Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi performansi perusahaan adalah keberadaan pemasok (supplier) yang berperan sebagai pemasok bahan baku. Keberadaan pemasok ini sangat menentukan kelancaran proses produksi dan produk yang akan dihasilkan. Suatu perusahaan harus bisa memilih pemasok terbaiknya. Pemilihan pemasok merupakan sebuah Multi- Criteria Decison Problem (MCDP), karena banyak faktor yang bersifat kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dapat memengaruhi performansi pemasok. Fuzzy AHP adalah salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam penyelesaian MCDP. Pada penelitian ini dibangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL untuk pemilihan pemasok terbaik dengan menggunakan 6 kriteria yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan perusahaan. Kriterianya adalah quality, delivery performance history, warranties and claim policies, price, order fullfillment lead time, dan total logistic management cost. Masing-masing kriteria tersebut akan dibobotkan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy AHP. Pada implementasinya dihasilkan bobot kriteria quality sebesar 50,7634%, price 47,1425%, order fulfillment lead time 1,8737%, delivery performance history 1,4860%, total logistic management cost 0,0392%, warranties and claim policies 0,0326%. Kriteria hasil pembobotan ini akan digunakan untuk mendukung penilaian kinerja pemasok. Hasilnya, akan diperoleh nilai kinerja masing-masing pemasok sehingga bisa diketahui pemasok terbaiknya. Sistem pemilihan pemasok dengan metode ini mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih objektif dibandingkan dengan pemilihan secara manual. The existence of these suppliers are very determine the smoothness of the production processes and products that will be generated. A company must be able to choose the best suppliers. Selection of suppliers is a Multi-Criteria Decison Problem (MCDP), because many factors are qualitative and quantitative data can affect the performance of suppliers. Fuzzy AHP is a method that can be used to solve MCDP. In this study, we developed a decision support system (DSS) using PHP and MySQL for the selection of the best suppliers by using 6 criteria. These criteria are tailored related to the company’s conditions and needs. They are quality, delivery performance history, warranties and claim policies, price, order fullfillment lead time, and total logistics management cost. Each of these criteria are weighted using fuzzy AHP method. The implementation using given data show that weight of each criteria as follows: quality 50.7634%, 47.1425% price, order fulfillment lead times 1.8737%, 1.4860% delivery performance history, total logistics management cost 0.0392%, warranties and claim policies 0.0326%. These weighted criteria is used to support suppliers performance evaluation. As a result, it would obtained the value of each supplier performance so the company know the best suppliers. Sebagian besar universitas menawarkan suatu unit yang mendukung pendidikannya. Salah satu unit yang mendukung aktivitas tersebut adalah perpustakaan. Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu unit penyedia pendukung kegiatan perkuliahan hendaknya dapat menarik mahasiswa untuk menggunakan fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Tanpa ada ketertarikan dan kenyamanan mahasiwa untuk menggunakan fasilitas perpustakaan maka keberadaan perpustakaan tersebut akan menjadi hal yang sia- sia. Mahasiswa S2 yang berkumjumg pada perpustakaan Teknik Industri PTN X sangat kurang. Mereka lebih nyaman berkunjung pada perpustakaan pusat. Paper ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana penilaian dan keinginan mahasiswa S2 Teknik Industri terhadap fasilitas yang diberikan oleh perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 25 orang mahasiswa S2 yang aktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner (metode Survei) dengan menggunakan dimensi Parasuraman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa semua gab variabel bernilai negatif, tiga variabel dengan nilai negatif tertinggi antara lain Better -1,65, Reliability -1,48, Faster -1,43 yang berarti mahasiswa S2 Teknik Industri PTN X masih kurang puas dengan fasilitas yang disediakan Perpustakaan Teknik Industri PTN X. Library as one unit of activity classes, support providers should be able to attract students to use the facilities offered. Without the interest and convenience of students to use library facilities, the existence of these libraries will be futile. Graduated Students that visit Industrial Engineering library in PTN X is very lacking. They are more comfortable visiting the central library. This paper aims to examine how assessment and Graduated Students of Industrial Engineering desires of the facilities provided by the library. This study using a sample of 25 active graduated students. The method used was interviews and questionnaires (survey method) using Parasuraman dimension. Based on research result shows that all variables have negative gab value, the worst of variables are Better -1,65, Reliability -1,48, Faster -1,43, which means that graduated students of Industrial Engineering is still not satisfied with the facilities provided by the Library of Industrial Engineering in PTN X. Algoritma Pemrograman dan Struktur Data adalah mata kuliah yang sangat vital dalam pengajaran di jurusan-jurusan yang berbasiskan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Dalam