Abstract

Independent variables used in this study are brand image and brand trust, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The type of research used in this research is descriptive causal method. Samples used in this study were as many as 97 respondents with the form of sampling using techniques Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is path analysis method. Result of research indicate that brand image influence to customer satisfaction, brand trust influence to customer satisfaction, brand image does not influence to brand loyalty, brand trust influence to brand loyalty and customer satisfaction influence to brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to study the effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 100 customers who bought 3Second products in Palu City. Sampling is done by using Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling. This research uses path analysis tool to test hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that brand image and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This study also shows that to maintain customer loyalty, 3Second should improve the quality of its services and brand image in order to increase customer satisfaction that will impact on high customer loyalty.

Abstract

Analysis of Financial Performance and Regional Independence of Morowali District. In the implementation of regional autonomy, the district government is required to be able to finance its own governance. This indicates that local governments have greater responsibilities in managing their finances and increasing their level of regional autonomy. In this regard, it is necessary to conduct performance appraisal and financial capacity of local government to know the development of financial management every year. This research uses descriptive quantitative research type using ratio analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that the Financial Performance of Morowali District Government is seen from (1) Effectiveness Ratio of PAD effectiveness of financial performance of Morowali Regency can be categorized as Not Effective (2) Ratio of Financial Efficiency of Region can categorize Less Efficient (3) Economic Ratio can be categorized economically (4) Regional Financial Independence can be said to be very low with an instructive relationship pattern.

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze: (1) Significant influence of image and store atmosphere variable to customer satisfaction RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais Cab. Ahmad yani Palu, (2) The significant effect of image variable on customer satisfaction RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais Cab. Ahmad yani Palu, (3) Significant influence of store atmosphere variable to customer satisfaction RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais Cab. Ahmad yani Palu.The type of research used is causality (shows the relationship between variables). The populations that become the object in this study are the customers RM Radja penyet Mas Fais Cab.Ahmad Yani that can not be determined and unclear. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, with the number of samples of 100 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The method of analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed (1) image and store significant atmosphere to customer satisfaction in RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais Cab. Ahmad Yani Palu, (2) Citra angry significant to customer satisfaction in RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais Cab. Ahmad Yani Palu, (3) Storing a significant response to customer satisfaction at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais Cab. Ahmad Yani Palu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Produrict Attbutes [Brand (X1), Packaging (X2), Label (X3), Service (X4), and Warranty (X5)] Tupperware Customer Loyalty (Study on Lecturers and Teaching Personnel Faculty of Economics University of Tadulako ). The type of research used is Causal Descriptive. Population in this research is Lecturer and Teacher of Faculty of Economics of University of Tadulako loyal use Tupperware product. Sampling technique in this study using Purposive Sampling, with the number of samples of 60 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneous test results (Test F) show that variables [Brand (X1), Packaging (X2), Label (X3), Service (X4), and Warranty (X5)] together significantly influence Tupperware Customer Loyalty. Partial test results indicate that Brand (X1), Label (X3), Service (X4), and Warranty (X5) variables significantly influence Tupperware Customer Loyalty. While Packaging variable (X2) partially no significant effect on Customer Loyalty Tupperware (Study on Lecturer and Teaching Personnel Faculty of Economics, University of Tadulako).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth variables in social media Instagram of consumer buying interest in Battleboom Palu Distro. The type of research used is quantitative (indicating the relationship between variables). The population in this study is the whole followers account Instagram Distro Battleboom Palu number is not known with certainty The sampling technique to determine the sample that will be use in this research using non probability sampling technique, that is purposive sampling. With the number of samples as much as 100 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is influence of electronic word of mouth simultaneously to consumer buying interest in Distro Battleboom Palu (2) partially electronic word of mouth sub variable content and intensity influential significant to consumer buying interest in Distro Battleboom Palu (3) and partially electronic word of mouth sub variable negative valence of opinion and positive valence of opinion have no significant effect on consumer buying interest in Distro Battleboom Palu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in Palu City. The independent variables used in this study are Exterior (X1), General Interior (X2), Store Layout (X3) and Interior Display (X4), while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The method of this research is descriptive causal. Samples used in this study are 100 respondents and using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Store Atmosphere elements consisting of Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in Palu City. Partially Store Atmosphere elements consisting of General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in Palu City. While the Exterior element partially have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in Palu City.

Abstract

This research iams to know the effect of Product Quality to interest of repurchasing wardah lipstick of economics faculty students of tadulako university. The research method used in this research is descriptive causal.. The population in this research is student female use Brand Wardah Lipstick at Tadulako University of Palu. Sampling technique using Snowball, with the samples of 60 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that product quality variables significantly influence the interest in buying back Lipstick Wardah brand on student Tadulako University Palu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether the strategy of diversification with the addition of the number of shares on the stock portfolio will lower the level of risk. The portfolio risk level is calculated using the covariant-variance method. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling method with the aim to get the sample according to the purpose of research and from the number of population that exist, then taken sample as many as 25 companies from 5 different sectors. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1) The addition of the number of shares in the portfolio can reduce the level of portfolio risk and if the stock continues to be added then the level of risk reduction will be very small. 2) The right number of shares in forming a portfolio is 20 shares.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of price and brand image both simultaneously and partially to customer loyalty at grand hero Supermarkets in the city of Palu. The independent variables used in this study are price and brand image. While the dependent variable is Customer Loyalty (Y). The research method used in this research is descriptive causal method. The sample used in this study were as many as 93 respondents with the form of sampling using accidental sampling and Purposive Sampling techniques. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the price and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty at grand hero supermarket in the city of hammer. Partially significant effect on customer loyalty using viva cosmetic product at grand hero supermarket in Palu City.
