Abstract

This study aims to develop an online learning design based on animated videos in economics. This study uses a research and development approach with the stages of initial analysis, material identification, product preparation, and testing. After the product is developed, a feasibility evaluation is carried out by experts to see the feasibility and the suitability between the content, the completeness of the design, and its attractiveness. In carrying out the design process, teachers can take advantage of available technology software, for example Explee. Analysis of the data used to interpret the results of this study, namely content analysis and student responses/tests. This analysis is used to process all information or research data obtained from the beginning to the end of the research implementation, in the form of input, feedback, criticism and suggestions for improvement according to predetermined indicators. The categories used in interpreting the results of the analysis are very good, good, good enough, not good and very bad. The results of the study show that the attractively designed animated videos are used by teachers, so that the online learning process runs effectively.Keywords: Learning Design; Animated Videos; Explee App

Abstract

The higher education process has changed rapidly; one of them is the emergence of the Independent State Learning program at the Merdeka Campus, where this program provides flexibility for students and lecturers to add insight and experience to see new circumstances, new places, through virtual activities. The purpose of this study is to understand more deeply the effectiveness of using Microsoft Teams as a distance learning medium during PJJ collaborative activities between STKIP PGRI Lumajang and STKIP Bima. The research method chosen is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. There were fourteen informants in this study. The key informants of this research were the Head of the Economic Education Study Program and Academic Advisory Lecturers and students who were members of the PJJ collaboration between STKIP PGRI Lumajang and STKIP Bima who took general courses and entrepreneurship. The results showed that STKIP PGRI Lumajang partner students could expand their knowledge and experience by participating in independent study programs at independent campuses. Students have the right to study outside the Main College. Students gain new knowledge outside the main campus. Students get new friends to exchange ideas outside of campus. Instructors focus more on teaching students by creating a creative learning environment. Dose shares his knowledge with students outside the main College. Lecturers have new insights about the condition of students outside their institutions.Keywords: Using Microsoft 365, Distance Learning Media

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the Effect of Marketing Mix (X1), Consumer Perception (X2), on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) in Home Industry Potato Donut Madona in Unaaha City. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at the Home Industry of Madona potato donuts in Unaaha City, amounting to 50 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Marketing Mix and Consumer Perception have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest in Home Industry of Madona Potato Donuts in Unaaha City. Marketing Mix partially has a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest in Home Industry Madona Potato Donuts in Unaaha City. Consumer Perception has a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest in Home Industry Madona Potato Donuts in Unaaha City.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Consumer Perception, and Buying Interest.

Abstract

While times and technology have advanced, some learning methods in education still requirestudents to sit quietly in a closed room (classroom) and listen to the teacher's explanation asthe only source of information, considered irrelevant by some education experts. Severalfactors, such as teaching techniques and ICT-based learning materials, can be taken to createan innovative, comfortable, and enjoyable learning environment. This research is categorizedas a form of development research because the results include creating an ICT-integratedlecture model and an increase in the positive character of students. This study overviews howcharacter education and information technology teaching are integrated. The results showedthat the integration of the model succeeded in integrating the teaching and character educationmodel with ICT, which impacted increasing student learning activities.Keywords: e-Learning Innovation Character Islamic Economic Education

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Self Efficacy and Utilization of Learning Facilities had on the Accounting Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students Mas Nurussa'adah Tebo. This research is included in quantitative research. The method used in this research is the ex-post facto method. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires were distributed to the entire population, the population in this study was relatively small, as many as 59 students, the technique used was saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique in which each member of the population is sampled. This research uses multiple linear regression model. All data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 Software and Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) release 22.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the self-efficacy variable has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the obtained tcount > ttable or 2,665 > 2.0025. The variable utilization of learning facilities has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of tcount greater than ttable or 8.719 > 2.0025. Self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities simultaneously have a positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount greater than Ftable or 42.868 > 3.2 with the value of multiple linear regression equation Y = 33,442 + 0.187 X1 + 0.718 X2 + e. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Attitude, Social Support, Entrepreneurial Intention