praktiknya banyak mahasiswa yang merasa kesulitan dalam memahami prinsip dasar pemrograman. Salah satu pendekatan modern yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan menggunakan Game Based Learning. Hanya saja media ini belum digunakan di Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Trunojoyo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi analisis komperatif penggunaan suatu media baru untuk pembelajaran mata kuliah Algoritma Pemrograman dan Struktur Data dengan menggunakan tools pembelajaran berbasis game yang sudah ada. Tools yang diusulkan akan diuji coba terhadap mahasiswa yang belum pernah mendapatkan mata kuliah tersebut, dan hasil yang diharapkan adalah adanya peningkatan kompetensi keahlian pemrograman dibandingkan dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang selama ini dilakukan. In practice, many students who find difficulty in understanding the basic principles of programming. One modern approach is proposed to overcome this problem is to use the game-based learning. It’s just that the media has not been used in the Department of Informatics University Trunojoyo. This study aims to conduct comparative analysis of studies using a new medium for learning courses programming and data structure algorithm by using game-based learning tools that already exist. The proposed tools will be tested against students who have never get the course, and expected outcomes is the increasing competence of programming skills than the use of instructional media that had been done. Testosteron sebagai hormon steroid merupakan hormon yang bersifat anabolik dan androgenik. Sifat androgenik lebih menonjol karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan organ reproduksi, organ seksual sekunder dan kelenjar aksesoris kelamin. Teripang mengandung zat bioaktif berupa senyawa steroid. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kandungan testosteron pada juvenile udang galah terhadap keberhasilan mendapatkan jantan fenotif. PPeerrllaakkuuaann pemberian ekstrak teripang pada juvenil udang galah dengan metode perendaman (dipping), menggunakan empat perlakuan dosis yaitu 0, 10, 15, dan 25 mg/L dan 3 ulangan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan dua kontrol positif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan perendaman ekstrak teripang berpengaruh terhadap kandungan testosteron dalam haemolymph udang windu. Androgenic properties are more prominent because it influences the growth of reproductive organs, secondary sexual organs and accesory genital glands. Sea cucumbers contain bioactive substances in the form of steroid compounds. This study aimed to identify levels of testosterone in juvenile prawns to the success of getting male phenotypes. Treatment of extract of sea cucumber in juvenile prawns with immersion method (dipping), using a four-dose treatment of 0, 10, 15, and 25 mg / L and 3 replications with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) and two positive control. Tembakau Madura mempunyai rasa serta aroma yang khas dan spesifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemangkasan tembakau setelah panen dan jarak tanam kacang tanah dalam tumpangsari terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tembakau dan kacang tanah, yang dilakukan di Desa Lobah Kecamatan Pademawu Kabupaten Pamekasan, dimulai sejak bulan September sampai November 2009. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) menggunakan faktor tunggal, diulang 3 kali dengan uji BNT dengan taraf 5%. Perlakuan terdiri atas 2 faktor yaitu: Pertama jarak tanam kacang tanah yang terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu: A1 = jarak tanam kacang tanah 20 × 20 cm, A2 = jarak tanam kacang tanah 30 × 20 cm, Kedua setelah panen tanaman tembakau dengan perlakuan pemangkasan dengan terdiri dari 4 taraf: B1 = Pangkasan 15, B2 = Pangkasan 20, B3 = Pangkasan 30, B4 = Tanpa pemangkasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemangkasan batang tanaman tembakau setelah panen (B2) tinggi 20 cm (A1) jarak tanam 20 × 20 cm cenderung memberikan memberikan nilai tertinggi terhadap luas daun sehingga berpengaruh terhadap bobot basah tanaman tembakau. Perlakuan pemangkasan dengan tanpa pemangkasan B4 pada umur 4 MST dan jarak tanam 30 × 20 memberikan nilai tertinggi terhadap jumlah tunas tanaman tembakau. This study aims to determine the influence of tobacco after harvest pruning and plant spacing on peanut intercropping on growth and yield of tobacco and peanuts, which is done in the Village District Lobah Pademawu Pamekasan District, starting from September to November 2009. Research using randomized block design using a single factor, repeated 3 times with LSD with a level 5%. Treatment are consists of 2 factors: First peanut spacing consisting of 2 levels: A1 = peanut spacing 20 × 20 cm, A2 = spacing of 30 × 20 cm peanuts, two after the harvest of tobacco plants by pruning treatment consisted of 4 levels: B1 = clipping 15, B2 = clipiing 20, B3 = clipping 30, B4 = without pruning. The results showed Trimming tobacco plant stems after harvest (B2) height 20 cm (A1) spacing of 20 × 20 cm tend to provide the highest value of leaf area and therefore contributes to the wet weight of tobacco plants. Treatment of pruning with no pruning at age 4 B4 MST and spacing of 30 × 20 gives the highest value of total tobacco plant shoots. Keywords: tobacco madura, intercropping, pruning and plant spacing.

