Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of Village Fund Allocation Policy in Sioyong Village Dampelas District Donggala Regency. This study used qualitative research method, where data and information were collected by using Likert scale instruments and interviews with selected informants. The results showed that the implementation of Village Fund Allocation Policy in Sioyong Village had already been well in general, but there were still many things that must be considered by the government of Sioyong Village, among them were the rural development programs should involve the villagers so that the implementation of Village Fund Allocation Policy run effectively and improve the quality of village apparatuses to be able to do the best services to the community of Sioyong Village. The capacities of human resources as the implementers of Village Fund Allocation Policy in the field of education were still low indeed, thus affecting their ability to identify and resolve problems quickly, but however, they had the abilities to encourage people. It should be considered that the achievement of the village development goals besides the availability of quality human resources should also be supported by adequate facilities to help village apparatuses in carrying out any tasks assigned by the leadership. Therefore, the Village Head should be able to provide adequate facilities for the achievement of Sioyong Village development goals.

Abstract

The research is  aimed to explore and analyze: 1) The implementation of local management information system and controlling activities; 2)  Significant influence of  local management information system implementation and controlling activities on the quality financial statements; 3) Signifacant influence of local management  information system implementation on the quality financial statements; 4)  Significant influence of  controlling activities on the quality financial statements.  The test result find that: a) The implementation of local management information system and controlling activities have significancy influence on the quality financial statements. b) The implementation of local management information system has positive but insignificant influence on the quality financial statements. This is shown by coefficient regression value of 0.089 or 0,89 % with  significant value of  0,090. c) controlling activity has significant influence of the quality of financial statements with coefficient regression value of  0.190 or 19,0 % and significant value at 0,000.

Abstract

Laboratory testing conducted by The Department of Public Works aims to achieve accurate quality of materials in supporting infrastructure development, particularly in works such as roads, bridges, and buildings, Laboratory testing consists of materials like soil, concrete and asphalt to be used in road works, brigdes, and building the country. Tests conducted in the laboratory of Department of Public Works consists of material testing soil, concrete and asphalt materials to  be use in road construction and building bridges. Product of these will be used as reference by counterparties or service users. Costs arising from the aktivitiesin the laboratory is the responsibility of the partners or the service users. Therefore, the Department of  public works as the relevant agency needs to set price rates for the partners,based on analysis of laboratory testing with regards to all activities in the laboratory. ABC method is a method of analysis that can be used in the calculation of tariff based on activities in the laboratorium.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the organizational culture at TolitoliRegent Office, organizational culture at Tolitoli Regent Office still less than optimal, marked by its work-family culturethat was still very attached.This study used qualitative research method, where the informants in this study consisted of Tolitoli Secretary as the key informant and the employees of Tolitoli Regent Office. Data were collected using observations, interviews, and documentations. The results show that organizational culture at Tolitoli Regent Office still less than optimal.Based on organizational culture indicators of Stephen P Robbins (2014:487), employeeselection should be based on human resources and skills (ability):Staffing in Tolitoli Regent Office was still based on its proximity to the leader. The top management wasseen from behavior and norms: Briefing from the leader to the employees of Tolitoli Regent Officewas always carried out, but in terms of implementation,the discipline ofthe employees was still less than optimal. Socialization in terms of environmental andwork values:Cooperation amongemployees hadrun quite optimally, every employee was able to cooperate well enough to achieve the goals of the organization among divisions. Every employee should be able to understand the duties and functions of each if you did not understand how he works well.Of course, it is the most fundamental to every employee. However, an organization should do recruitment and selection, an employee must comply with the applicable rules and also look at his ability.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sulawesi region, It aims at finding out: 1) The simultaneous and partial influence of inflation, invesment, and PDRB on the unemployment rate in Sulawesi. 2) The partial influence of inflation on the unemployment rate in Sulawesi. 3) The partial influence of Invesment on the unemployment rate in Sulawesi. 4) The partial Influence on the unemployment rate in Sulawesi. Panel data regression was used to analyze the data. The result show that first, the inflation, invesment, and PDRB simultaneously gives significant influence on the unemployment rate in Sulawesi in the period of 2010-2014. Second, the inflation gives insignificant negative influence on the unemployment rate in Sulawesi in the period of 2010-2014. Third, the invesment gives insignificant positive influence on the unemployment rate in Sulawesi in the period of 2010-2014. Fourth, PDRB gives insignificant negative influence on the unemployment rate in Sulawesi in the period of 2010-2014.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the development economy activity on spatial structure in central Palu. This was a descriptive research with qualitative method. Analysis used was descriptive comparative functions to see the relation between aspect of spatial structure and aspect affect city economy using two periods of time 2005 and 2015. The data analysis technique would be obtained in these two periods of time. The research results indicate that economy activity developed in Palu from 2005 to 2015 was industry activity, commercial and service and settlement. The third development is economy activity that involves land convection from open space and horticulture farming to constructed space so impacted to open space quantity decrease and horticulture farming activity in the area. Land conversion that occurred change land usage pattern and road network of Palu become denser. The pattern change of land usage and road network from 2005 to 2015 showed the happening of city development in this area which affecting structure model of spatial in Palu, therefore, in needs review on spatial plans of Palu of 2010 to 2030 due to the dynamic system of city activity which is very influential on the growth of Palu.

