Abstract

Divisi Production Planning Control (PPC) merupakan salah satu unit kerja yang terdapat di PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk yang bertugas mengatur segala perencanaan produksi baja, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja dan Perancangan Strategi agar proses bisnis dapat berjalan dengan maksimal dan dapat mengatasi segala ancaman yang datang dari dalam dan luar perusahaan. Balanced Scorecard merupakan suatu metode yang dipakai untuk mengevaluasi hasil kinerja perusahaan dari Perspektif  finansial, Pelanggan, Internal Proses serta Pertumbuhan dan Pembelajaran. Untuk dapat merancang strategi perusahaan yang tepat, dibutuhkan hasil BSC dan suatu metode yang mampu menganalisa kondisi divisi baik dari segi Internal dan Eksternal, metode tersebut yaitu Analisis SWOT. Dengan mengkombinasikan keduanya diharapkan mampu memberikan suatu strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan. Dari pengukuran kinerja Divisi PPC dengan metode Balanced Scorecard, diperoleh hasil skor kinerja sebesar 94.32 %, yang terdiri dari Kinerja pada Perspektif Finansial sebesar 110 %, Perspektif Pelanggan sebesar 96.36 %, Perspektif Internal Proses sebesar 88.3 %, Perspektif Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan sebesar 102 %. Hasil BSC selanjutnya digunakan sebagai masukan untuk tahap perancangan strategi dengan menggunakan SWOT Balanced Scorecard Development Tool. Dari hasil Analisis SWOT diketahui bahwa strategi yang terbaik untuk pengembangan divisi PPC adalah dengan menerapkan ST strategi atau strategi diversifikasi dengan nilai sebesar 3.38, yaitu mengerahkan kekuatan internal untuk mengatasi ancaman yang ada dan mungkin terjadi.

Abstract

The Indonesian Constitution mandates the government to keep the food sovereignty in terms of availability, affordability, and the fulfillment of adequate food consumption with safety, quality, and nutritionally balanced. In food politics, the government has a number of policies and programs to achieve food self-sufficiency such as the provision of agricultural land, fertilizer, pesticides, seeds, irrigation, farmers' education, and financing supports. In terms of fiscal policy, the government annually allocates funds to support food self-sufficiency programs. Unfortunetaly, Indonesia still in the stage of below achieving a food self-sufficiency; the government still imports some strategic foodstuffs such as rice, corn, soybeans, sugar, and meat. Low production of foodstuffs bring about a decrease in agricultural sector contribution to GDP. This article aims to evaluate the effectiveness of government policy on food and fiscal policy support. Using secondary data, the study tries to describe using the approach of 'The Context, Links, and Evidence Framework". The study concludes that although the government has a strong commitment to have food sovereignty, but still difficult to achieve food selfsufficiency and food security. Therefore the authors recommend a policy package which includes nine priority programs to be considered by the government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality to customer loyalty; analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and analyze the influence of price, product quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Permata Housing Royal Garden Malang. This research is included in the explanatory research category, i.e to find out whether an associate variable or not with other variables, or whether a variabel is caused or influenced or not by other variables. The population in this study is all users of home buyers and who occupy the house in Permata Royal Garden Malang, amounting to 119 people. The sampling technique used is to use the census, which takes the entire data from users who buy and occupy the house in Permata Housing Royal Garden. After the research, the data collected were 87 respondents, because 32 home users are empty and not occupied. The analysis technique uses path analysis.Price and quality of the product can increase customer satisfaction, it indicates that customer satisfaction will be created with reasonable price, affordable, isesuai with its quality, competing price, price discount and good quality of production. In this case if the price of a house in Permata Royal Garden is reasonable and affordable, in accordance with its quality, competitive prices, discounted price and good product qualityof home buyers satisfied The price and quality of products that match the expectations of consumers will give rise to satisfaction for consumers and build customer loyalty levels. The price of the house and the qualification of a good product of the Royal Garden Gem can provoke customer loyalty to say positive things to others. Consumer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty. Level consumers' feelings after comparison of what they accept and their expectations that customer satisfaction will lead to customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate price effects, product quality to customer loyalty, which means that the price, quality of home products in the Courtesy of Royal Garden well-matched and goodwill can increase customer loyalty, when the customer feels satisfied with the home purchased at Permata Royal Garden.

Abstract

Hospital offers health services for healing and rehabilitation, essential presence was felt by the community, hospitals., which provide health care for every patient, was often faced the same problems. The patient's dissatisfaction with the services provided by these hosp_ita(s was one of the problem. Regzonal General Hospital (Hospital) XYZ is a public hospital that moves local governments in the public health service in the region. Balanced Scorecard performance measurement system was used togive considerationfor the executive. Hospital performance based onfinancial persepectifweigths was 35%. The second persyective in performance measurement weight was 25%. Internal business process perspective of performances weight was 20%. The Final perspective on the Balanced Scorecard perf9rmance measurement in hospitals was learning and growth that has weight of20%. with performance indicators in this perspective was the number of physician speczalists and the number of employees trained for  0.40 or 40%

