Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine whether there was an effect of online learning on the increase or decrease in students' interest in learning. The method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this research all students of class X at SMK Muhammadiyah Bungoro for the academic year 2021/2022. The sample in this research was determined by random sampling technique. In this random technique, class randomization will be used with the assumption that all populations are homogeneous. The sample in this research amounted to 30 people. In this research, the independent variable is online learning and the dependent variable is interest in learning. The instrument used in this research is a learning interest questionnaire. In the data analysis technique, this research uses the product moment correlation technique and simple linear regression with SPSS 16 for Window. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of online learning on interest in learning by showing significant results of 66.2%.

Abstract

This study examines teacher performance by looking at two factors, namely job satisfaction and job engagement. This exploratory qualitative study uses a literature review perspective with various sources taken from journals, online information, books to the previous research findings. This subject search only focused on the words job satisfaction, job engagement, and job performance as the search keywords. This study found that teachers can produce good learning because of the satisfaction of the results of the process that has been carried out. The satisfaction obtained also cannot be separated from a solid inner bond to the organization. So that the relationship between the three is very close in producing good quality education

Abstract

E-LKS is one example of media from technological developments that can improve the quality of the learning process, especially in the current era of the covid-19 pandemic due to the need for creative, innovative teachers in learning, so that online learning can increase students' interest in learning. In this study, researchers will develop an e-LKS based on STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematical) on respiratory system material for class XI. STEM is a learning approach that involves the application, knowledge, skills and values to solve or solve problems in the context of everyday life, or explore, investigate, and solve problems related to real life. The purpose of developing this media is to determine the feasibility of the media from material experts, media experts and find out the attractiveness of the media through questionnaire responses from students. The research method uses a 4D model. This development model is divided into four stages, namely: define, design, develop, disseminate, with material expert validation results of 78.33% with appropriate criteria, media expert validation obtained 88.88% with very feasible criteria and student response questionnaires of 80.20% with attractive media criteria, so that the media is feasible and interesting to be used as another reference that supports the learning process.
