Abstract

Mace is a pesticide applicator tool is needed in order to eradicate and control of pests and plant diseases. That is to say that this tool is one tool that should be owned btt afarmer. In the market, carrying a syringe in circulation andfarmers are often used syringe wit'h a tank model of the plate made Of iron and less attention to ersonomics. Wzth that background, it is desigJted in this study carry a syringe w!th ergon mic d szgn approaches,. methods and product development methods and approaclies bwmechamcs. Thzs study_ uses deszgn methods and product development has 4 stages, namely: the planning stage, stage of product divelopment, system-level design phase, repairs ana testing phase to implementation. The analysis was conducted by biomechanics approach. The results obtamed in this study is that there are 4 attributes custoner need to be improved ergonomics approach, namely: handle the pressure, the length of the lever, gri]J desigJt, and design backpack. After repairs done to get the product design concepts carrying Mace better, characterized by calculating the moment of the body segments long products.Keywords: Design, Ergonomics, biomechanics

Abstract

Hospital offers health services for healing and rehabilitation, essential presence was felt by the community, hospitals., which provide health care for every patient, was often faced the same problems. The patient's dissatisfaction with the services provided by these hosp_ita(s was one of the problem. Regzonal General Hospital (Hospital) XYZ is a public hospital that moves local governments in the public health service in the region. Balanced Scorecard performance measurement system was used togive considerationfor the executive. Hospital performance based onfinancial persepectifweigths was 35%. The second persyective in performance measurement weight was 25%. Internal business process perspective of performances weight was 20%. The Final perspective on the Balanced Scorecard perf9rmance measurement in hospitals was learning and growth that has weight of20%. with performance indicators in this perspective was the number of physician speczalists and the number of employees trained for  0.40 or 40%

Abstract

Many companies  increase its organizational  capability  through investing  in such programs  as Just In Time (JIT) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Thebenefit of these programs, however, seems always limited because of less reliab1e equipment. Many companies find Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to add into the existed programs in order to have continued improvement. Pharmaceutical industry becomes one that uses TPM to maintain its reliabilityfrom the equipment used to suP.E...ort production process. The objective of research aims at examining and analyzing the effect of "1otal Productive Maintenance (TPM) application, comprising tohousekeeping, cross training, teams, q1erator involvement, disciplined planning, information tracking, and schedule compliance, on the performance of pharmaceutical companies in East Java. The number of sample consisting of19 pharmaceutical companies. Abstract

Porong river is area for dumping of Lapindo mud that have heaavy metal exit thresshold value such as Cd 10,45 ppm, Cr 105,44 ppm, As 0,99 ppm, dan Hg 1,96 ppm. This area estimated influence to structure communi of bivalvia as bioindikator organism. Objectives of this study is estimate stucture comunity of bivalvia in the dumping area of Lapindo mud. Study observe 3 locations and and analyze the abundance, index biodiversity, index uniformity, index aominition. Result of this study snows that no bivalvia found in the dUmping area of Lapindo mud and this area has low biodiversity, uniformity of population is very low, and no species dominate this area. Conclusion of this stuay this area categorized as not good condition.Key words: structure comunity, bivalvia

Abstract

Suramadu  bridge that  connect between Java Island  with Madura Island  will open opportunity for  Regency  ofBangkalan becomes industrial location of region tourism at East Java: Rongkang beach was one of tourism region at Bangkalan that its positzon  close to Suramadu Bridge. At thzs time tourism area at Rongktlng Beach stills wasn't maximal. To it in observational it was made by model optimal  utmost of  many_ industrial park  management alternatives Rongkang's  Beaches with dynamic system  approaching.  This research proposes  two area  developmental  scenarios Rongkang's  Beach tourzsm. Devefopmental   scenario I of the Beach tourism area Rongkang by nature bY utilizes and pet  beach region authenticity and its vicinity. Scenario II. tourism area Development Rongkang' s Beach by undertaking deve1opment in many region, which is by building umpteen interesting modefor tourism.The result of thzs research was pomt out that scenario II are the best. areas developmental modelling ofRongkang's Beach tourism more reasonable and more advantaKes to be compared with Its I. Scenario I inaicate that the cashflow is Rp. 28. 397. 088. 000,- wzth payback  period    0,352149  years.  Meanwhile  cashflow   of scenario  zs Rp.  667.  942.1.000,- with payoack period  0,149713 years.Key word: Tourism, dynamic system, investment

Abstract

Postal service is one ofbusiness that always needed by economic growth. Postal service has a lot of customers such as students, businessman, educations area, bank area, etc. Because of that reason, the competitiveness of portal service business is very high. Each of portal service has to increase their service to8et their customers. These study looks service quality and customer satisfaction in the postal servzce in sadang serang, Bandun8. The quality of services is grouped as Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy and Responszveness. Tota1 respondents are 101, 30 respondents for pre-test and71 respondents for main test. The result of the study, all of indicators have negative gabs.Key words :postal service, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

One weaknees in Small and Medi um Enterpri se offurniture, the reasearch didn't calculate some materia l requirements which need ed by SME's intuition and also experiment (trial and error) . The result of the research expected SME' sfurniture improved management sy stem and inventory system  in order  to compete among  of 2.426  SME  others  118 industrial fUrniture   (Deprindag fa tim, 2003). Some of s tage to improve system and management operation required f easible methorie to evaluated. Optimal solution by LINDO got to pro d uce and sold  120 unit doors, 84 unit table, 33 unit cuboard and chair and hanger produced only order . Abstract

Litter thatfalls from the tree in the capacity to trap litter (litter traps) as many as 30fruit in pairs at random under the canopy of trees at an altitude observations at 1.5 m above the ground, so avoid the reach of high tide. Net installed treefrom Rhizopora type mucronata, Rhizopora and Bruguera apiculata sp. 10fruit nets were installed in each mangrove species are. Net container litter made of box-shaped net with polyetilen size 1x1x0, 5 m3. Litter is deposited in litter traps taken every 2nd Sunday for 3 months. The rate of mangrove lea(litter production in the north coast of Madura between 4.08 g/treej day-18.38 g/tree/ day. the numberoflitterproduction in most types ofRhizopora mucronata 64.56%, 24.32% Rhizopora apiculata and Sp Bruguera of 11.12%.Keywords: Production, litter, Mangrove

Abstract

Turbo Code is one of the channel encoding technique used in wireless cellular networks are approaching  the limit of Shannon's  theory. Interleaver  is used  to determine  the rules of the randomization technique of bits of information in relation to the performance  of the Tubo code. Therefore, the design needs a good interleaver structure. In this paper, analyzed the performance Turbo Codefor variations interleaver structure and sizes in relation to bzt error rate (bit error rate). The size and type of interleaver plays an important role in the performance  Turbo Code. Simulated for Turbo-Code interleaver structure variationsfor determining optimal interleaver in connection with determining the type ofinterleaverfor the mterleaver size and structure of the flat fading channel. In the simulation obtamed that the optimal interleaver turbo code on aflat fading channel can be achieved by using a type of random interleaver withframe size 384 to 20,738 bits.Key word: Turbo code, Interleaver, bit error rate,flat fading.
