Abstract

Creativity and teamwork were two urgents factors which can effect agent performance. Doing job, work agent often have problems, like is decrease creativity, giving fund agent un accurate, so become agent performance who optimal. The purposes this research are to know the effect of creativity and teamwork to agent performance, simultaneously and partially. This quantitative research used multiple linier regression analysis which 92 employees as sample using stratified sampling. Using this analysis, the results showed that creativity and teamwork effect positively 56,4 percent to agent performance simultaneously. Furthermore, the results showed that both influence to agent performance. Its shows that creativity provides 10,6 per cent to agent performance, while the teamwork provides 62,3 per cent to agent performace. Its means that teamwork provide dominant effect to agent performance.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of independence, task complexity and gender on audit judgment. The sample of this study is the auditor who worked on KAP in DKI Jakarta. Samples was done by cluster sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaire distributed directly to the auditor as many as 100 and only 80 questionnaires can be used. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method were processed with SPSS 20.0. the result of this study indicate that independence and task complexity of the audit has a significant impact on audit judgment, while the gender had no significant effect on audit judgment

Abstract

Palm Oil is one commodity plantation sub-sector plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. Aside from being a provider of raw materials and labor absorbing, oil palm is also a producer of foreign exchange after oil and gas. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the company's financial performance and identify the factors that affect the financial performance of palm oil companies go public. This research method is to use financial ratio analysis and analysis of Economic Value Added (EVA). Based on the analysis of financial ratios, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk has the best financial performance. While other companies have a poor financial performance due to high debt and poor sales of the company. Based on analysis of Economic Value Added, the financial performance of palm oil companies went public during the three-year period show declining performance and negative in 2012. PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk has the best performance over the three-year observation period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effects of five variables of retail service quality (X) on customer satisfaction (Y1), the direct effect of customer satisfaction (Y1) on customer loyalty (Y2), the direct effects of five X variables on customer loyalty (Y2) and the indirect effects of five X variables on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.  The data was taken from 100 customer of Tom and Jerry store. Used path analysis, the result can be reveled as : physical aspects and policy have the direct effects of customer satisfaction, while customer satisfaction has the direct effect on customer loyalty.  It means that physical aspects and policy has the indirect effects of customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.  Meanwhile the other variables such as reliability, personal interaction and problem solving don’t have the direct effects of customer satisfaction, it means those variables don’t have the indirect effects of customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.  Only physical aspects and reliability which have the direct effects on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Indonesian people, especially those living in urban areas, are inseparable from the Internet, because almost all activities involve internet and information technology. Thus, no wonder if the internet has become a basic requirement for some people, especially those who use the internet for business purposes (e-commerce). E-commerce is defined as the process of buying, selling, transferring or exchanging products, services or information through computer networks via the internet. With e-commerce as business activities, the company can expand and reach consumers more easily. They can also process conventional transactions to be more modern with the availability of online transactions. Collective society, for example in Asian countries such as India and Indonesia, depend more social interaction than those who live in the individualistic-oriented community. Connecting the characteristics of Indonesian society with the types of business interactions, more or less variations of e-commerce business in Indonesia can be divided into several types, namely listings, shopping mall, marketplace, online stores, online stores on social media and crowdsourcing / crowdfunding. Abstract

The more competitive of education world, will make an university to have competitive adventage. In order to survive an university should be able to provide facilities that can support learning process. So that student can adjust to the environment.The aims of this study was to analyse the effectiveness of adjustment strategies for new student in the learning process. This study used primory data, collected from questionare, whith is distributed to 146 students UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Technique analysis used PLS (parsial Least Square) which used to test the hypothesis : the more appropriate adjustment strategy, will make the better students learning process in higher education.The causality test showed that copying strategies has positive effect on adjustment process (accepted). This result showed indicator of emotional focus copying has the biggest loading factor. It means that students more dominant focused on emotional focus copying to solve their self adjustment
