Abstract

AbstractThis article is about the research conducted to find out the role of reward and punishment in improving economic learning literacy through Pancasila education by increasing students' sense of nationalism. This study used qualitative research methods. The data sources of this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data are questionnaires totaling 26 statements that are distributed to students, while secondary data are observation sheets, interview sheets, as well as documentation (photo). The participants of this study were first-level students of the Economics Education program of FKIP Unswagati who took 30 Macroeconomic Theory courses with 30 people. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively with domains, taxonomies, components, and cultural themes. The results of the analysis show that giving positive rewards and punishments, especially giving light and favorable sentences, can improve literacy in economic learning, so that the atmosphere of the lecture becomes more conducive and enjoyable. Increasing student economic learning literacy is achieved through Pancasila education by practicing Pancasila values in daily life, including during lectures in class. Giving punishment by singing national songs is a way to arouse the love of the homeland. Singing national songs is one of the ways lecturers try to improve the nationalism of students, so that the love of the country continues to thrive in the soul of Indonesia's young generation, namely students. The conclusion of this study is that the role of reward and punishment is very important in improving economic learning literacy that is seen continuously from the enthusiasm and activeness of student learning based on the practice of Pancasila values in which there are moral values and aesthetic values, in addition to divine values as the basis and value of justice as a goal, so as to increase the sense of nationalism of students in a conducive and pleasant learning atmosphere, serious and focused learning, but relaxed.Keywords : Role of reward and punishment, Literacy of economic learning, Pancasila education, Sense of nationalism.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the students metacognitive thinking skills in 21st century economic learning in Indonesia. This research is an explanatory survey research with data collection techniques through questionnaire distribution to students. The population in this study were all students of class X and XI of UPI Pilot Laboratory Senior High School as many as 464 people. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula because the total population is less than 1000 people with an error limit of 10% so that a sample of 80 students is obtained. The data of metacognitive thinking skills that have been obtained were analyzed by making a comparable standard measure with the criterion scores of all the indicators summarized in 52 statements that researchers have distributed and distributed to respondents. The results of this study indicate that students metacognitive thinking skills in economic learning as a whole are high, but when viewed from eight indicators that indicators of procedural knowledge and improvement are still relatively low. Therefore, we need a way to develop both indicators.Keywords: Metacognitive Thinking Skills, Senior High School, 21st Century Economic Learning.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is the increase in unemployment in vocational high schools (SMK) caused by differences between student expertise and corporate culture. This study discusses the family background of influencing entrepreneurial intentions. The research method used was an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as an instrument using a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study were all students of class XII SMK in Bangka Regency. The sample in this study consisted of 320 students. Based on the results of the study showed that family background influences the intention of entrepreneurship significantly, both partially and simultaneously. Students who have an entrepreneurial family background have an average score higher than students who have a family background rather than an entrepreneur. The findings on the measurement of the intention of entrepreneurship plan indicators totaled to 4,51, meaning students have a high seriousness of thinking and planning regarding opening a new business. The second highest indicator is the desire of 4.12, meaning students have the desire to be independent and will be in the future. The highest indicator is a preference of 4,00, meaning that students prefer entrepreneurship as a career choice in the future when choosing a career again as a worker. It can be concluded that the intention of entrepreneurship students in vocational schools in Bangka Regency is high in category. Keywords: family background, entrepreneurship intention

Abstract

AbstractThis research develops a performance-based training management model to produce start-up companies that have superior competitiveness in their independence and business development. Using the Research & Development approach, this research uses a locus of start-up companies in Bandung. Research subjects are the leaders or business owners of start-up companies. The managerial training and development model that is often based on various studies is concluded to run with various deficiencies in every aspect, starting from the planning, implementation, and results obtained. Based on this, the reconstruction of training and development models is carried out by examining the factors that are relevant for managerial training and development, especially in start-up companies. The results of our study show that the performance-based training model developed for managerial training and development has proven to be effective in increasing the competencies of leaders and owners of start-up companies in Bandung. Keywords: Training management model,  Competencies, Performance, Business owners of start-up companies.

Abstract

Abstract Students of economic education are expected to have expertise in the business world including running an entrepreneur. Authentic assessment such as performance appraisal and project is very good to be applied in entrepreneurship courses, and having a strong relevance with the demands of the 2013 Curriculum. The research method is divided into 2 stages namely preliminary studies and development studies. In the development study the RnD model from Borg and Gall Tang was modified. The preliminary stage includes literature study, preliminary observations, and preparation of authentic assessment instruments. The product result from this research is an authentic assessment instrument in entrepreneurship courses consisting of knowledge assessment, skills assessment, and attitude assessment. This authentic project-based assessment instruments aims to increase accountability in the assessment of entrepreneurship courses and for the subsequent evaluation of learning. Based on the results of the combined validity of the learning evaluation expert and the material expert obtained a percentage of 82.5% which means that the authentic assessment instruments in this entrepreneurship material were said to be feasible so that they could be tested on a limited and broader basis. The reliability test results of the authentic assessment instruments in the realm of attitude amounted to 0.74638429, the realm of knowledge amounted to 0.70102591, and the realm of skills amounted to 0.71549432 meaning the authentic assessment of each item could be said to be reliable. Keywords: Assessment Development,Aauthentic, Project Based

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to study and analyze the economic effects of high school teachers based on age, gender, and certification that can affect the level of economic literacy. The research method in this research is explanatory survey with hypothesis testing and data collection techniques through testing and questionnaires. The population of the study was 130 economic teachers consisting of 52 schools and a sample of 98 teachers consisting of 30 schools. The collected data is then analyzed using cross tabulation and multiple regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of economic literacy in economics teachers was categorized high. It is known that age variables have the most influence on the economic literacy compared to other variables studied with a coefficient of 0.492. Then other variables that have an influence on the economic literacy are gender variables with a coefficient of 0.291 and sertification variables with a coefficient of 0.199. This finding implies that in order to improve the economic literacy, it is necessary to improve age, gender, and certification. Keywords: Economic literacy, Teachers.
