Abstract

Masyarakat agraris yang kegiatan ekonominya didasarkan pada land­base resources. Bentuk pengalihan hak garap adalah pola sakap dan pola sewa merupakan bentuk pengalihan hak garap yang paling umum dilakukan di pedesaan. Pada pola sewa, seluruh risiko kegagalan panen ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh penyewa, sedangkan pada pola sakap ditanggung bersama antara penyakap dan pemilik lahan. Tanggungan risiko ini berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan usahatani yang diterima penggarap. Pada pola sewa, keuntungan usahatani sepenuhnya milik penyewa, sedangkan pada pola sakap, mengingat risiko menjadi tanggungan bersama, maka keuntungan usahatani juga dibagi bersama dengan proporsi yang telah disepakati pada awal perjanjian. Produktifitas padi sawah bervariasi antar pola penguasaan lahan. Hasil uji beda dan regresi menunjukkan produktivitas padi sawah pada pola digarap sendiri dan pola sewa tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata, berbeda nyata bila dibandingkan dengan pola sakap. Penerimaan dan pengeluaran usahatani pada pola sakap umumnya dibagi dalam proporsi yang sama antar pemilik lahan dan penyakap. Proporsi penerimaan manajemen yang diterima penyakap lebih besar dibandingkan pemilik lahan dan penyakap hanya menerima sepertiga bagian dari penerimaan atas biaya tunai usahatani.

Abstract

Prudent banking principle is a principle which states that the bank in carrying out its functions and activities must be careful (prudent) in order to protect the public funds entrusted to him. Condition of Micro, Small and Medium-Cooperatives in general terms of the availability and condition of collateral held is not adequate, and recording / documentation is relatively limited. At the same time the ability of commercial banks with valuation techniques that have led to a relatively limited public banks have difficulty in assessing the business prospects of Micro, Small and Medium-Cooperative and in turn the ability to pay Micro, Small and Medium-Cooperative. The implications of these conditions lead to commercial banks should provide substantial reserve fund if it will extend credit to Micro, Small and Medium-cooperative and that means it will reduce the ability of banks to meet the required CAR of Bank Indonesia. Finally, banks will choose to allocate funds raised to a safer destination, such as SBI does not require a reserve fund.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis pajak daerah yang potensial dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah tingkat pertumbuhan rata-rata terbesar terjadi pada jenis Pajak Parkir dan terkecil terjadi pada Pajak Pengambilan Bahan Galian Golongan C. Sedangkan tingkat kontribusi rata-rata terbesar terhadap pajak daerah terdapat pada jenis Pajak Penerangan Jalan namun yang terkecil ada pada Pajak Pengambilan Bahan Galian Golongan C. Pajak Penerangan Jalan mempunyai sumbangan rata-rata terbesar terhadap PAD tetapi Pajak Pengambilan Bahan Galian Golongan C sumbangan rata-ratanya terkecil terhadap PAD.Pada perhitungan jenis pajak daerah dapat diidentifikasikan bahwa yang termasuk pajak berkembang adalah; pajak hiburan dan parkir, sedangkan untuk pajak terbelakang pajak adalah; pajak hotel, pajak restoran, pajak reklame dan pajak bahan galian golongan C, sedangkan untuk pajak potensial belum dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Sidoarjo, namun dapat dikatakan pajak daerah masih mempunyai potensi yang sangat baik dalam peningkatan PAD kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This paper is a conceptual paper that focuses on how to revitalize and improving the condition of Indonesian traditional market. This kind of market is facing a tight competition versus what so called modern market. Statistically there is a significant decline of the existence of traditional market and on the otherhand, modern market rises steadily over the past years. If the condition continues it is afraid that millions of people will loose their jobs. Related to that, the paper discusses how government can play a significant role to harness the situation and even can revitalize the performance of traditional market in order to survive from the competition eith modern market but still bring the positive impact and more value added to the consumers.

Abstract

Research analyzes the Intra industry Trade in Manufacture Sector between Indonesia and other countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Philippines. It also analyzes the relationship of industrial sectors in the economic field, especially among countries at ASEAN-5. The intra industry trade is measured based on Grubel-Lloyd Index with the aggregation rate of three digits in the ISIC (International Standard Industrial Classification). Panel data analysis tool is employed to analyze the factors influencing intra industry trade. Result of research indicates that the intensity of the intra industry trade between Indonesia and ASEAN-4 is relatively higher and consistent with that during 1998-2007. The dominant product in the intra industry trade is iron and steel metals. Market structure, product differentiation, and foreign investment, positively and significantly, influence the intra industry trade between Indonesia and ASEAN-4 countries. Machinery, equipment, and electric tool industry is the highest-rank sector based on its forward linkage coefficient. The machinery, equipment, and electric tool industry sector is important to support the growth of other sectors. With respect to the direct backward linkage coefficient, the sector with highest coefficient is the base industry of iron and steel. It shows that base industry of iron and steel sector gives enough great contribution to other sector.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to examine people perception in the increase of tobacco tax in relation to cigarette price, the rule limiting smoking area, and the campaign of smoking impacts to the health with cigarette demand that may cause the reduce in tobacco demand. The research was carried out in Sumenep Regency from March 2009 to October 2009. A randomly sampling method based on area was employed to determine the sample in order to collect data. The results showed that there were significant correlation between the campaign of cigarette band and its demand. The size of cigarette factory own by community had positive correlation with tobacco demand.
