Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know influence of perception employees about leadership style, environment, compensation and motivation to statisfaction work employees. The method which used is descriptive verified with the approach expost facto and survey. Sampel selection use simple random sampling. The data collection was done by using quitioner. Data processed by linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result shows there is the influence of perception employees about leadership style, job environment, compensation and motivation of work to satisfaction work employees DAMRI the branch Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi karyawan tentang gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan expost facto dan survey. Penetapan sampel yaitu menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Data diolah dengan analisis regresi linear dan analisis regresi multipel. Hasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh persepsi karyawan tentang gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, lingkungan, motivasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of learning outcomes, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) and Think Pair and Share (TPS) type by considering the emotional quotient (EQ). Research methodology used in this research was experiment research with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which were true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done by using test. The data which were collected by test of learning outcomes were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in learning outcomes and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) and Think Pair and Share (TPS) type by considering the emotional quotient (EQ).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) dan Think Pair and Share (TPS) dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional (EQ). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know influence the perception of dimension Servqual members consists of variable tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, as well as the performance of the board to Member participation in Kopma Unila. The method which used in this research is descriptive verified with the approach ex post facto and survey. The population in this study were 72 FKIP students and the sample used was 42 FKIP students determined by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data were collected through prepared by the program analysis unit linear regression and multiple regression analysis. The analysis shows that there is the influence of servqual dimension which consist of physical evidence variable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, and performance of management toward member participation.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persepsi anggota tentang dimensi Servqual yaitu bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati, serta kinerja pengurus terhadap partisipasi Anggota di Kopma Unila. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 mahasiswa FKIP dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 42 mahasiswa FKIP ditentukan melalui simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the incentive and work environtment on job satisfaction through job motivation of the employee PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah AL AMIN Cabang Lampung. This research uses descriptive research design approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The data collection were done by spreading the questionnaire to 88 employees. Data were collected through prepared by the program analysis unit Linear Regression and Path Analysis. Based on the result that there is an incentive effect, the working environment and job motivation on employee job satisfaction either directly or indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah AL AMIN Cabang Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 88 orang karyawan. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan program unit analisis Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.Kata kunci: lingkungan, motivasi, disiplin, kepuasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of learning result, the interaction by the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning model and Quantum Teaching learning model by also considering students' critical thinking ability. This research was conducted toward the 10th graders of social sience classes of SMA N 1 Lahat with the number of population as much as 148 students and 71 students chosen as the sample. The method used in this study was quasi experimental research method. The data collection process was done by providing test. Data analysis using the formula of two roads and t-test of two independent sample. Based on the data analyzed, it was found out that there are differences in learning outcomes and the interaction by the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning model and Quantum Teaching learning model by considering students' critical thinking ability. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dan Quantum Teaching dengan memperhatikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas kelas X IPS di SMA N 1 Lahat dengan populasi yang berjumlah 148 siswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan test. Analisis data menggunakan rumus analisis varian dua jalan dan t-test dua sample independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dan Quantum Teaching dengan memperhatikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know influence the effect of library use in schools, reading interest, learning independence and learning environment on learning outcomes. The method used in this research is descriptive verification research with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study were 6 classes with 186 students and the sample used by 127 students is determined by simple random sampling using Taro Yamane formula. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. Testing the first, second, third and fourth hypotheses using simple linear regression and testing the fifth hypothesis using multiple linear regression. Based on analysis of the data, it is found that there is influence of library utilization in school, reading interest, learning independence and learning environment to learning result.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan di sekolah, minat baca, kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 kelas dengan jumlah 186 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 127 siswa ditentukan melalui simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara. Pengujian hipotesis pertama, kedua, ketiga dan keempat menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis kelima menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Abstract

Research methodology used in this research was experiment research with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which were true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done by using test. The data which were collected by test of critical thinking were analyzed by using SPSS program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen).dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan treatment by level. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 kelas dengan jumlah 210 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan 2 kelas dengan jumlah 60 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis berupa soal pilihan jamak. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians dua jalan dan t-tes dua sampel independen. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of life skill and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Co-op Co-op and Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type by considering Spiritual Quotient.The method used in this research wasquasi experiment.The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment with comparative approach. The study design used factorial design. The population in this study were 6 classes with 198 student and the samples used by 2 classes with 65 students was determined through random cluster sampling. Data collection technique used observation and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using two-way analysis of variance and t-test og two independent sampels. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in a difference in life skill and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Co-op Co-op and Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type by considering Spiritual Quotient (SQ).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan life skill dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Co-op Co-op dan Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dengan memperhatikan keceradasan spiritual. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan desain factorial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 kelas dengan jumlah 198 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 2 kelas dengan jumlah 65 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan dan angket. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians dua jalan dan t-tes dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan life skilldan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Co-op co-op dan Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ).Kata kunci: co-op co-op, kecerdasan spiritual, life skill,two stay two stray.
