Abstract

Wireless power transfer is an alternative distribution of electrical power without a physical relationship with the cable. In the study took a problem concerning the design series of receiver on transfer system power without wires that have not done research on the effect of its components such as the diameter of the coil, the ratio of the number of windings, and the type of coil. The components used as an experiment to determine the efficiency of energy transfer from the result electric power. The purpose of this study is used to determine whether the components or factors such as the diameter of the coil, the ratio of the number of windings, and the type of coil give effect to the energy transfer efficiency of the electrical power produced. Research conducted an experiment using a factorial design experiments 23 to solve this problem. Materials used and also used as a factor in the study include the diameter of the coil, the ratio of the number of windings, and coil types, and each factor has two levels. The experimental results showed that factors coil diameter, number of turns ratio and type of coil influence on the efficiency of energy transfer. Decision-making is seen from the results of the calculation of the value of F count greater than F table values. Keywords: Wireless Power Transfer, The Efficiency of Energy Transfer, Factorial

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis sampai sejauh mana kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan atribut-atribut pelayanan menurut customer dengan kinerja yang telah dilakukan Sampel yang diambil adalah customer PDAM sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling accidental sampling, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja/kepuasan nasabah. Analisis ini menggunakan metode servqual dan diagram kartesius dengan membagi empat kuadran. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan tingkat kepuasan customer yaitu kemudahan dalam menyampaikan keluhan, lama gangguan, daya tanggap terhadap permasalahan customer, kemudahan berkomunikasi dan kesopanan pegawai, keramahan, keakrapan petugas pembayaran rekening. Kata kunci: kualitas layanan, kepuasan customer, metode servqual dan diagram kartesius AbstractsThis study analyzes the extent to which the adjustment of the level of importance of service attributes according to customers with a performance that has made. The samples taken are customers of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Analysis method is the analysis of importance and performance or customer satisfaction. This analysis used methodof Analysis and Servqual Cartesians Diagram by dividing the four quadrants. The results obtained show that there are some issues related to the level of customer satisfaction that is easy to complain, the old problems, responsiveness to customer problems, ease of communication and employee’s courtesy, friendliness and familiarity of account payment officer. Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, methods and diagrams Cartesians servqual

Abstract

PT. X Provides paid internet services known as Indihome. The problem that occurs in Indihome Internet service is that there are 42.36% complaints from consumers to the service process provided by PT. X and there is a 7.46% complaint about the amount of the bill. The purpose of this study is to model and know what variables affect the quality of the Indihome Internet service. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Partial Least Square (PLS) is one of the multivariate statistical analysis techniques that can handle multiple response variables and an explanatory variable. The variables used are tangible, empathy, assurance, reliability and responsiveness. The results of the research are the increase of R square value after the implementation of the A5 indicator that does not meet the model PLS. All five variables affect the quality of indihome Internet service is 76,1%. Based on the hypothesis test results on the outer model It is said that the variable indicator is valid with p-value = 0 < 0,05. In testing the inner model obtained that the variable tangible and responsiveness has no significant effect on the quality of Internet service Indihome, while the variable empathy, assurance, reliability significantly affect the quality of service Indihome Internet.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is one of the animal feed companies which has some of the largest production units in Indonesia. This Feed Company has several brands of products on the market. The company's production line is indicated to have a problem, namely product defects. Defective products caused by the production process and also the process of storing raw materials and finished materials in the company. Related to the six sigma in it has a phase of define, measure, analyze, improve and control phases, is chosen to overcome the existing problems. From the define, measure and analyze phase, it is known that there are significant defects, namely defects with flea attributes in the production process, textures, lumps, and ticks in the inventory. From the results of the RPN assessment, it is known that tick defects on the production line are valued at 168, text 105 and ticks in the production process 90 so that from the results of the assessment the RPN is given recommendations for improvement with consideration of the highest RPN value. The recommended improvement recommendations are the installation of blowers and air temperature regulators in the company's storage section, conduct a design of experiment in stages to select the best raw materials by considering the quality problems of the products produced and thirdly, the improvement of the cleaning schedule in the cooler, spoting and also rotex on production machines to minimize the cause of defects.