REKOMENDASI TEKNIS PENGANGKATAN MATERIAL DAN WAKTU ISTIRAHAT PADA AKTIVITAS ANGKAT-ANGKUT TRADISIONAL WANITA MADURA Umami, Mahrus Khoirul

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh rekomendasi teknis pengangkatan material secara manual dan lama jeda-istirahat pada aktivitas angkat-angkut tradisional perempuan Madura. Rekomendasi teknis didasarkan pada Persamaan NIOSH, yaitu Recommended Weight Limit (RWL). Perhitungan RWL dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan berat material yang diangkat sebaiknya tidak lebih dari 10 kg dan jarak maksimum subjek ke bahan tidak lebih dari 35 cm. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata lama jeda-istirahat yang dibutuhkan adalah 11,88% (SD. 5,26%) dari durasi pekerjaan. Dalam hal ini, subjek membutuhkan rata-rata 1,78 menit (SD. 0,79 menit) istirahat setiap 15 menit kerja. Untuk durasi pekerjaan yang lebih lama dibutuhkan durasi jeda-istirahat yang lebih lama juga, karena panjang istirahat sebenarnya waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh untuk pemulihan setelah melakukan aktivitas kerja. Kata kunci: penanganan material manual, jeda-istirahat AbstractThe objective of this study is to obtain technical recommendations for manual materials lifting and duration of rest-break on traditional lift-transport activity of Madurese women. Technical recommendations were based on NIOSH Equation, i.e Recommended Weight Limit (RWL). The calculations of RWL were carried out using secondary data obtained from previous study. The results of study recommended the weight of lifted materials should be not more than 10 kg and the maximum distance of materials not more than 35 cm to the subject. The results also showed that the average of required rest-break duration was 11.88% (SD. 5.26%) of the work duration. In this case, the subject required an average of 1.78 minutes (SD.0.79 minutes) break every 15 minutes of work. For a longer duration of work required a longer duration of rest-breaks as well, because the long of break is actually the time needed by the body for recovery after doing many activities. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon tanaman tembakau rajangan madura (Nicotiana tabacum L.) varietas prancak-N2 terhadap pemberian dosis pupuk NPK. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (sederhana) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yaitu P0 = Galat 0 g/tanaman, P1 = NPK 5 g/tanaman, P2 = NPK 7 g/tanaman, dan P3 = NPK 9 g/tanaman. Dengan parameter pengamatan Tinggi tanaman, Jumlah daun, Luas daun, Bobot segar bagian atas tanaman (g), Bobot segar bagian bawah tanaman (g), Bobot segar total tanaman (g), Bobot kering bagian atas tanaman (g), Bobot kering bagian bawah tanaman (g), Bobot kering total tanaman (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanaman tembakau rajangan Madura (Nicotiana tabacum L.) varietas prancak-N2 lebih efektif menggunakan dosis pemupukan NPK 7 g/tanaman dalam meningkatkan produksi yaitu pada luasan daun tembakau. This research use randomized block design (simple) with 4 treatment and 3 replication are P0 = error 0g/plant, P1 = 5gNPK/plant, P2 = 7g NPK/plant and P3 = 9g NPK/plant. The observation parameters are plant height, leaf number, leaf area, fresh weight of plant parts (g), lower plant fresh weight (g), total plant fresh weight (g), the top of the plant dry weight (g), dry weight parts bottom of the plant (g), total dry weight (g). The results showed that tobacco plants sliced Madurese (Nicotiana tabacum L.) varieties-N2 Prancak more effective use of NPK fertilizer dose of 7 g/plant in increasing the production of tobacco leaf in the area. Penelitian ini menganalisis sampai sejauh mana kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan atribut-atribut pelayanan menurut customer dengan kinerja yang telah dilakukan Sampel yang diambil adalah customer PDAM sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling accidental sampling, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja/kepuasan nasabah. Analisis ini menggunakan metode servqual dan diagram kartesius dengan membagi empat kuadran. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan tingkat kepuasan customer yaitu kemudahan dalam menyampaikan keluhan, lama gangguan, daya tanggap terhadap permasalahan customer, kemudahan berkomunikasi dan kesopanan pegawai, keramahan, keakrapan petugas pembayaran rekening. The samples taken are customers of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Analysis method is the analysis of importance and performance or customer satisfaction. This analysis used methodof Analysis and Servqual Cartesians Diagram by dividing the four quadrants. The results obtained show that there are some issues related to the level of customer satisfaction that is easy to complain, the old problems, responsiveness to customer problems, ease of communication and employee’s courtesy, friendliness and familiarity of account payment officer. Paru-paru adalah salah satu organ pada sistem pernapasan yang berfungsi sebagai tempat bertukarnya oksigen dari udara yang menggantikan karbondioksida di dalam darah. Fungsi paru-paru dalam tubuh manusia sangat vital, namun manusia cenderung melupakan organ paru-paru dan merusaknya dengan merokok dan menghirup udara yang terpolusi. Manusia juga sering meremehkan datangnya penyakit seperti batuk. