Abstract

This study discusses the problems that exist in the KUB Kembang Asih Tanjung Bumi. This study consist of five variables: extraorganization factors, organizational factors, group factors, individual factors and performance. The purposes of this study are to determine the effect of the work stress factors consist of the external organization factors, the organizational factors, the group factors and the individual factors on craftsmen performance, partially and simultaneously and which is dominantly effect on it. There are so many work stress factors that effect on craftsmen performance in KUB Kembang Asih. The lack of family support in the external organization as uncertainty wages, and the lack of competitive advantage; the lack of involving the craftsmen in making decision in organizational factors; the lack of time management in group factors; the lack of individual skill to meet delivery in individual factors. Using statistic analysis the results showed that tcount of the external organization factors X1 (3,413), organizational factors X2 (3,968), group factors X3 (2,948) and individual factors X4 (3,281) and the ttable (1.292685). The external organization factors, organizational factors, group factors and individual factors have a significant effect on performance as Fcount 95,673 > Ftable 1,97. And with the value of multiple correlation coefficient R = 0.939 or 93.9%, and than organizational factors become the dominant variable with beta coefficient of 0.343. It can be conclude that the external organization factors, organizational factors, group factors and individual factors effect on performance, partially and simultaneously, and organizational factors dominant influence on the performance.

Abstract

The prime leader function is to direct the employees toward their daily assignment particularly to get the performance wish for. The research within “Influence of Motivation And Staff Managerial Activities on The Performance Leader Staff Office Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Sampang”. Subsequent to analysis as untied in the discourse section, can be fetched the conlude. The basically, motivation and leader manajerial activity that established such admittance, duty, rensponsibility, chance to advance, emotion intelligence, social intelligence, and learn ability in the circle. The Office of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum as observed by calculatinh result is good. To based on infencial statistic analysis result, in fact, all variables: admitance (X1), job itself (X2), responsibility (X3), chance to advance (X4), emotion intelligence (X5), social intelligence (X6), and learning ability (X7); either along with or parcial have a significan effect toward employee performance in the Office of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Sampang, either by empiric or teoritic said that the variable of admitance (X1), job itself(X2), responsibility (X3), chance to advance (X4), emotional intelligence (X5), social intelligence (X6), and learning ability (X7) to become factor that can improve the employee performance. Even though in the research, existed the other variable outside the research such work circle, insentive, and partner.

Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi masalah santriwati  setelah keluar dari pondok pesantren terjun ke masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitihan maka dirmuskan beberapa masalah sebagai berikut : 1). Bagaimana minat para santriwati di Bangkalan terhadap upaya peningkatan kualitas melalui pemberdayaan perempuan. 2).Pekerjaan atau jabatan apa yang diminati para santriwati di Bangkalan setelah keluar dari pondok pesantren. 3).Bagaimana pandangan para santriwati terhadap upaya pemberdayaan perempuan di Bangkalan. 4). Apakah harapan-harapan dari para santriwati dalam upaya peningkatan kualitasnya. 5).      Kendala-kendala apa saja yang akan dihadapi oleh santriwati dalam melaksanakan tugasnya kelak setelah keluar dari pondok pesantren.Hasil penelitian juga diperoleh bahwa sebanyak 470 orang berminat menjadi wirausahaan (berwirausaha). Dengan demikian maka penyelesaiaannya adalah dengan memebrikan pean latihan seperti, memasak (tata boga), menjahit, merias dan handycraft.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of compensation and competence on the work stress of PERUMDA Air Sumber Sejahtera Bangkalan employees with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. This study employed a quantitative method and a purposive sampling technique. The respondents involved were 72 people. The results showed that: (1) compensation has a negative and significant effect on work stress with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-12.127) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between compensation and work stress. (2) job satisfaction can strengthen the effect of compensation on work stress with a significant value of 0.008 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-2.714) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between compensation and work stress moderated by job satisfaction. (3) competence has a negative and significant effect on work stress with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-17.957) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between competence and work stress. (4) job satisfaction can strengthen the effect of competence on work stress with a significant value of 0.002 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-3.243) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between competence and work stress moderated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the description of Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, and Locus of Control at Pokdarwis (tourism awareness group) Putra Lon Malang, the organization that manages Lon Malang Beach. This research was a qualitative study with descriptive approach. The determination of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and the data collection procedures employed observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. In addition. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher employed credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests through triangulation (combination). The results showed that the organization managing the Lon Malang Beach tourist attraction, in this case, the Pokdarwis Putra Lon Malang, had a high level of self esteem, they are aware of the power or ability to control visitor activities to direct, reprimand, and even give strict punishment to visitors who break the rules with confidence. Regarding the self-efficacy of the Pokdarwis Putra Lon Malang members, they are confident in their ability to complete every task that is their responsibility as the organization that manages the tourist attraction. Regarding locus of control, they tend to believe that everything that happens in life is under self-control.