Abstract

To enlarge market share a company has to produce quality product, accordance with what the consumers want. At the large step company has to be able to see and give more attention to the customer (consumer) satisfaction factors. In the next steps company can identify their customer loyalty to their products, that are factors or variables influence consumers loyalty to select to buy their products. There are many factors that can identify whether the consumer is loyal or not, such as by knowing the characteristics of a loyal consumer : a) buy regularly, b) buy outside the product line, c) refuse other products and show resistance from competitors power of attraction (not easily influenced by competitors power of attraction for the same products), d) recommend from mouth to mouth. Included in this research is PT. X that produce baby milk, needs approaches to identify satisfaction and finally customers loyalty. The results of this research show that consumers percieve service quality they received as not yet fulfill their expectations. Improvement priority should be started from Responsiveness, Emphaty, Assurance, Tangible and Reliability dimensions. All consumer satisfaction dimensions, both directly or simultaneously influence to consumers loyalty. Consumer satisfaction for Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty dimensions together influence to consumer loyalty of 54.66%. Whereas other variables influences outside the service quality dimension to consumer loyalty of 45.34%

Abstract

This research is to find out the marketing on marketing mix and formulating marketing strategies for development of the UKMBatik Pamekasan to be able to compete with other products.The analysis used in this research are importance performance analysis used to measure the marketing mixed on consumer perceptions, PGCV index used to determine the priority scale of marketing mixed and SWOT analysis used to formulating marketing strategies UKMBatik Pamekasan.This research result indicates that the variables product in consumer expectations that the quality of the product batik, a coloring material and subtle product batik.In variable price in the hope that the consumer products already satisfy customers. In variable promotion, consumers were unsatiable for UKM based on variables place it was amazed at the ease of getting people in product markets. Based on the analysis SWOT acquired marketing strategy on UKMBatik Pamekasan namely by increasing the quality of the people to gain market share of broader at home and globally, the government is helping UKM batik to improve product promotion out the land to use the market to provide a bargain price based on the economy condition and to improve relations with the public servants/governance institutions in order to keep consumer products batik Pamekasan.

Abstract

Technological developments that are currently very helpful in work, one of which is in the agricultural sector. Farmers currently do not use technology, even though using technology can help farmers in completing their work. This study used the fuzzy logic method to control the temperature and humidity of corn. Several previous studies have focused more on making corn drying devices so they cannot remotely monitor temperature and humidity in corn. The aim of this research is to create an IoT-based corn temperature and humidity control system with the fuzzy logic method. This research focuses on making tools and systems that can monitor corn temperature and humidity remotely by utilizing a mobile application. The results of this study were two tests, the first experiment used corn with low or wet humidity and normal temperature while the second experiment used corn with high temperature and low humidity. The first experiment in the drying process showed a significant increase from the corn moisture value which was initially 400 to 649 in 15 minutes, while from 649 to 1003 it took 10 minutes. The second experiment took approximately the same time as the first experiment, which was about 15 minutes. When the humidity value has started to rise from 759 to 1005 it only takes approximately 10 minutes.

Abstract

The use of intelligent technology in the modern era is widely used in all types of work. Technological developments in the livestock sector are so rapid, for example, with smart farming. Boiler chickens require temperatures of 29 – 35oC and humidity of 60 – 70% to maintain the life span and quality of the chickens. This study aims to build a Smart Chicken Farm monitoring system with automatic control based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with the fuzzy mamdani method as a decision-making system and mobile-based applications as monitoring media. After carrying out the testing process 5 times, the value generated from the sensor with fuzzy mamdani logic as decision making gives very good results characterized by no errors during the decision making process by fuzzy logic in setting ON and OFF on fans and heating lamps to maintain quality of temperature and humidity in smart chicken farm. The process of controlling and monitoring the smart chicken farm is applied in the form of a mobile-based application and runs well.

Abstract

Penentuan harga rumah di sebagian kota-kota besar di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah lokasi rumah. Lokasi rumah menunjukkan hubungan yang positip dengan harga rumah. Lokasi rumah dekat dengan pusat bisnis adalah salah satu hal yang menyebabkan harga rumah menjadi mahal. Disamping itu pusat pemukiman berdasar kepadatan penduduk di satu sisi menyebabkan harga rumah menjadi naik pada posisi yang lain menyebabkan harga rumah menjadi turun. Penelitian ini berbasis pada pemetaan harga rumah yang dipengaruhi oleh pusat bisnis dan pusat pemukiman penduduk dikota Surabaya. Pemetaan Harga rumah ini menggunakan metode Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). adalah suatu teknik yang membawa kerangka dari model regresi sederhana menjadi model regresi terboboti.
