AbstractLearning methods in the schools can determine the success students. But Masterylearning method is still less optimal. One of method to increase student activity iscooperatif scrift. This research used experimental method. The research findings:There is the effect of the method cooperatif scrift to achievement learn Indonesian. Byusing scrift Coopertif method can improve student achievement, so that better andproper administration of these methods will increase student learning outcomes. Thereis the influence of the role of parents to the student achievement Indonesian. The roleof parents can improve student achievement. The role of parents is very important tosupport the child in improving learning achievement in school. There is the influenceof cooperatif scrift methods and the role of parents simultaneously to achievementlearn Indonesian. Provision of appropriate methods target will create an optimallearning process. Abstract

AbstractWith effective communication, the managerial functions that originated from thefunctions, implementation and monitoring can be achieved. This study used anexperimental method. Subjects were students of the seventh semester of IndustrialEngineering as many as 25. There is a significant influence effective communication toincrease student learning outcomes. The data was processed with SPSS 22. The resultsshowed, normality test, homogeneity and T Samples Paired with a significant level of α= 5%, the normality test results obtained prior to the effective communicationKolmogorof-Smirnov value Sig. 0190, and Shapiro-Wilk 0215 so that at α = 5% = 0:05<Sig. = 0, the sample data came from a normal distribution. While the test results ofnormality after the effective communication of values obtained Kolmogorof-SmirnovSig. 0134, and Shapiro-Wilk 0346 so that at α = 5% = 0:05 <Sig. = 0, the sample datacame from a normal distribution. At Variance Homogeneity Test Levene Value Sig.0096, at a significance level of α = 5% = 0:05 <Sig.0.096 so that it can be said of datasamples derived from the variances are homogenous, it can be concluded on aconfidence level of 95%, on average after the effective communication to improvestudent results mean for entrepreneurship courses 80.9600) compared to before usingeffective communication (mean of 64.7200), rose by 16:24. In other words, the use ofeffective communication wear a significant effect on improving learning outcomes95%. This study gives suggestions to overcome the problems found in the study.Keywords: effective communication, learning outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThe Government recognizes the need to improve the quality of education as a tool toimprove the quality of human resources. One of them through government policyrequires basic education in order to achieve competitiveness of resources. This studyaims to find out how this policy is implemented in an area in the aspect ofcommunication and socialization. The method used is through qualitative descriptiveapproach. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation anddocumentation, data analysis used by data condensation, data display, and conclusion,data validity is done by checking credibility, dependency, and confirmability. Theresults of this study indicate that 100% of children in Ngadiluwih who graduated fromprimary school went to the next level, and the drop out rate in junior high school onlyreached 0.6%.Keywords: education policy, Compulsory Learning, communication.

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to know the distribution of elementary school in Baturradensub-district of Banyumas Regency and to know the condition of library and facilities ofelementary school library in Baturraden Sub-district of Banyumas Regency. Theresearch was conducted in Baturraden Sub-district of Banyumas Regency. The subjectsof the study are primary school and the manager of elementary school library. Thisresearch is a qualitative descriptive research with spatial approach which is oneapproach in geography. Data collection techniques with observation, interview anddocumentation. Data analysis uses interactive analysis which includes reduction,display, verification and GIS. The results showed that the primary school distributionof Baturraden sub-district is clustered with distribution pattern following path oraccessibility path. The number of books and equipment in the library has not been inaccordance with the subjects and the number of students in the school, so that thecondition of the facilities and infrastructure of elementary school library in Baturradensub-district has not complied with the standard set by the government.Keywords: facilities and infrastructure, primary school library, geographic informationsystem
