Abstract

Measuring the performance of an agricultural extensionist is essential for future evaluation and monitoring. An appraisal of agricultural extensionist workers should be performed to determine the achievements achieved by each agricultural extensionist agent. For that according to Permentan 2013 every Agricultural organization is obliged to conduct agricultural extensionist performance appraisal. This study aims to measure the peformance of agricultural extensionist of Seluma Regency by using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) method because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, followed by a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number. This study aims to apply Fuzzy Simple Additive Wighted in the assessment of agricultural extensionist performance in Seluma district and to know the performance of agricultural extensionist workers in organizing agricultural extensionist. The system built is expected to facilitate BP3K sukaraja in carrying out routine performance appraisal of extensionist worker who has been a constraint in carrying out the appraisal performance appraisal. This system can result in accurate assessment of the performance of extensionist workers in accordance with the programs and work plans that have been made and implemented by agricultural extensionist.

Abstract

In order to build qualified and reliable agricultural human resources, it is necessary for professional, creative, innovative and global oriented Agricultural Extension workers in the provision of productive, effective and efficient extension services. Agricultural Extension is directed to carry out advisory and consultation tasks for the main actors and business actors in developing their agribusiness business, so the adoption of appropriate technology can run well and in turn increase the empowerment of the main actors, productions, productivity, income and welfare of farmers and their families. The performance of agricultural extension workers can be seen in the aspects of preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting, development of agricultural extension and agricultural extension profession profession. In addition, agricultural extension programs should be based on analysis of farmers needs and reflect current target audience conditions. Applying Simple Additive Wighted and Exponential Comparison Method in appraisal of farmer extension performance at UPT BPP Sukaraja aims to know the performance of agricultural extension in conducting counseling at UPT BPP Sukaraja. This is due to the lack of extension workers in BP3K Sukaraja. The results of the resulting assessment in the form of work performance ranking of each extension worker. Based on the results of the calculation both methods show the same performance rankings. With this is expected to make it easy for UPT BPP sukaraja in carrying out routine performance appraisal performance of extension workers who had been a constraint in conducting appraisal performance extension. Abstract

Unit Pelaksana Teknis Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian (UPT BPP) Sukaraja berupaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja penyuluh pertanian guna meningkatkan kualitas penyuluh, sebab kinerja yang negatif akan membawa perubahan tidak baik terhadap peningkatan hasil pertanian di wilayah binaan UPT BPP Sukaraja. Evaluasi kinerja penyuluh di UPT BPP Sukaraja dilaksanakan setiap tiga bulan dan enam bulan sekali. Selama ini, evaluasi dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kegiatan evaluasi tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan tepat waktu karena terkendala tenaga kerja yang tidak memadai. Model yang digunakan dalam kajian evaluasi kinerja penyuluh pertanian ini menggunakan motede Promethee (Preference Ranking Organizational Method for Enrichment Evaluation). Metode Promethee dilakukan pertama kali dengan menentukan bobot kualitatif alternatif dari setiap kriteria, menentukan tipe fungsi preferensi, menghitung nilai preferensi antar alternatif, menghitung index preferensi, kemudian menghitung nilai leaving flow, entering flow, dan net flow. Hasil penerapan metode ini menghasilkan komposisi rangking atau peringkat penyuluh pertanian yang baik, yaitu penyuluh dengan inisial Sd dengan nilai net flow 1,31106 dan yang membutuhkan pembinaan adalah penyuluh dengan inisial Sj dan Dm dengan nilai net flow -0,81665 dan -0,51111.  Technical Implementation Unit of the Agricultural Extension Center (UPT BPP) Sukaraja supports to improve the performance of extension agents in order to improve the quality of extension agents, because negative performance will bring changes in bad changes to the increase in agricultural yields in the target areas of UPT BPP Sukaraja. The performance evaluation of instructors at UPT BPP Sukaraja is conducted every three months and every six months. So far, evaluations have been carried out manually, so that evaluation activities cannot be carried out in a timely manner because of constraints on inadequate labor. In order to evaluate instructor's performance, a model namely Promethe (Preference Ranking Organizational Method for Enrichment Evaluation) was used. It was started with identifying certain alternatives and types of preferences function, followed by determining preferences value between alternatives. Afterwards, preferences index, leaving and entering value, and net flows should be calculated. The method produces good ranks of agricultural instructors, with initials Sd and a net flow value of 1.31106. Furthermore, it produces extension agents on initials Sj and Dm with Net flow values of -0.81665 and -0.51111.

Abstract

This study aims to diagnose disease in lovebirds using the Certainty Factor Algorithm. Lovebird is a type of bird that is much favored by the public. Lovebird is known as a race bird that has a unique song. However, the lack of knowledge of treatment for lovebirds if they are sick. Therefore, an expert system was designed to diagnose lovebird disease with the Certainty Factor method. This expert system is expected to be used by bird lovers. Love Bird. This expert system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The expert system created can make it easy for users to consult about lovebird diseases online. The research method used by the author is the waterfall method. The application of the Certainty Factor method in this Lovebird expert system can be used in determining Lovebird disease. So that this expert system can be used as a tool in diagnosing disease in Lovebird. The MySQL database can accommodate information and data from users who consult with this expert system. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the expert system for diagnosing Lovebird disease can provide convenience for users to consult about Lovebird disease.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create an expert system application that can be used to diagnose diseases caused by the coxsackie virus in children using the certainty factor method. Viral infectious disease is a collection of types of diseases caused by viruses that easily attack children. Diseases that often occur in children are caused by very vulnerable viruses, this is because the immune system in the child's body has not been fully developed. One of the viruses that often attack children, among others, is the Coxsackie Virus. Coxsackie is a type of disease caused by the Coxsackie virus, which is a type of RNA virus. This virus is transmitted through the fecal oral route, namely bacteria from feces or feces that move from one person to another and enter the mouth of the other person. This system is designed using PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. With this expert system, it is easier for users to consult about diseases caused by the Coxsackie Virus in children.

Abstract

The case data management process handled by Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office uses computers using office applications to create letters and tables of evidence for each case. The large amount of case data that comes in every day means that staff need quite a long time to make reports. Apart from that, the staff searched for data on cases that had occurred previously where there was a request from the head of the prosecutor's office, but this took quite a long time because the data that had been processed was already in the form of data archiving so that the staff had to manually search for the case data one by one. This reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of each staff member at Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office. The application of the Sequential Searching Method in searching for case data at Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office is a forum built to make it easier for staff at the office to manage case data and search for case data that has been entered. Apart from that, it can help staff in archiving data on cases that have been handled every month. To make it easier for staff to manage case data, a web-based application was built that can be accessed via a browser created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.
