Public service is an important thing that must be considered in the development of an autonomous region, because it is directly related to the welfare of the community as well as in accordance with basic reforms in the field of government. However, community services in the Sumberanyar village, especially in terms of complaints such as complaints about social assistance, infrastructure and other complaints are still done manually and have not used an adequate system, where the Sumberanyar village community needs to come to the village office to convey their aspirations and complaints and in Sumberanyar village there is no means to convey aspirations and complaints so that public aspirations or complaints cannot be carried out optimally and data on community complaints are not well documented. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application that can make it easier for the community to make complaints, the Android-based information system for community service in Sumberanyar village, Paiton district, is a solution to overcome the problems that have been described. This application was built using the Waterfall SLDC (Software Development Life Cycle) model, from the results of this study it was concluded that the application is very suitable for use by the public to make complaints and convey aspirations and all features in the application can be used properly.

The Micro Gas Turbine is a device that functions to convert chemical energy from fuel from the combustion process into mechanical energy, which is then converted back to a generator to become electricity. This study aims to obtain the results of performance testing as well as the results of the comparison analysis of the Gas Turbine Micro from the design and testing of the assembly tool. The fuel used in this Gas Micro Turbine is LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). The advantages of LPG are it is easy to obtain, has a high octane value so that the power generated is greater, has a high vapor pressure so there is no need to use a pump to drain it. The result of this research is that the addition of a fire source can increase the turbine inlet temperature although it is not significant because the fire does not burn continuously due to the compressor rotation being too forceful. In the first and second actual tool tests, the temperatures were 317.48K and 323.75 K, different from the results of the analysis on the ANSYS software where the temperature was 766 K and 793 K.

The use of electrical equipment on the customer side with low voltage absorbs unbalanced power. The load unbalances in each phase will result in an unbalanced current, resulting in a phase voltage shift in the secondary coil of the 20 kV/380 V medium voltage transformer. Shifting the voltage in the distribution transformer phase, then causes the flow of current in the transformer neutral wire causing losses. This paper proposes a fuzzy logic method with the Mamdani fuzzy inference system (FIS) to balance three-phase load currents at seven feeders of 20 kV medium voltage distribution at PLN Rayon Taman Jawa-Timur. The feeders are Ngelom, Tawang Sari, Geluran, Bringin, Masangan Kulon, Palm Residence, and Pasar Sepanjang. There are three input variables used, namely the load current in phase R, phase S, and phase T respectively. There are three output variables in one FIS block, namely changes in load current in phase R, phase S, and phase T respectively. With the number of fuzzy rules as many as 509 rules, the proposed method is able to produce the lowest load current unbalance value of 1.6% at Palm Residence Feeders. The development of a nominal (number) of fuzzy rules in the Fuzzy Logic Method with FIS Mamdani is able to reduce the value of unbalance load current at the 20 kV medium voltage distribution feeder better than the method proposed by previous researchers.

Waves that move towards the coast have an energy level that corresponds to the magnitude of the generating force. Waves with high energy intensity are dominantly destructive when they hit the coastal area. In order to reduce the destructive effect of waves, coastal protection structures are needed to dampen the wave energy. Artificial coral reef (artificial reef) is one type of structure that can reduce wave energy. Besides functioning as an artificial reef for marine ecosystem biota, but also as a submerged breakwater structure. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between wave stepness and the transmission coefficient produced by hexagonal artificial reefs with a model scale of 1:10. The test is carried out using regular waves with a range of H/gT2 values between 0.0007 – 0.006. The results of research conducted at the Marine Energy Laboratory of the Department of Marine Engineering, FTK ITS, show that an increase in the value of wave steepness correlates with an increase in the value of the transmission coefficient (Kt) for all tests and configurations. The 1D structure configuration has a lower transmission coefficient (Kt) than the 0D structure configuration for each variation of the test wave.

Robotics technology and artificial intelligence devices are growing rapidly in the medical field. The work of medical workers will be made easier by the presence of this technology. It is also applied directly to patients. Patients suffering from variousdiseases, of course, need an appropriate solution. A robotic finger manipulator can be applied to a patient with disabilities to assist him in placing or retrieving items. In the manipulator robot, there are sensors, controllers, and actuators. The stimulation of the muscles in the forearm is detected by an electromyograph sensor. The resulting muscle stimulation is classified by the controller into servo motor movement. The motor represents the fingers. The classification method uses a neural network backpropagation and an extreme learning machine which is compared to the performance. Classification using neural network backpropagation has a success rate of 65.3%. While the classification using the extreme learning machine has a success rate of 78.7%.

The car wash business is growing. A wide selection of car washes, spread across various regions. The increasing number of cars will provide more opportunities for entrepreneurs to open up in the car wash industry, while also providing entrepreneurs with potential for opportunities in the car market. With so many customers owned by Fuji Lestari, it is very risky for errors to update data every day, because the current transaction processes in the place of business still do not use computers, including in recording the number of consumers and this makes it difficult for Fuji Lestari to find data from files stored and archived by the company. From the problems that have been described, the researchers propose a website-based car wash information system. The waterfall method was chosen as the method in this research to achieve the expected goals. From the research that has been carried out by the author regarding the Web-Based Car Wash Information System at Fuji Lestari, several conclusions can be drawn, namely the Web-Based Car Wash Information System at Fuji Lestari has been produced, and after testing 5 users, from the results of calculating the total percentage obtained a percentage of 91%. Therefore, this information system is categorized as very good and suitable for use at Fuji Lestari car wash business.

In the era of globalization which is full of change and competition, an organization must show the best performance in order to survive through managing its resources through the right leadership. One indicator of the success of a leadership pattern is the creation of subordinate job satisfaction. With job satisfaction, a subordinate will be able to bring out his best abilities for the benefit of the organization. However, the existence of discipline enforcement efforts will affect the role of leadership patterns in realizing job satisfaction of subordinates in the organization. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of leadership patterns on the job satisfaction of subordinates, and to identify this effect with the enforcement of discipline as a moderator. In this study, the types of leadership patterns observed were transformational leadership patterns, transactional leadership patterns, visionary leadership patterns and synergistic leadership patterns. Research data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents totaling 209 personnel who meet the requirements, then data processing is carried out using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of the SEM calculation show that without a moderating variable, discipline enforcement efforts, transformational leadership patterns and synergistic leadership patterns affect the job satisfaction of subordinates. Meanwhile, with efforts to enforce discipline, the transactional leadership pattern variable also has an influence on the job satisfaction of subordinates.
