Abstract

The accuracy of information is increasing rapidly as technological development. For the example, the information in determination of disaster severity. The disasters that can be determined is landslide. This determination can be conducted using the fuzzy method. One of method is neuro fuzzy. Neuro fuzzy is a combined method of two systems, fuzzy logic and artificial neural network. The accuracy of neuro fuzzy method can be increased by applying the information gain. The purpose of this study is to implement and to know the accuracy of the implementation of information gain as the selection of landslide data features. It conducted to the neuro fuzzy method in determining landslide prone areas. The distribution of training data and testing data was using 20 k-fold cross validation. The implementation of the neuro fuzzy method on landslide data was obtained an accuracy of 81.9231%. In the implementation of the neuro fuzzy method with information gain was conducted in classification process. The process will stop when the accuracy has decreased. The highest accuracy result was obtained of 88.489% by removing an attribute. So, it can be concluded the accuracy increase of 6.5659% in the implementation of the neuro fuzzy method and information gain in determination of landslide prone areas.

Abstract

Universitas Airlangga students often find it difficult to verify the mark that came out in the Kartu Hasil Studi (KHS) is called Study Result Card or courses taken in the Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) is called Study Plan Card, if there are changes to the data on the system used Universitas Airlangga. This complicated KRS and KHS verification process happened because the KRS and KHS documents that owned by student is easier to counterfeit than the data in the system. Implementation digital signature and QR Code technology as a solution that can prove the validity of KRS or KHS. The KRS and KHS validation system developed by Digital Signature and QR Code. QR Code is a type of matrix code that was developed as a code that allows its contents to be decoded at high speed while the Digital Signature has a function as a marker on the data to ensure that the data is the original data. The verification process was divided into two types are reading the Digital Signature and printing document that works by scanning the data from QR Code. The application of the system is carried out were the addition of the QR Code on KRS and KHS, required a readiness of human resources.

Abstract

Many irresponsible people who download other people's artwork then modify and redistribute the work of someone without permission by not including the owner's name. Based on that problem an attempt was made to provide an invisible watermark so as not to be easy to do the watermark removal process on the artwork, using a 2-level DWT and SVD combination method that can embed watermarks invisibly and increase watermarking resistance to the image from various image manipulation processes such as noise, JPEG compression, and so on. From combination method of DWT-SVD got the highest PSNR value with watermark image size 32x32 and 64x64 which is 59.2656 dB and 54.7414 dB, respectively.

Abstract

STMIK Bina Patria Magelang adalah sekolah tinggi yang berada di jalan Raden Saleh No.2 Magelang, yang membidangi dalam ilmu komputer. STMIK Bina Patria mempunyai file–file pekerjaan yang sangat penting dan privasi, sehingga perlu untuk adanya sistem yang berguna untuk backup file. Network Attached Storage (NAS) adalah sebuah server dengan sistem operasi yang dikhususkan untuk melayani kebutuhan berkas data. NAS dapat berbentuk perangkat yang siap pakai atau berupa sebuah software yang akan di-install-kan pada sebuah komputer agar berubah fungsi menjadi server NAS. Untuk software ini menggunakan NAS4Free yang berbasis linux. Model pengembangan sistem menggunakan Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), adapun siklus tahapannya berisi analysis, design, simulation, prototyping, implementation, monitoring sehingga perencanaan yang akan dilakukan diharapkan bisa maksimal. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap rata-rata upload-nya adalah 3,5 Mbps, sedangkan untuk rata-rata download-nya adalah 5,63Mbps.

Abstract

Purpose: The Javanese script generally has a basic script or is commonly referred to as the “carakan” script. The script consists of 20 letters with different levels of difficulty. Some letters have similarities, so research is needed to make it easier to detect the image of Javanese characters. Methods: This study proposes recognizing Hiragana's writing characters using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method. In the preprocessing stage, the segmentation process is carried out using the thresholding method to perform segmentation, followed by the Histogram of Gradient (HOG) feature extraction process and noise removal using median filtering. Histogram of Gradient (HoG) is one of the features used in computer vision and image processing in detecting an object in the form of a descriptor feature. There are 1000 data divided into 20 classes. Each class represents one letter of the basic Javanese script. Result: Based on data collection using the writings of 50 respondents where each respondent writes 20 basic Javanese characters, the highest accuracy was obtained at K = 1, namely 98.5%. Novelty: Using several preprocessing such as cropping, median filtering, otsu thresholding and HOG feature extraction before do classification, this experiment yields a good accuracy.