Abstract

The creative economy has become one of the fastest growing sectors in Indonesia, making a significant contribution to the local economy. Culinary tourism, one of the sub-sectors of the creative economy, plays a major role with the potential for developing culinary tourism based on local wisdom in various regions, including Sampang, Madura. This study aims to determine the problems being faced, and how the creative economy development strategy is in the culinary tourism sub-sector based on local wisdom in the city of Sampang. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The findings of this study are expected to help formulate an effective strategy to strengthen the creative economy in Sampang in the culinary tourism sub-sector. The results of the study show that the problems faced by culinary entrepreneurs based on local wisdom in the city of Sampang include the lack of innovation in product development and interior design, the lack of optimal use of technology as a promotional medium, and the limited number of skilled human resources. The development strategy carried out by innovating in product packaging and taste, maintaining product uniqueness, maintaining product authenticity, while creating new innovations in presentation and packaging.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan banyak memainkan peran penting dalam industri jasa seperti industri kuliner dan pariwisata, karena kualitas layanan sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Dengan melihat masalah persaingan yang semakin tinggi dalam industri jasa khususnya industry wisata, maka pengelola destinasi wisata harus mampu memberikan layanan yang berkualitas dan memenuhi tuntutan pelanggan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi promosi dari mulut ke mulut dalam industri wisata pada pantai Lon-Malang di Kabupaten Sampang. Populasi adalah pelanggan yang sedang berkunjung ke pantai Lon-Malang sejumlah 125 orang. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan kuesioner selanjutnya diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.7. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara seluruh dimensi kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, serta terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan pelanggan dengan promosi dari mulut ke mulut pelanggan.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employees performance with financial compensation as an intervening variable in car rental companies Sidoarjo. It used quantitative methods,  sampling  methods, and path analysis. The number of samples as 70 employees in car rental company at Sidoarjo. Using the Path analysis, the result showed that the (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on financial compensation with a large effect of 0.29 units for every 1 unit increase in financial compensation (2) Work load has an insignificant effect on financial compensation with a big effect of 0.175 units for every 1 unit increase in financial compensation ( 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance with a large effect of 0.791 units for every 1 unit increase in work performance, (4) Work load has a negative effect on employee work performance with a big effect of 0.83 units for every 1 unit decrease in work performance , (5) Financial compensation has an insignificant effect on employee work performance with a large effect of 0.006 units for every 1 unit increase in work performance. Simultaneously (1) Job satisfaction and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial compensation with a value of 12% simultaneously on financial compensation (2) Job satisfaction, workload and financial compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance employee work with a simultaneous influence value of 51% on financial compensation. And Path Analysis, (1) Indirectly, the job satisfaction variable has an insignificant effect on employee work performance through financial compensation as an intervening variable so it cannot mediate with an influence value of 0.058 units (2) The workload variable has no significant effect on employee work performance through financial compensation as an intervening variable so it cannot mediate with an influence value of 0.058 units.
