Abstract

Sebuah alat kendali semprotan cutting fluid pada minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) telah berhasil dibuat. Alat yang bekerja dengan sistem Arduino ini dihubungkan dengan sensor suhu yang diletakkan pada sisi pahat dan berhasil mengendalikan kapan cutting fluid harus disemprotkan dan kapan harus berhenti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari efek penggunaan alat kendali ini terhadap kekasaran permukaan pada pembubutan baja AISI 4340. Metode Taguchi L9 digunakan untuk menyusun desain eksperimen dengan variasi parameter: metode pemberian cutting fluid, kedalaman permukaan dan komposisi campuran cutting fluid. Pahat sisipan berbahan karbida digunakan untuk memesin lurus dan roughness tester digunakan untuk mengukur kekesaran permukaan hasil pembubutan. Analisis S/N ratio dilanjutkan dengan analisis varians (ANAVA) membuktikan bahwa metode MQL yang dilengkapi sistem kendali ini mampu menghasilkan rata-rata permukaan paling halus dibandingkan metode lain. Nilai kekasaran optimum sebesar 1,941 µm diperoleh pada kombinasi permesinan dengan MQL dengan sistem kendali, depth of cut 2,0 mm, dan komposisi air terhadap minyak pada cutting fluid 7:3Effect of Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) Method on Surface RoughnessA device to control the spraying of cutting fluid in minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) has been initiated. This device was programmed with Ardunio and connected to a thermal sensor which is stick on the flank face of the tool. It succeeded in controlling when the cutting fluid should be sprayed and stopped. This research aim is to investigate the effect of using this device to the machined surface roughness. The Taguchi method L9 was used for designing the experiments. Variations were made on the method of applying cutting flood, depth of cut, and cutting fluid composition. Carbide insert tools were used and roughness tester was employed to measure the machined surface roughness. Analysis of S/N ratio following with analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the controlled MQL cooling application results in the minimum surface roughness. The optimum surface roughness would be achieved when using MQL with temperature controller, depth of cut of 2.0 mm, and composition between water and oil for cutting fluid of 7:3.

Abstract

Hadis adalah sumber rujukan agama Islam kedua setelah Al-Qur’an. Teks Hadis saat ini diteliti dalam bidang teknologi untuk dapat ditangkap nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya secara pegetahuan teknologi. Dengan adanya penelitian terhadap Kitab Hadis, pengambilan informasi dari Hadis tentunya membutuhkan representasi teks ke dalam vektor untuk mengoptimalkan klasifikasi otomatis. Klasifikasi Hadis diperlukan untuk dapat mengelompokkan isi Hadis menjadi beberapa kategori. Ada beberapa kategori dalam Kitab Hadis tertentu yang sama dengan Kitab Hadis lainnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa dokumen Kitab Hadis tertentu yang memiliki topik yang sama dengan Kitab Hadis lain. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode term weighting yang dapat memilih kata mana yang harus memiliki bobot tinggi atau rendah dalam ruang Kitab Hadis untuk optimalisasi hasil klasifikasi dalam Kitab-kitab Hadis. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah perbandingan beberapa metode term weighting, yaitu: Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Frequency (TF-IDF-ICF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Space Density Frequency (TF-IDF-ICSδF), dan Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Space Density Frequency Inverse Hadith Space Density Frequency (TF-IDF-ICSδF-IHSδF). Penelitian ini melakukan perbandingan hasil term weighting terhadap dataset Terjemahan 9 Kitab Hadis yang diterapkan pada mesin klasifikasi Naive Bayes dan SVM. 9 Kitab Hadis yang digunakan, yaitu: Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Abu Dawud, at-Turmudzi, an-Nasa'i, Ibnu Majah, Ahmad, Malik, dan Darimi. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa hasil klasifikasi menggunakan metode term weighting TF-IDF-ICSδF-IHSδF mengungguli term weighting lainnya, yaitu mendapatkan Precission sebesar 90%, Recall sebesar 93%, F1-Score sebesar 92%, dan Accuracy sebesar 83%.Comparison of a term weighting method for the text classification in Indonesian hadithHadith is the second source of reference for Islam after the Qur’an. Currently, hadith text is researched in the field of technology for capturing the values of technology knowledge. With the research of the Book of Hadith, retrieval of information from the hadith certainly requires the representation of text into vectors to optimize automatic classification. The classification of the hadith is needed to be able to group the contents of the hadith into several categories. There are several categories in certain Hadiths that are the same as other Hadiths. Shows that there are certain documents of the hadith that have the same topic as other Hadiths. Therefore, a term weighting method is needed that can choose which words should have high or low weights in the Hadith Book space to optimize the classification results in the Hadith Books. This study proposes a comparison of several term weighting methods, namely: Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Frequency (TF-IDF-ICF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Space Density Frequency (TF-IDF-ICSδF) and Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Space Density Frequency Inverse Hadith Space Density Frequency (TF-IDF-ICSδF-IHSδF). This research compares the term weighting results to the 9 Hadith Book Translation dataset applied to the Naive Bayes classification engine and SVM. 9 Books of Hadith are used, namely: Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Abu Dawud, at-Turmudzi, an-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, Ahmad, Malik, and Darimi. The trial results show that the classification results using the TF-IDF-ICSδF-IHSδF term weighting method outperformed another term weighting, namely getting a Precession of 90%, Recall of 93%, F1-Score of 92%, and Accuracy of 83%.

