Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously, training and work environment on performance; knowing the effect partially, training on performance; knowing the effect partially, the work environment on performance; and knowing the influence of the two independent variables (training and work environment), which are more dominant influence on performance. The population in this study were all employees as many as 77 people. Sampling is done by using a saturated sample (census), that is, the entire population is sampled. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that, (1) simultaneously, training and working environment have a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Service Office of Cooperative Central Sulawasi Provincial SMEs; (2) partially, training has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Central UMKM Cooperative Service of the Province of Central Sulawesi; (3) partially, the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Central UMKM Cooperative Service of the Province of Central Sulawesi; (4) the work environment is more dominant and has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Central UMKM Cooperative Service of the Province of Central Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the maintenance of production machinery conducted PT. Haycarb Palu Partners and find out whether the policies carried out are efficient. To achieve these objectives, using statistical and mathematical quantitative methods as a tool to help decide the maintenance policy to be taken at a certain time period. The results showed that, using preventive maintenance policy on bucket elevators and rotary screnes, the lowest preventive maintenance cost (minimum) for the bucket elevators machine occurred in the 10th month of Rp.2.994. 200, -, and for the rotary screnes machine the lowest preventive maintenance cost (minimum) at month 9 is Rp.1.398.080.-. Measurement of technical efficiency, maintenance cost policy for bucket elevators machine at month six that is equal to Rp.3.675.500, -, and for maintenance cost during the year is Rp.7.351.000, -. As for rotary screnes machine maintenance cost in the sixth month that is Rp.1.589.387 and for maintenance cost for a year of Rp.3.178.774, -, then PT. Haycarb Palu Partners can implement preventive maintenance that can save costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze simultaneous and partial influences of variables inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and cash turnover on profitability in the Retail industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The sample in this research is 10 companies in the retail industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 5 years, from 2012 to 2016. This research method uses panel data regression with fixed effect model. Research result, inventory turnover has a significant effect on profitability, know and analyze receivable turnover significant effect on profitability, as well know and analyze cash turnover have a significant effect on profitability simultaneously and partially. Variable inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and cash turnover simultaneously have a significant influence on profitability with an Adjusted R-Squared value of 0.834997 that means cash turnover, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover amount 83% and the remaining 17% is influenced by other variables that are not examined. In partial variable cash turnover no significant effect on profitability with a value of significance 0,84 > 0,05 while inventory turnover and receivable turnover significant effect on profitability with value 0,007 < 0,05 and 0,002 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of employee compensation, motivation and work discipline variables on PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population used in this study is 46 respondents, the entire population is made as respondents (census). Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression method using the help of SPSS for Windows Relase 20.0 program. Hypothesis testing used has a significance level of ? = 0.05. The test results obtained that simultaneously compensation, motivation and work discipline affect performance, with the regression equation of Y = ? + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 or Y = 2,338 + 0,718 (X1) + 0,164 (X2) + 0,162 (X3) and with the level The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.679 or 67.9% while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study. Partially with the standard obtained the results of research X1, X2 and X3 have an effect on Y with a significance value of X1 of 0.00, X2 of 0.03 and X3 of 0.00.

