Abstract

Abstract PT. Semen Padang is one of the reputable cement companies in Indonesia which is producing types of cement. Implementation of supply chain concept in PT. Semen Padang is very important to satisfy customers and stakeholders requirement. Performance measurement is a process to evaluate the supply chain effectiveness and efficiency in lean and green aspect. The problem is how to design performance measurement model which is integrating lean and green supply chain concepts. The objective of research is integrating lean and green supply chain concepts to design supply chain performance measurement of bag cement type. Integration of lean and green concept is designed by Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspectives that consist of financial, customer, internal process business and learning and growth. Key performance indicators (KPI) are formulated and classified based on BSC perspectives. Next stage is pair wise comparison process to the weight value. Evaluation of KPI pair wise comparison based is conducted on expert opinion which is selected by consideration of their relevance knowledge and experience. The process of pair wise comparison is calculated to determine priority of the KPIs based on weight value by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The weight of KPI will be arrange by descending to determine the priority. Model of performance measurement is validated by face validity method. Research result is obtaining 25 KPIs that derived from integration of lean and green supply chain concept of bag cement type. Grouping is consisting of 3 KPIs of financial, 4 KPIs of customer, 11 KPI s of internal process business and 7 KPI s of learning & growth. Result is showing that customer is most prioritized element in supply chain of bag cement type. Implementation of proposing model is coordination of departments and employee in context of information accessibility.

Abstract

Technology, as one component of agroindustry development system, has a strategic role. It can only be realized if new technology is difussed and adopted. Adoption of technology in the processing of white pepper is still very low. It is therefore necessary to study with the aim to develop a model of agroindustry technology adoption process, and to formulate strategic policy for its acceleration. Model of measuring and predicting user acceptance of new technology is adopted from Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Mapping and prediction model technology adoption rates are expressed as a form of usage behavior. The model consists of two parts sub models namely intention to use sub models and support facilities sub model. To deal with vagueness in analysis of technology adoption, fuzzy inference system is used on mapping and level prediction of technology adoption.

Abstract

This paper is concerned with the measurement of customer satisfaction a motorcycle repair shop in the city of Padang on the quality of service received by the SERVQUAL method. The method was developed in the 1980s by Zeithaml, Parasuraman & Berry used a questionnaire to measure quality of service. With this, it is known how big the gap (gap) that exists between perceptions and expectations of customers of a service company. Method of quantitatively measuring the quality of this service, contains dimensions such as tangibles (physical facilities and personnel), responsiveness (responsiveness), realibility (reliability), assurance (security) and empathy (empathy). The purpose of the use of the SERVQUAL dimensions is to make program improvements in the control of service-oriented to customer satisfaction, as one of the company's strategy to empower Total Quality Service. From the analysis of 84 samples without weighting the data of interest can be concluded that there is a gap between perception with expectations in every dimension. The sequence starts from the dimensions of each dimension with the largest gap is tangible dimension, followed by the dimensions of assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness of the last dimension. The average total gap of each dimension is equal to -0.8664. This suggests that the quality of service expected by customers has not been achieved. From the analysis of the value obtained by the dimensional weight of the interests of tangible (physical facilities and personnel) should get the greatest attention to be fixed.
