Abstract

Globalization and free  trade  area  has  caused all organization change  their paradigm, including the higher education sector. To make sure that the process within auniversity has matched the proposed criterias, every university try to developan internal quality management system and complete it with standardized quality. Previous research were only try to find the correlation between internal quality management starndard and performance. This research is conducted in STMIK Dharma Wacana to know whether academic quality assurance system has an influence on improving the quality of academic service in STMIK Dharma Wacana. Pearson product moment correlation method is used to analyze the results of research that showed positive and significant results on the research hypothesis that was built. It shows that the implementation of the academic quality assurance system has an influence on improving the quality of academic services in STMIK Dharma Wacana. For further research can be tested external quality assurance system other to see the effect on the performance of universities.Keywords: Quality, quality management, service quality, performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the Value Change Value Rupiah and Indonesia Crude Price (ICP) And Its Influence on Stock Price Index (CSPI) amid Enforcement of MEAs 2015. The data used as a sample in this research is data JCI, ICP and Exchange Value rupiah is restricted to the data of late closing of each month during the observation period 2014-2015 year or towards the implementation of the AEC program. Reasons for the selection period of the year is used to get more accurate results in accordance with the current state. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis tool to examine the effect of exchange rate and any association between ICP value against JCI. The hypothesis of this study is "Value Exchange and ICP affect the JCI". Based on the calculation, the result that the hypothesis is proven, meaning that when the value of Rupiah and ICP changes the composite index will be affected. The implementation of MEA their situation basically no impact on economic activity significantly. This condition is seen by JCI during the observation period fluctuations in conditions in the range of stable value.Keywords: JCI, Indonesia Crude Price, Value Rupiah, Economy

Abstract

 The influence of motivation  to Employee’s Work Performance at the center Administration Of Bandung Padjadjaran University (study at general administration of Padjadjaran University). In line with globalization era, every university are demanded to prepare it’self become a ready university of compete with other company. The factor that partakes to achieve that purpose is a quality of human resources. Many kind of labour problems, one of them is low of work performance. The low of employee’s work performance could be influenced by motivation. Be aware of the important motivation with supported the increasing of employee’s work performance, therefore it need and effort to applied the motivation seriously. With motivation level increased, it would influence the employee’s work performance. From that fact, the purpose this research was conducted to know how high is the motivation level,employee’s work performance and how big is the influence of motivation to employee’s work performance at general administration of Padjadjaran University. The research method which used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The population of this research was taken from all at general administration University Of Padjadjaran employee’s which number in 225 person. The sample in this research amount to 65 person. In order to know how big the motivation to the employee’s work performance is used linear regression because the independent variable is two variables. Based on hypothesis and the writer’s research result, found out that there is a positive influence of motivation to employee’s work performance. Based on anova table showed the influence of motivation to employee’s work performance at general administration University Of Padjadjaran thus, the writer’s hypothesis was proven and acceptable. The recomendation which was given by the write to general administration University Of Padjadjaran is the increasing of employee’s work performance would be reached if the university capable of implementhing the motivation accurately by giving the quidance, support and corporation from superior to the lower class to capable of implementhing their job optimum, those believes and openness become a capital for the employee to reach the highest work performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Performance work, Explanatory Survey.

Abstract

This study objectives is to determine the attitude of domestic tourists from several tourism destinations in Indonesia, such as Bali, Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Solo, Lampung, and Palembang based on attitude forming attributes of domestic tourists toward the tourism destinations using Ideal Point model. Ideal Point model is chosen in this measurement because this model able to provide information about consumer desires (ideal) and consumer real feelings according to the importance of attribute. This research used the data of 400 respondents of domestic tourists with the survey method. The result of attitude analysis using Ideal Point model is that Bali has very good attitude interpretation from tourists prepective and is in the first rank. Then, it is followed respectively by Yogyakarta (very good), Bandung (good), DKI Jakarta (good), Surabaya (good), Semarang (good), Palembang (ordinary), and Lampung(ordinary). Keywords: Domestic tourists attitude, ideal point model, tourism destination

Abstract

The financial performance of transportation companies in Indonesia stock exchange gives long term contribution in providing information and decision of the company perfomance. Transportation company can attract investors because of its performance. The method used is the that is research that uses data collection methods by looking at the financial statements that exist in the stock exchange indonesia.From the financial statements can be seen transportation through ratio ratio of liquidity ,ratio solvability, and ratio prifitability .Result of the research that for the ratio of liquidity and  ratio  profitability of financial performance in good condition,while at the ratio solvability financial performance in the condition of the most value ratio of the company decreased.Keyword: Performance, Ratio Liquidity, Ratio Solvability, Ratio Profitability, Financial Report

Abstract

Dividend payout policy has an important impact for investors and for companies that pay dividends. Determination of the distribution of dividends becomes interesting problem because it will meet the expectations of investors, on the other hand the policy is not to inhibit the growth let alone threaten the survival of the company. The size of dividends to be paid by the company depending on the dividend policy of each company, so that management considerations are needed. It is thus necessary for the management to consider factors that influence dividend policy set by the company. The objective of research the effect of free cash flow, debt and the companys growth rate to dividend policy simultaneously and partially on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples are manufacturing companies with a total sample size of 6 companies. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.Keyword: Dividend, Policy, Growth.