Abstract

Research objectives, (1) To analyze the impact of entrepreneurship quality on the effectiveness of KUR in increasing profitability (2) Analyzing the impact of business scale on the effectiveness of KUR in increasing profitability. (3) Analyzing the profitability level of UMKM with Micro KUR. (4) Analyze the profitability level of UMKM with Retail KUR. (5) Analyze the level of profitability of UMKM simultaneously with Micro KUR and Retail KUR.The results of the study, (1) The absence of a relationship between profitability and the experience of entrepreneurs managing small businesses, because experience does not improve the entrepreneurial innovation competence. (2) Hasi refers to the consistency of the relationship between size or business scale and profitability. (3) The significance value of 0.903> 0.05 can be concluded that Micro KUR does not affect the profitability of UMKM in Parigi Moutong Regency. (4) It is known that the significance value is 0.039 <0.05 so that it is concluded that Retail KUR influences the profitability of UMKM in Parigi Moutong Regency. (5) Given the significance value of 0.106> 0.05 it can be concluded that the KUR Fund does not affect the profitability of UMKM in Parigi Moutong Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the optimal number of purchases each time making an order, knowing the safety stock of raw materials that must be provided and knowing when to re-order raw materials. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. The results of this study indicate that when using the EOQ method the economical raw material purchase in 2017 is 426.56 zak with the order frequency of 28 times and the optimum cycle time of each order is 10 days. The number of safety supplies that must be provided is 357.81 zak. The right time to re-order is when the raw material supply is 441.31 zak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of brand image on consumer?s who buy Daihatsu Xenia cars at PT Makassar Raya Motor Branch Palu. The variables of this study are brand image which consists of the advantages of brand association, brand association strength and brand association uniqueness. While the dependent variable of Consumer's decision. The type of this research is descriptive causal. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable brand image which consists of the advantages of brand association, the strength of brand association and the uniqueness of brand association simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer's decisions to buy a car Daihatsu Xenia in PT Makassar Raya Branch Motor of Palu. From the test results partially found that the variable of brand image which consists of the advantages of brand association, the strength of brand association and the uniqueness of brand association significantly influence consumer's decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of unison and partial variable brand equity, made up of brand awareness, brand association, the perception of quality and brand loyalty can affect your interest in purchasing a re brand shoes Converse All Star Student at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tadulako. The research of using primary data, obtained directly from the questionnaire filled in by the respondents. The sample in this study was 60 respondents and is determined using a purposive sampling. Results of the study, the value of R2 = 0.530 (53.0%), which means that buying interest in re-53.0% are influenced by variables brand equity. From the results of the partial test (t) obtained the value of brand awareness for the significance of 0.036, brand associations of 0.026, perception of quality and brand loyalty of 0.021 0.003, it means that the variable is positive and influential brand equity significantly to the buying interest. (F) simultaneous test with significance F 0.000 ? level of significance of 5% (? = 0.05) then it can be concluded that all four of these variables simultaneously have a positive influence and interest significantly to buy.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif merupakan kemampuan kreatif dan inovatif untuk berkreasi pada setiap karya kreatif yang diciptakan oleh angkatan kerja dalam menjawab problematika. Diperlukan ide kreatif sehingga dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan yang dapat meringankan beban pemerintah untuk mengurangi tingginya angka pengangguran di angkatan kerja produktif. Terdapat sejumlah kelompok usaha ekonomi kreatif yang saat dikembangkan di Indonesia. Semakin banyaknya angkatan kerja yang terlibat di aktifitas ekonomi kreatif, semakin tinggi produktivitas yang dihasilkan sehingga akan berpengaruh pada pertimbuhan ekonomi nasional. Diperlukan keterlibatan pemerintah melalui regulasi dan stake holder dalam kegiatan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to measure performance using indicators achievement between targets and realization of programs based on RAPBD. With measurement of financial performance, it is expected that will provide overview the condition of Regional Financial Performance in DPPKAD SIGI. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, which is aim get detailed picture about regional financial of SIGI. The results of study, (1) Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio can be categorized as Very Less, from 2012 to 2016 the value of average expenditure below 10%2.00%; 2.07%; 3.10%; 2.37%; and 2.70%. (2) ratio of Regional Financial Independence is very low and the pattern of relationships including Instructive relationship patterns, from 2012 to 2016 the value of each ratio is: 2.05%; 2.12%; 3.22%; 2.80%; and 2.70%. (3) Regional Financial Efficiency Ratios from 2012 to 2016 the percentage value fluctuates. (4) PAD Effectiveness Ratio is known that effectiveness of local government finances from 2012 has been effective that is equal to 101.20%. While 2013 until 2016 Not Effective because its effectiveness still below 100%. (5) Harmony Ratios of Local Governments most of funds with average expenditure above 70% so that capital expenditure is relatively small with average below 60%.
