if simple and limited, will be able to improve the quality of the village and be a source of increased human resources for the community. In terms of improving the economy, knowledge and attractiveness of tourism. Efforts to design the concept of a tourist village, in improving the ability of rural communities in the field of tourism required a whole design concept to make it happen. It is understood together that one of the concrete manifestations of Higher Education gait besides education and research is Community Service and Service activities, this is in accordance with what is mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 24 (2) which states; "Universities have the autonomy to manage their own institutions as centers for the administration of higher education, scientific research, and community service." As a concrete step Faculty of Computer Science, Kuningan University with the core of Visual Communication Design, trying to respond to the needs of the community (Cibinuang Village) of the importance of developing Tourism Villages by doing Community Service with the title of the activity "The Concept of Designing Tourism Villages in Cibinuang Area Kuningan District of West Java Province" . Referring to the background of existing problems, problem solving is needed for the purpose of this activity are: Designing the concept of village tourism design for the people of Cibinuang Village, Kuningan Regency, to utilize natural resources in the area, which include: Hot Springs, Campgrounds, Sacred / Ancient Tombs. Creating a Tourism Village Study Plan for Cibinuang Village Community, Kuningan District to realize the Village program.Desa Cibinuang merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Desa Cibinuang memiliki sumberdaya alam yang banyak dan berfariasi. Dalam proses kegiatan pengembangan Desa wisata Cibinuang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan konsep wisata yang terinci. Perkembangan konsep pariwisata di Desa Cibinuang tidak luput dari adanya sumberdaya alam yang memadai dan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Ketersediaan sumber alam dan pemanfaatannya di Desa Cibinuang, sekalipun sederhana dan terbatas, akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas desa serta menjadi sumber peningkatan SDM bagi masyarakat. Dalam hal peningkatan ekonomi, pengetahuan, dan daya tarik pariwisata. Upaya perancangan konsep desa wisata, dalam peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam bidang pariwisata diperlukan suatu konsep desain yang utuh untuk mewujudkannya. Dipahami bersama bahwa salah satu wujud nyata kiprah Perguruan Tinggi selain pendidikan dan penelitian adalah kegiatan Pengabdian dan Pelayanan kepada Masyarakat, hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diamanatkan dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 24 (2)  yang menyatakan ; “Perguruan tinggi memiliki otonomi untuk mengelola sendiri lembaganya sebagai pusat penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi, penelitian ilmiah, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat”. Sebagai langkah kongkrit Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Kuningan dengan core Desain Komunikasi Visual, mencoba untuk merespon kebutuhan masyarakat (Desa Cibinuang) akan pentingnya pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul kegiatan “Konsep Perancangan Desa Wisata Di Daerah Cibinuang Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Mengacu pada latar belakang permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan pemecahan masalah untuk tujuan kegiatan ini adalah:  Merancang konsep Desain desa wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan, untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di daerahnya, yaitu meliputi: Sumber Air Panas, Bumi Perkemahan, Makam Keramat/Kuno. Membuat StudyPlan Desa Wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan untuk mewujudkan program Desa.

