A person with visual impairment must resist anatomic, social, and cultural obstruction thus requiring other individuals to complete the activities that require a sense of sight. This situation encourages them to establish relations of friendship with sighted people, which is considered to be always present in whenever needed help. The existence of aid distribution indicates the idiosyncrasies of friendship between visual impairment and sighted people, as also indicates a tendency of dependencies. Thus, this study aims to explore the relationship patterns of interdependence in the early phase of friendship. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive phenomenology approach. This study uses in-depth interviews at the data collection stage involving six research informants; or three couples of friends. The credibility of the research uses the triangulation (significant other) and member checking. The underlying aspects of the establishment of friendship in the study include contact, appraisal, and instrumental activity assistance on the visually impaired party; as well as contact, attractiveness, and instrumental aid distribution on the sighted party. The aspect of instrumental aid distribution is idiosyncratic in this friendship. Frequentative instrumental aid distribution indicates the tendency of dependence on visually impaired party, as well as reflecting the entity of help on sighted party which directs the interdependence pattern relationship. Periodic instrumental aid distribution indicates the tendency of independence on visually impaired party, as well as reflecting the entity of altruism on sighted party which directs the independence pattern relationship.

Introduction: This study aims to identify and synthesise the study of employment outcomes in the transition to adulthood for young people with visual impairment. Methods: The PRISMA Statement Protocol is used as a guide in conducting a systematic review of the literature, including the criteria for choosing a study, a search strategy, and a synthesis of findings. Results: Seven studies of factors influencing post-high school employment outcomes among adolescent transition-age with visual impairment were identified. Six studies used data from National Longitudinal Transition Study 2 (NLTS2), and one study using RSA Case Service Report (RSA-911). Of the seven studies with quantitative design, only one study is a correlational study. All studies reported a significant relationship and influence between work-related factors and post-secondary education employment outcomes. 13 factors affect positively and only 1 factor that has a negative influence. Discussion: Among the 13 factors, eight factors confirm the results of previous studies. While the other five factors still need to be investigated further, although in this study the five factors have a great potential as a predictor of successful work of youth with visual impairment. Limitations of data sources need to be a concern in conducting future studies. Implications for practitioners: The high unemployment rate in this population indicates a lack of evidence-based research in this area. Educational practitioners encouraged to evaluate intervention programs to improve the success of the transition-age youths with vision impairment and publish the findings for later can be use as a basis for developing appropriate livelihood policies and education programs.

The spirit of rights based approach calls for the meaningful involvement of people with disabilities in daily aspects of life and their participation is crucial if we want to build an inclusive and prosperous society. For achieving the aim of inclusion it becomes necessary to go by the slogan of disabled people's organizations i.e. Nothing about us, without us; this further defines the purpose of present paper which locates the perspectives of people with disabilities in terms of what it means to live with a disability. Much has been focussed on the opinions of caregivers when it comes to talking about people with disabilities thus keeping aside the insider's perspectives of living the phenomenon of disability. In every society people with differences in their physiques and abilities are known as people with disabilities-People First Model, even in the Conventions about the Right of the People with Disabilities. This paper tries to study people with different physiques and abilities in Game of Thrones which is created by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, an adaptation of George R. R. Martin's fantasy novels, A Song of Ice and Fire. This article studies the Social Model of disability which has been organized as a one-dimensional standard society. This model focuses on disability as a social not individual problem. Based on social model of disability, this paper discusses diff-ability and introduces new binary opposition of diff-ability/sim-ability for disability/non-disability. Struggle between standard society for people with similar physiques and abilities and dis-standard society for people with different physiques and abilities which is obvious in this novel, clearly illustrates how the environment of the society affects the fate and the condition of these people. Considering universal popularity of Game of Thrones and the fact that choice of characters with different physiques and abilities can hardly be incidental and that literary works as cultural artifacts and binary oppositions, which are culturally constructed, this paper attempts to transform negative attitudes of society and create positive attitudes toward this population. Positive terminologies, by emphasizing on abilities, create positive attitudes toward people with different physiques and abilities, and negative terminologies produce negative ones. The disability is a kind of "problem" which has source in society. By making society standard for the diff-abled, they would be able as well as the sim-abled people.