Abstract

Neuro Fuzzy is one method in the field of information technology used in diagnosing an disease. The application of Neuro Fuzzy is to identify disease. Genetic algorithms can be used to find solutions without paying attention to the subject matter specifically, one of which is an optimization problem. Typhoid or typhoid fever is a disease caused by Salmonella enterica bacteria, especially its derivatives. The diagnosis of typhoid fever is not an easy thing to do. This is because some of the indications experienced by patients also appear in other diseases. The number of patients with typhoid fever that requires accuracy in diagnosing typhoid fever based on indications caused. Based on this background this study aims to assist in the diagnosis of typhoid fever with 11 indication variables. This study uses medical record data for typhoid fever in 2017 Tidar Magelang Hospital. The method used is Neuro Fuzzy which optimizes the value of the degree of membership with genetic Algorithms. Then the value of the degree of neuro fuzzy membership is more optimal. The results of this optimization are the diagnosis of typhoid fever based on the variable of indications entered. From the research results obtained from the neuro fuzzy method get an 80% accuracy value and neuro fuzzy optimization results with genetic algorithms with a value of pc 0.5, pm 0.2 and max generation 25 the value of accuracy increases to 90%. Suggestions from this study, need to add more specific indication variables.

Abstract

Internet dan teknologi komputasi grid mengubah cara kita mengatasi masalah yang kompleks. Komputasi grid terus menjanjikan untuk memberikan kemampuan yang tinggi dari berbagai sistem dan teknik komputasi. Kemampuan mendistribusikan aplikasi pada beberapa mesin adalah salah satu aspek kunci dari komputasi grid. Salah satu penyedia librari komputasi grid adalah Globus Toolkit. Komputasi grid ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menjalankan aplikasi opsi put Amerika dengan menggunakan simulasi Monte Carlo. Simulasi Monte Carlo dapat meramalkan harga saham yang akan terjadi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak simulasi yang dilakukan maka semakin akurat nilai rata-rata harga saham. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak simulasi yang dilakukan, akan menghasilkan nilai opsi put yang konvergen dengan standard error yang kecil dan proses komputasi dengan menggunakan jumlah prosesor yang besar akan lebih cepat.

Abstract

Purpose: The increase in social media use of Facebook lite by using Android-based smartphones is quite high. Activities when communicating through the social media network Facebook Lite. Facebook lite can send a text message, image, or video. Not a few Facebook users lite social media abusing this app to commit fraud crimes, pornographic acts, or defamation actions from social media users Facebook lite. In such cases, it can be a digital forensic benchmark to get results from digital evidence from the Facebook lite application. Methods: In this investigation, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) research methods with various stages, namely Collection, Examination, Analysis, and Reporting. Result: Comparison and results of data conducted with forensic tools Magnet Axiom Forensic and MOBILedit Forensic Express Pro in the form of parameter data specified. Axiom Forensic Magnet data is 57.14%, while MOBILedit Forensic Express Pro data is 85.71%. Novelty: This data is the data of the performance results of both forensic tool applications in obtaining digital evidence on Facebook lite application.

Abstract

Measuring the performance of an agricultural extensionist is essential for future evaluation and monitoring. An appraisal of agricultural extensionist workers should be performed to determine the achievements achieved by each agricultural extensionist agent. For that according to Permentan 2013 every Agricultural organization is obliged to conduct agricultural extensionist performance appraisal. This study aims to measure the peformance of agricultural extensionist of Seluma Regency by using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) method because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, followed by a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number. This study aims to apply Fuzzy Simple Additive Wighted in the assessment of agricultural extensionist performance in Seluma district and to know the performance of agricultural extensionist workers in organizing agricultural extensionist. The system built is expected to facilitate BP3K sukaraja in carrying out routine performance appraisal of extensionist worker who has been a constraint in carrying out the appraisal performance appraisal. This system can result in accurate assessment of the performance of extensionist workers in accordance with the programs and work plans that have been made and implemented by agricultural extensionist.

Abstract

The increasing of the needs of  food crops raised several issues related to land use. The  problems of land used caused by the lack of information related to productivity and eligibility used of land. The goal of this research is to implementation a model of Grey forecasting GM(1,1) to forecast agricultural production, especially in food crops. GM(1,1) is used to built a model with limited data samples and generate good forecasts for short libertine forecasts. This research uses data from the production of food crops for the 2004-2013 it can be calculated by using the model of GM (1,1). The results showed the model GM (1,1) can produce highly accurate forecasts, from the experimental results for pattern trends generate value ARPE 5.74% or accuracy of forecasts reached 94.26% in crop production.