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, penulis membuat sebuah sistem untuk mendeteksi jenis-jenis gangguan paru-paru. Di dalam ilmu kedokteran, metode untuk mendeteksi adanya gangguan paru-paru adalah dengan anamnesa, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan laboratorium dan gambaran radiologi. Jaringan Saraf Tiruan adalah suatu arsitektur jaringan untuk memodelkan cara kerja sistem saraf manusia (otak) dalam melaksanakan tugas tertentu. Penelitian ini merancang sistem jaringan saraf tiruan untuk mendeteksi gangguan paru-paru menggunakan metode backpropagation, sistem ini mampu memecahkan masalah dalam mendiagnosis gangguan paru-paru yang menyerupai seorang pakar. Dari hasil analisa diketahui tingkat keakuratan sistem sebesar 99,75%, dari 160 pasien yang dianalisis ternyata terdapat 4 pasien gagal dianalisis. Gangguan paru-paru yang paling banyak diderita yaitu asma bronchial dan asbestosis yang berjumlah 13 penderita. Jumlah pasien yang paling banyak menderita gangguan paru-paru berjenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu sebanyak 110 pasien dan berada pada usia sekitar 21–30 tahun. Kata kunci: sistem pakar, jaringan saraf tiruan, paru-paru, backpropagation AbstractLung is one of respiration system organ that has function as a place to change over oxygen from the air and replace carbon dioxide in blood. Lung’s function for human body is vveerryy vital, but hhuumman tend to forget and damage it with cigarette and polluted air. Human also often look down when it come to disease like cough. Depend on these problems; writer’s trying to make a system to detect pulmonary dysfunction. In medical science, methods to detect pulmonary dysfunction are anamneses, physical examination, and inspection of laboratory and radiology description. These systems are able to cover the whole methods so detection is more accurate using artificial neural network. Artificial neural network is a network architecture that modeling the way human neural system works in doing certain duty. This research designs an artificial neural network system to detect lung dysfunctions. This system able to solve problem in diagnosing lung dysfunctions using backpropagation method like an expert. The analysis shows that the system’s accuracy reach 99.75%, from 160 patients analyzed, there are 4 patients failed. Most suffered lung dysfunctions are asthma bronchial and asbestosis with 13 patients. Patients that most suffering lung dysfunctions are men with 110 patients and at the age about 21–30 years old. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun suatu sistem pencarian karya tulis ilmiah berbasis web memanfaatkan teknologi sistem rekomendasi. Setiap pengguna dapat mencari karya tulis tertentu sesuai dengan kata kunci. Pengguna kemudian akan ditawarkan beberapa penelitian lain yang terkait dengan karya tulis yang sedang diakses. Pada penelitian ini, dari beberapa percobaan yang telah dilakukan, namun dengan jumlah paper kurang dari lima puluh, aplikasi web yang dibangun sudah memperlihatkan hasil yang baik. Beberapa kesalahan masih ditemukan. Kadang pencarian kemiripan antara query dengan daftar paper atau kemiripan antara satu paper dengan paper lainnya memberikan nilai kemiripan yang besar, di atas 70%, padahal tingkat kemiripan sebenarnya tidak sebesar itu. Terdapat paper dengan derajat kemiripan rendah padahal sebenarnya merupakan paper yang sangat dekat dengan paper yang sedang dibaca. Kesalahan-kesalahan ini, kemungkinan besar disebabkan tidak dilibatkannya abstrak dalam proses komputasi kemiripan. Teks yang terdapat pada judul pada beberapa kasus tidak merupakan representasi dari uraian paper. Penggunaan abstrak diyakini dapat mempertajam hasil kemiripan yang diberikan oleh sistem yang secara garis besar sudah berjalan baik ini. Kata kunci: kemiripan karya ilmiah, aplikasi web, sistem rekomendasi AbstractThis research attempt to develop a web�based search system of scientific writing using recommendation system technology. Each user can search for certain papers in accordance with the keyword. Users will then be offered several other papers related to the paper that is being accessed. In this study, from several experiments have been conducted, but with the amount of paper is less than fifty, the web applications have shown good results. Some errors are still found. Sometimes search for similarity between the query with a paper list or a paper with other paper gives a great similarity value, above 70%, although the similarity is actually not that big. There is a paper with a low degree of similarity when it actually is a paper that is very close to the paper being read. These errors, most likely due not involved paper abstract in the process of similarity computing. The text contained in the title in some cases do not constitute a representation of paper content. The use of abstract in similarity computing is believed to sharpen the results given by a system that largely has been running this well.
