Abstract

Group dynamics can be achieved if a group can carry out all elements of group dynamics such as group goals, group structure, group task functions, group coaching, group atmosphere, and in terms of group pressure. A dynamic group will create an effective group. The location of the study was carried out in Moris Jaya Village, Banjar Agung District using a survey method with 42 respondents which was carried out in November - December 2024. The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of rubber farmer groups in Moris Jaya Village, Banjar Agung District, Tulang Bawang Regency and to determine the factors related to the dynamics of rubber farmer groups in Moris Jaya Village, Banjar Agung District, Tulang Bawang Regency. Descriptive statistical analysis and Spearman Rank correlation test were used to measure factors related to group dynamics and the relationship between group dynamics in increasing the effectiveness of rubber farmer groups. The results showed that leadership and member participation were included in the category related to group dynamics and group dynamics had a real relationship with the effectiveness of farmer groups. Group dynamics showed quite dynamic results.

Abstract

Waste is a major problem today. The more the population, the more waste is produced. Waste accumulation in Indonesia reaches 21.6 million tons per year in 2022. It is recorded that in Lampung Province in one year there are 1.6 million tons of waste per year in 2022. Activities carried out by housewives are closely related to activities in the kitchen, from these activities waste is produced which will later be managed by housewives, therefore the behavior of housewives in waste management is very important. This study aims to determine the behavior of housewives in waste management, find out the income of housewives from waste management and analyze the relationship between X and Y. The research method used is a survey method. This study was conducted in Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province. Data collection was February-April 2025. The population in this study was 261 members of the housewife group, obtained 72 housewives. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used was descriptive quantitative with rank-spearman analysis. The results of this study indicate that housewives' behavior in waste management is categorized as good based on knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Housewives' income from waste management is low. Housewives' behavior in waste management is related to their income.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) had been widely implemented by Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) in South Lampung Regency, and their level of readiness in utilizing ICT was categorized as very ready. This study aimed to analyze the level of readiness of Agricultural Extension Officers in utilizing ICT, as well as the related factors. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method targeting PPL in Natar and Candipuro Districts. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation test. The results showed that the readiness of PPL in utilizing ICT was categorized as very ready, with the following indicator breakdown: optimism and innovativeness were in the very ready category, discomfort was in the ready category, and insecurity was in the less ready category. Factors related to the level of readiness included age, the number of assisted farmer groups, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. On the other hand, formal education level and years of service did not show a significant relationship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing terhadap minat beli makanan ringan (snack) pada aplikasi Tiktok-Tiktok Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi pengguna Tiktok-Tiktok Shop dan diambil sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dinilai dari t-statistik dan nilai probabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa social media marketing memiliki pengaruh poistif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli makanan ringan (snack) pada aplikasi Tiktok-Tiktok Shop. Kata kunci: social media marketing, minat beli, makanan ringan, camilan, snack, tiktok, tiktok shop. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on snack purchasing interest on the TikTok-Tiktok Shop application. This study used a population of TikTok-Tiktok Shop users and a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Hypothesis testing in this study was assessed using t-statistics and probability values. The results of this study obtained a positive and significant influence of social media marketing on snack purchasing interest on the TikTok-Tiktok Shop application. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga melalui minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi Good Day. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif kasual, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan kualitas produk dan harga melalui minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi Good Day di Shopee. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Pengujian hipotesis dinilai dari T Statistik dan P Value. Hasil penelitian ini, kualitas produk dan harga memiliki pengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, serta minat beli memiliki pengaruh postif dan signifikan tehadap keputusan pembelian kopi Good Day.