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan pelaksanaan dukungan belajar PAI orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran PAI di SDN Ujunggebang I Sukra Indramayu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini diambil dari 60 responden terdiri dari kelas I, II, III, IV, V dan VI dengan menggunakan teknik stratified sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan intrumen angket untuk mencari data dukungan belajar PAI orang tua (X) dan menggunakan hasil nilai ujian semester untuk data prestasi belajar PAI (Y). Adapun metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dk pembilang 1 dan dk penyebut = N–2=58 diperoleh F tabel sebesar 4,01 sedang Freg sebesar 5,0484164. Jika dibandingkan keduanya Freg > Ftabel. Sedangkan sumbangan (X) terhadap (Y) sebesar 0,08 (8%) dengan persamaan garis regresinya yaitu, Ŷ =47,7373755 + 0,53767865 X. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis variabel dukungan belajar PAI orang tua dan variabel prestasi belajar PAI siswa di SDN Ujunggebang I Sukra Indramayu pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 keduanya menunjukan signifikan, berarti variabel dukungan belajar PAI orang tua berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar PAI di SDN Ujunggebang I Sukra Indramayu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumbangan dan bahan informasi bagi khasanah ilmu pengetahuan dan civitas akademika dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan dilingkungan SDN Ujunggebang I Sukra Indramayu, dan juga bagi orang tua agar senantiasa memberikan perhatian dan bimbingan kepada peserta didik sehingga peserta didik dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya khususnya dalam mata pelajaran PAI. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and try to build a maqasid sharia-based mall index. This research uses Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assess the extent to which maqashid syariah index is achieved. The results show that Aeon Mall has a lower weight compared to Cibinong City Mall. The difference in the empowerment index of the two malls lies in the indicators of hifzunnafs, hifzuaql, and hifzubiah. Aeon Mall excels in the hifzuaql indicator, while Cibinong City Mall excels in the hifzunnafs and hifzubiah indicators. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that to find out that a mall can be said to be sharia compliant not only seen from one factor, but seen from several Maqasid Syariah indicators. This indexation can be considered in the future for measurements/calculation of the same object.

Abstract

Abstract- In the recent years, fashion brands and retailers in the West have introduced supplier’s codes of conduct to strengthen international labour standards in their supply chain. Village funds have been allocated since 2015, and increase overtime. In 2015, the allocation of village funds amounting to Rp.28.8 trillion increased to reach Rp60 trillion in 2018. Village funds were used to finance government administration, implementation of development, community development, and community empowerment. This research uses the difference-in-difference (DID) which is adapted to continuous treatment method to analyze the impact of village funds on the work of rural communities. The analysis uses "repeated" cross section data from SUSENAS 2012-2017. We found that an increase in village fund per capita was more likely to raise the labor hours in agriculture and service industries, primarily on non-Java islands. The recommendation of this study is the need for regulation to standardize the proportion of village funds allocation based on the demographic (or number of poor people) and geographical (land area) conditions of the regions. Moreover, increasing the effectiveness of organizational management can be implemented by increasing the capacity of village officials.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangannya posisi TKBM di Pelabuhan menjadi sangat penting, ini dapat dilihat dengan semakin banyaknya kapal-kapal nasional yang mulai memadati pelabuhan-pelabuhan di Indonesia sehingga sangat membutuhkan para tenaga kerja bongkar muat yang memiliki keahlian serta kehandalan dalam menggunakan alat – alat pada saat bongkar muat. Oleh karena itu, kinerja TKBM memegang peranan penting dalam proses bongkar muat di Pelabuhan. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja tenaga kerja bongkar muat, yaitu kompetensi, pelatihan dan usia, suatu studi literatur bidang kepelabuhanan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja bongkar muat; 2) pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja bongkar muat; dan 3) usia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja bongkar muat.

Abstract

This research is based on an incident that occurred on March 4 2021 at exactly 08:20 LT (Local Time) when the ship was docked at the port of Merauke, Papua, a theft occurred which resulted in the paint being in the bosun store as well as personal belongings belongings of the ship's crew were lost stolen. So the author raises the problem of how the guard service is carried out when the ship is docked at the port with the aim of knowing the implementation of the guard service on the John Lie Training Ship when the ship is docked at the port. The method used in this research is a qualitative method which produces descriptive data in the form of written words from people and observed behavior. The data source used is primary data obtained directly from the research site by making observations, which are related to the title of the thesis. The results of research and discussion of problems in this thesis show that the implementation of guard duty on the John Lie Training Ship has not been carried out optimally. This was due to a lack of understanding of responsibilities while carrying out guard duties while docked at the port and a lack of communication between the officer on duty and the crew on duty.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pertumbuhan UMKM di sektor makanan dan minuman yang menunjukkan persaingan yang ketat. UMKM saat ini berkompetisi untuk mendominasi pasar dengan perencanaan pemasaran yang baik untuk memperoleh citra yang positif di mata konsumen serta mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada. Melalui penjabaran faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan menggunakan Bauran Pemasaran (marketing mix) dan Porter’s Five Forces, dihasilkan strategi pemasaran yang dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan penjualan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan, serta merancang strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan angka penjualan bagi UKM Meal Box Indonesia. Hasil perhitungan memperoleh 29 faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan penjualan UKM Meal Box Indonesia terdiri dari faktor internal meliputi 10 faktor pada strength dan 7 faktor pada weakness, sedangkan faktor eksternal terdapat 6 faktor pada opportunities dan 6 faktor pada threats. Serta adanya 18 alternatif berdasarkan hasil brainstorming menggunakan matriks SWOT. Abstract. The growth of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector shows intense competition. MSMEs are currently competing to dominate the market with good marketing planning to obtain a positive image in the eyes of consumers and retain existing customers. By describing the company's internal and external factors using the Marketing Mix and Porter's Five Forces, a marketing strategy is produced that can help the company increase sales. This research aims to identify the company's internal and external factors that can increase sales, as well as designing the right marketing strategy. to increase sales figures for Indonesian Meal Box SMEs. The calculation results obtained 29 factors that influence the increase in sales of Indonesian Meal Box SMEs consisting of internal factors including 10 factors on strengths and 7 factors on weaknesses, while external factors include 6 factors on opportunities and 6 factors on threats. And there are 18 alternatives based on the results of brainstorming using the SWOT matrix.