Abstract

The study intends to determine and analyze the growth of local tax, local retributions, and direct expenditure as well as simultaneous and partial impacts od local tax and local retributions on direct expenditure. Sample of this study consists of 11 districts/cities that selected through nonprobability sampling method. Type of study is descriptive with quantitative approach and method of analysis is multiple linear regressions . The results shows that in average, the growth of income from local tax and retributions has been decreasing in three years, as well as direct expenditure. Simultaneous test shows that local tax and retribution have significant impact on direct expenditure. Similarly, partial test also evidences that local tax and retributions have impact on direct expenditure. Determinant coefficient shows that R-square of 0,585 indicates that 58,50% of direct expenditure impacted by local tax and retribution, while 41,50% impacted by variables that are not studied.

Abstract

There were 80 officials involved as respondents in this study. The results show that financial compensation has significant influence on work discipline of official in The agency of population and national family planning of centra sulawesi;work motivation has significant influence on work discipline of officials in The agency of population and national family planning of centra sulawesi; work discipline has significant influence on officials performance in The agency of population and national family planning of centra sulawesi;; financial compensation has significant influence on officials performance in The agency of population and national family planning of centra sulawesi; work motivation has significant influence on officials performance  in The agency of population and national family planning of centra sulawesi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the Monitoring Performance of Officials at Subdistrict Office of Banggai Laut. This research used 5 informans. They were the secretary of subdistrict head, the officials at subdistrict office, Dodung headman, and community leader. The researcher used purposive technique in choosing the informan. The researcher choosed the informan purposely. The researcher used observation,interview,and documentation as a technique in collecting data. The research result showed that the monitoring performance of officials at subdistrict office of Banggai Laut was not effective. It was proved by the two indicators used, direct monitoring and indirect monitoring. The direct monitoring which was done by the subdistrict head showed that the officials performance was not optimal, as well as the indirect monitoring could not be said run well because there were some officials who had not been able to work with the maximum due to the lack of monitoring by the subdistrict head. Moreover, many of officials did not understand their duties as civil servants well. Public opinions also gave big impact. Public assumed that the subdistrict head performance was less than maximum because the decision-making by the subdistrict head gave less positive impact on society.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) identify potential physical and socio-economic  Tanjung Karang Beach which can be developed for tourist attractions nautical,  (2) to identify the perception of tourists to marine tourism in the Area Tourism Tanjung Karang, (3) to analyze the development strategy of the tourist attractions in Region travel Tanjung Karang traveler perception, (4) to analyze the impact of the development of tourist attractions, the economic development in the area of Cape Coral travel. The study found that the potency of physical and socio-economic in Area Tourism Tanjung Karang well and increased perception wisatawanpun well against Marine Tourism in Region Tourism Tanjung Karang, resulting in a SWOT analysis to analyze the development strategy attractions Tanjung Karang is located in Quadrant 1, which means that Tanjung Karang fully able to overcome the existing weaknesses by using its power to develop tourist attractions. This impact both on economic development in Tanjung Karang Beach Tourism Region, by improving the quality of the local environment and is also expected to increase the number of tourists who come to visit in Tanjung Karang so as to encourage the regional economy in Donggala district. Increased regional economy will provide job opportunities in the field of business travel services and generate income through the development tax and entry fees to Cape Coral Coast marine tourism.