Abstract

Not all humans are created with normal eyes. Blindness is not only interfered with daily activities but also has socio-economic impacts on the environment, society, and the country. Those who have visual impairment usually have difficulty when walking and doing activities, while they still generally use traditional and manual walking sticks to help them. This research aims to help blind people carry out activities and improve facilities to use more sophisticated technology. The method used in this study is to use the prototype method. It is a process where simple modeling allows visually impaired people to have a primary picture of the program and conduct initial testing on tools, and facilitate the blind to interact with each other during the manufacturing process so that developers can easily model the software to be made. The results of this study constructed an automatic stick that can detect obstructions in front and top and detect puddles using a buzzer as a notification if the tool detects a barrier object. With seven tests using different materials, the average front sensor error value is 0.68%, the sensor works well, with two testing trials using other materials the average sensor error value is above 0.95% and can detect water in front of the tool user.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini sangat mempengaruhi semua pekerjaan agar dituntut untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan cepat, tepat, dan akurat serta dapat menghasilkan suatu hasil yang baik dan berkualitas. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan-permasalahan di atas, maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi e-commerce yang menyediakan fasilitas-fasilitas seperti: katalog produk yang berisi gambar dan informasi produk, dan konsumen dapat mengetahui informasi proses pemesanan barang, serta dapat membuat laporan transaksi penjualan perbulan. Sehingga aplikasi ini diharapkan akan dapat membantu pihak Toko Nurjani untuk mempromosikan produknya dan membuat laporan transaksi penjualan perbulan. Mengingat adanya permasalahan yang ditimbulkan oleh sistem lama maka penulis menuangkan ide tersebut untuk dijadikan sebuah penelitian dengan Judul: “Rancang Bangun E-Commerce Pada Toko Nurjani” serta mencoba memberikan masukan bagi Toko Nurjani berupa pembuatan sistem baru dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-Commerce B2C.Kata kunci : E-Commerce B2C, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Non-formal education is an every opportunity where there is regular and directed communication outside of school, where a person gets information, knowledge, training or guidance according to his age and life needs with the aim for developing the level of skills, attitudes of participant that is efficient and effective in the family and even the community and country. In Indonesia, education is placed as a must for every Indonesian citizen. However, the current non-formal education is less popular. It can be identified with the number of existing unemployment, this will have a bad impact if it is left unchecked ("Education Observer, Darmaningtyas friday (3/4) Jakarta, kompas.com). This makes most non-formal educational institutions in Indonesia, especially EXPReSS, finds difficulty to get students, therefore the solution that is considered appropriate for this problem is CRM Operations. The purpose of this study is to apply the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method in the Student Service Information System guided by EXPReSS, where the application of Operational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is applied to the chat, discount, online registration and academic information functions to facilitate students in obtaining information and satisfying service. So that the relationship between the tutoring and students can be better. This information system is made in web-based, using the PHP programming language and MySQL as its database.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDaily activities performed by the lecturers at a university to be a complicated process lecturers are doing business outside of the university. This is because the lecturer will find  difficulties to collect data about the activities commonly performed in the university, it will be difficult for employers in searching information about the presence of teachers, and it will be difficult also for lecturers in getting information about teaching schedule. That can only be seen at the university. Likewise, students should go to the university to find information about the presence of lecturers through their teaching schedule.Therefore by making a system of daily activity can help lecturers to continue performing their activities outside the university and conduct activity data can be sent via mobile phone to the server by using the SMS Gateway. Lecturers activity data can also be accessed by students as information.The Server-based SMS Center is made online managed by the admin and lecturers can access it with different access right. it is done so that each lecturer can input data such as schedules, other activities as well as an online agenda that will also be accessible through the system Daily Activity-base SMS Gateway.The results of this system in the form of the output from the server to the user who sends the input data in a certain SMS format. Abstract

Statistic information system and strategy have a big role in national development in general especially in  the economic field,it  is used to support  the improvement, efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of government organizations and businesses, such cooperation. At this time, information systems and statistics have been developed, and become an important factor in the process of planning, monitoring, and supervision of the construction, as well as in enhancing the credibility and competitiveness. Therefore, the development of information systems and statistics that is reliably deployed as an integral part in the face of an increasing business competition. Technology OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) offers a solution that needs  a system  to manage and maintain the balance of the elements in the business,it is expected to maintain a stable business processes. Abstract

CV Pustikom is a company that engaged in the sales and service by utilizing Information Technology (IT). The use of Information Technology (IT) become a fundamental necessity in the face of competition in the Information Age. To retain customers, the company used information technology systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a facility system used to maintain and organize the customer in order to remain confident and loyal to the company. The usege and Implementation CRM in the enterprise can improve services, obtain customer data and provide information to customers in order to serve the customer in purchasing the company’s products, increased promotion, and publicity firm. With the application develop a website that allows access anywhere and anytime and SMS support has been more and more use, then using a waterfall system development methods and approaches Data Flow Diagram (DFD) as a system design tool. Abstract

Bencana alam adalah bencana yang diakibatkan oleh peristiwa atau serangkaian peristiwa yang disebabkan oleh alam antara lain berupa gempa bumi, tsunami,  gunung meletus, banjir, kekeringan, angin topan, dan tanah longsor. Kuningan merupakan daerah yang rawan akan terjadi bencana alam, maka masyarakat perlu untuk tetap waspada dalam menghadapi bencana alam, namun informasi yang di dapatkan oleh masyarakat tentang bencana alam belum optimal karena belum ada sistem khusus tentang bencana. Pada menelitian ini penulis tertarik untuk membuat sistem aplikasi tentang kebencanaan berbasis android, diharapkan masyarakat dapat menerima informasi dengan cepat tentang kebencanaan sehingga masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan  dalam menghadapi bencana. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak  yang digunakan  adalah Relational  Unified Process (RUP) menggunakan konsep  Object  Oriented Dengan adanya aktifitas yang berfokus pada pengembangan model dengan  menggunakan  Unified  Modelling Language (UML). Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian sistem, sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Sistem dapat menampilkan notifikasi pada perangkat smartphone android ketika ada informasi bencana alam dan peringatan dini terbaru, melalui sistem ini juga masyarakat dapat melaporkan bencana alam yang terjadi di lokasi masyarakat berada dan masyarakat dapat melakukan diskusi dengan pihak Admin.Kata Kunci       : Android, Mitigasi, Bencana Alam, BPBD Kabupaten Kuningan

Abstract

Komando Distrik Militer (Kodim) is a supervising and operational commando in militery departmen under Komando RayonMiliter (Koramil).Kodim 0615 Kuningan has not used information technology (software) in processing data, so that there are some data that is not arranged well. By using information technology, it can solve the problems effectively. Information system used in  Kodim 0615 Kuningan is made to solve the problem in processing data so it can save the time and financial side.
