Abstract

Objectives; testing the variability of physical education specialists’ continuous professional training models aimed at the acmeological competence formation in the experimental way. Methods; the study involved students of the “Physical Education” specialty (n = 194). Selection and modification procedures were applied to the following experiment methods, such as the “Students’ learning motivation” revealing method (A. A. Rean, V. A. Yakunin); the “Personality maturity” questionnaire; the “Emotional intelligence” revealing test (N. Hall); the “Evaluation of aspirations level” questionnaire used for the integral motivation activity estimation index; the “organizational capabilities assessing methods”; the “Communication skills revealing” method; the “Personality’s creative potential self-esteem” method. Results; The structure of the physical education specialists’ acmeological competence was identified. The acmeological competence components including acme-motivational, cognitive-acmeological, acmeological-activity and acme-traits of specialist’s personality ones have been characterized. The models of physical education speciallists’ continuous professional training, such as the professional motivation predominanting; practically-focused; and sports-activity focused ones were distinguished on the acmeology basis. The forming of physical education specialists’ acmeological competence components according to the variable continuous training models has been investigated experimentally. The study revealed a high correlations between the acmeological competence formation level and the characterized components. Conclusions; summarizing the study of acmeologically aimed physical education specialists’ continuous professional training the following statements were revealed: the model with the professional motivation predominanting is carachterised by the high level of acme motivational component formation; the practically-focused model is characterized by the high level of cognitive acmeological component formation; the sports-activity pattern is characterized by the high level of bouth acmeological-activity and acme-traits of specialist’s personality components.

Abstract

This study is aims to get the influence of the foot angle in soccer kick on the motion of the ball. The research was carried out by making a leg swing device such as an impact test on material testing. The independent variables include foot angle: 0o (straight to the ball), 25o, and 35o (inner and outer legs) and the angle of swing arm: 45o, 60o, and 75o. The dependent variable is the ball path observed and recorded with the camera. Experimental data was carried out on a cement floor with a length of 5 meters. Five times repetition data collection are done to get the average value. Analysis is carried out to obtain the trajectory characteristics in the form of angles of spherical trajectories. The distance of the trajectory and the time indicated on the recording data is used to calculate the ball velocity. Swing angle data is used to calculate the amount of kick force with the equation of impact energy. The results show that the angle of the foot in the kick of football affects the trajectory of the ball motion. The angle of the foot affects the angle of the ball deviation, the velocity of motion and the energy absorbed by the ball.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of learning motivation and the result of passing down learning in volleyball game through applying cooperative learning method Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) in class V SD Raden Patah. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Working procedures taken in this PTK is a cycle, which consists of four stages, namely the planning (planning), the stage of action (action), observation (observation) and reflection stage (reflection). The result of the research shows that in cycle 1 students’ learning motivation and learning result of passing under volleyball as many as 20 students (65%) have achieved minimum mastery criteria (KKM) and the remaining 11 students (35%) have not reached KKM. In Cycle II the students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes of passing under the volleyball were 27 students (87%) had achieved KKM scores and 4 students (13%) had not reached KKM scores. Based on the results of the study of passing out learning under volleyball by using STAD type cooperative learning model can increase the interest and motivation of learning to passing learning process under volleyball so as to achieve KKM value. Improvement of learning outcomes of students of grade V SD Raden Patah Surabaya can be seen from each aspect during cycle I and cycle II. Psychomotor value in cycle I reaching KKM as much as 65%, while in cycle II reach 87%. Results of cognitive assessment during the first cycle as much as 74% and increased in cycle II to 94%. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that through cooperative learning model type STAD can improve learning motivation and learning outcomes passing under volleyball on subjects PJOK in grade V students Semester II SD Raden Patah Surabaya Lesson Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an on-field test software, android-based multistage fitness test, that is valid and reliable, to determine the feasibility level of android-based multistage fitness test software based on experts’ judgments; also to determine the effectiveness level of android-based multistage fitness test software. This research is a development by following Borg & Gall design. Validity test using t paired sample t-test. Results of the study: 1) a product of android-based multistage fitness test software that serves to guide the course of the multistage fitness test in Indonesian with automatic recording of results, 2) a tester is able to supervise 7 test participants in a single test, 3) the results of the assessment of media experts, material experts and practitioners, the product is considered feasible with the average percentage of 70% (Good), 4) The effectiveness test results show that the correlation value is 0.995 and the sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.145 (p> 0.05). It can be concluded that there is no difference between the results of Android-based Multistage Fitness Test Software with the results of manual Multistage Fitness Test. Android-based Multistage Fitness Test Software to measure VO2 Max is feasible to use.

The researchers used the practical way by using previous and later exam on a design of 24 students separated on two groups once is practical and other is exactive in scholar season 2014/2015. The exams used presented in exams measure practice in alluding skill in basket-ball (alluding from stability, from jumping and alluding from step). After statistic traitment of the results, the researcher found that; The instructive program by using the video affected in amelioration of alluding skill in basket-ball for secondary students. The practical design dominates on instructive program using the video on exactive design counted on traditional way in alluding skill results in basket-ball.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase performance softball UKM students with exercise ascending method and exercise 40% loads method. There is thirty-three students selected accordance will be conducted pretest to determine division of a group ascending, exercise 40% loads method  or the control group. Push up for 60 second to measure arm muscle strength level. Will be given exercise on 6 weeks for each group and treatment 3 times of a week. Test results paired sample t-test show a method of ascending significant influence on the variables strength of arm muscles, group of 40% loads methods significant influence on the variables strength of arm muscles. It can be concluded that  the exercise of ascending method and exercise of 40% loads methods effective to improve the components physical condition strength of arm muscles, this can happening because the duration less of exercise and high student activity, see the whole subject is a student of physical education who join on UKM softball UNESA.