Abstract

Pengendalian mutu merupakan kegiatan pemantauan dan evaluasi serta menindaklanjuti suatu proses agar persyaratan mutu yang telah ditetapkan dapat tercapai. Peningkatan kualitas mutu suatu industry harus melalui proses pengendalian mutu terhadap produksinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan proses perbaikan kualitas mutu melalui penerapan new seven tools. Metode new seven tools meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu diagram afinitas, diagram pohon, process decision program chart (PDPC) dan activity network diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga macam cacat produk yaitu isi tidak penuh, lid cup miring dan kekuatan lid cup kurang rapat dengan tingkat kecacatan terbesar pada lid cup miring. Hasil analisis didapatkan ada tiga faktor penyebab timbulnya cacat produk air minum dalam kemasan cup 240ml yaitu mesin dan peralatan, sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan metode. Beberapa usulan alternatif perbaikan yaitu melakukan perbaikan kondisi mesin dan peralatan, meningkatkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan penggunaan metode sesuai dalam produksi. Berdasarkan diagram jaringan kerja, proses pengendalian kecacatan produk di PT. DEA membutuhkan waktu rata rata selama 27 hari.Analysis of Quality Control of Drinking Water Products in Cup Using New Seven Tools Method (Case Study in PT. DEA)Quality control is an activity to monitor, evaluate, and also follow up so that the quality requirements that have been set can be achieved. To improve quality, an industry must apply quality control to its production. The purpose of this research is to get a description of the process of making drinking water products in 240ml cup packaging and get, knowing the quality improvement process, especially in applying the new seven tools. The new seven tools method used includes several stages, namely affinity diagrams, tree diagrams, decision program chart (PDPC) processes, and network diagram activities. The results of the study found three types of product defects which are not full contents, sloping cup lid, and cup lid strength less tight. However, from the three defects, it is known that the sloping cup lid has the greatest disability rate. The results of the analysis show that there are three factors that cause the defect of drinking water products in 240ml cup packaging, namely machinery and equipment, human resources (HR), and methods. Some proposed improvements that can be given are related to defects in drinking water products in 240ml cup packaging, namely improving the condition of machines and equipment, improving human resources (HR), and using appropriate methods in production. Based on the working network diagram that the processor stages for controlling product defects at PT. DEA requires an average of 27 days.

Abstract

Aplikasi mobile Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) merupakan aplikasi yang memberikan peringatan dini cuaca. Informasi peringatan dini tersebut skalanya tidak hanya sebatas provinsi, tetapi hingga tingkat kecamatan. Namun ketika informasi yang ditampilkan dalam aplikasi masih kurang jelas untuk dipahami pengguna serta kemudahan dan kenyaman pengguna belum sesuai tujuan pembuatan aplikasi maka perlu dilakukan redesign pada aplikasi mobile BMKG tersebut dengan mengacu pada 8 rule panduan (Eight Golden Rules) untuk desain interaksi, serta pengujian menggunakan Kuesioner Usability SUS (System Usability Scale) yang berisi 10 pertanyaan terkait aplikasi dengan melakukan wawancara kepada responden terhadap apikasi tersebut, dari hasil yang didapatkan pada pengujian menggunakan prinsip Eight Golden Rules terdapat tiga point yang belum maksimal mulai dari Design dialogue to yield closure, Support internal locus of control, dan Support internal locus of control, kemudian pengujian menggunakan SUS yang dilakukan secara 2 kali, untuk yang pertama terhadap desain asli dari aplikasi mobile BMKG dengan skor rata-rata 60 menunjukan tingkat penerimaan pengguna Marginal Low, sedangkan grade skala masuk kategori D dan Adjective rating kategori OK, dari hasil dilakukan usulan desain perbaikan sesuai dengan masukan yang telah didapatkan dari para responden kemudian pengujian yang ke dua dengan metode Perhitungan SUS mendapatkan skor rata-rata 80,25 dapat disimpulkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna kategori Acceptable, pada Tingkat grade skala kategori B, serta untuk Adjective rating kategori Excellent, sehingga usulan desain aplikasi mobile BMKG dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan pengguna tidak merasa kebingungan terhadap desain hasil perbaikan untuk mendapatkan layanan informasi cuaca yang diberikan. Usability Evaluation and Improvement of Mobile Application Design Using Usability Testing with a Human-Centered Design (HCD) ApproachMeteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) mobile application is an application that provides weather early warning. The early warning information is not only limited to the province, but also to the sub-district level. But when the information displayed in the application is still not clear enough to be understood by the user and the ease and comfort of the user is not in accordance with the purpose of making the application, it is necessary to redesign the BMKG mobile application by referring to the 8 rule guidelines (Eight Golden Rules) for interaction design, as well as testing using SUS Usability Questionnaire (System Usability Scale) which contains 10 questions related to the application by conducting interviews with respondents of the application, from the results obtained in testing using the principles of the Eight Golden Rules there are three points that have not been maximal starting from Design dialogue to yield closure, Internal Support locus of control, and internal support locus of control, then testing using SUS is done twice, for the first to the original design of the BMKG mobile application with an average score of 60 shows the level of acceptance of Marginal Low users, while the grade scale is in the D category d an Adjective rating category OK, from the results of the proposed improvement design in accordance with the input that has been obtained from respondents then the second test with the SUS Calculation method to get an average score of 80.25 can be concluded on the acceptability ranges included in Acceptable, on the grade scale get a value of B, and for Adjective Rating included in Excellent, so that the proposed BMKG mobile application design can be used easily and users do not feel confused about the design of the results of improvements to get weather information services provided.