Abstract

Every company or organization certainly wants to live long and keeps growing. To be able to live and grow well, a company is demanded to pay attention to human resource aspects existing in the organization, including job training and work motivation to the employees. This research was conducted at PT FIFGROUP Lampung Branch. The objective of the study was to know the impacts of job training and work motivation on the employee performance at PT FIFGROUP Lampung Branch both partially and simultaneously.It was a quantitative research using census method. The population in the study was all permanent employees of PT FIFGROUP Lampung Branch as 112 employees. The data of the research was collected by using interview, questionnaire, observation, and library research. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple regression analysis, t-test and F-test assisted with SPSS application in processing the data. The result shows that this research accepts the hypothesis that is the job training and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT FIFGROUP Lampung Branch either partially and simultaneously. To achieve a better performance, it is suggested to the company to pay attention to cost effectiveness aspects in conducting job training program, improving working hours in the organization and paying attention to job quality of the employees.  Keywords:       Job Training, Work Motivation, Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze customer satisfaction on services quality that have been provided by the workshop division of PT. Sumber Trada Motor Bandar Lampung. This type of research is descriptive quantitative used to describe the level of customer satisfaction of workshop services from PT. Sumber Trada Motor in Bandar Lampung and several initiatives to improve its services quality. Data collection techniques used were survey methods with questionnaires and the number of respondents who participated are 100 respondents. Analysis tools used to analyze the customer satisfaction on workshop Division of PT. Sumber Trada Motor are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). From the studies that have been done, the value of CSI service quality in the workshop division PT Sumber Trada Motor Bandar Lampung is 51.11% which means customers feel quite satisfied with the quality of services that have been given by the company. While from IPA, in order to increase customer satisfaction even more, the workshop division of PT Sumber Trada Motor needs to improve the performance in the speed of handling consumer complaints, the ability to provide services quickly and correctly, the problem of increasing knowledge and employee skills, personalized attention to consumers, and the establishment of customer safety and convenience.  Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Costumer Satisfaction Index, Importance Performance Analysis

Abstract

E-KTP program is now running in Bandar Lampung, the plan passes the E-KTP program was completed until April 2012 but until now many people have not implemented E-KTP program in their respective districts. Due to the administrative services in the district less than the maximum because the equipment is broken scanner, the Internet is often "crash" for hours cause the target of one unit of computer equipment reached 108 but only 70 reached the point that the process of creation of e-ID cards and the equipment stops just one for 90,000 people and things this is the "hot" because of their work time lost while waiting in line for too long in the district. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of public satisfaction index and determine the manufacture of standard operating procedures (SOPs) on E-KT program in each district as Bandar Lampung. Results from Tanjung Senang district to have the unit with the highest performance is Very Good with quality service and value IKM A 97.475. While Sukabumi district performing unit with the lowest predicate is Not Good with quality service and value IKM C 46.525. While the other 11 districts have a performance unit with the predicate B Good with quality of service and value that varies SMEs. While the results of SOP as a standard set of norms and allow members of the public and individuals know how the level of service expected/desired; standard focuses on the core and critical tasks that must be shown on the actual situation and in accordance with local conditions; standards improve efficiency and lead to resource utilization better power; standards improve staff utilization, staff motivation and standards can be used to assess the practical aspects of both the ground state and the post-basic education and training. Keyword : Community Satisfaction Index, Standard Operating Procedures, E-KTP Program

Abstract

Emersia Hotel is a four-star hotel located in the center of the town of Bandar Lampung on Jl. Robert Wolter Mongonsidi 70 Bandar Lampung. The problem in this research was the price at Emersia was lower but the number of customers decreased in each month and there were still customers who complained about the quality of service provided by Emersia Hotel. The aim of this research was to know the effect of price and service quality on customer loyalty of Emersia Hotel in Bandar Lampung, The data used were primary and secondary data. The population in this study was the customers in 2015 amounting to 242 customers at  Emersia Hotel Bandar Lampung. With the sample of 71 respondents. This research was a quantitative research and sampling used purposive sampling method. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing obtained determinant coefficient value R Squares amounted to 0,425 (42.5%) of consumer loyalty influenced by price (X1) and quality of service (X2), and the remaining 57.5% was influenced by factors or other variables. meanawhile the relationship of price and quality of services along with customer loyalty was equal to 0.652 (65.2%). Based on the result of data analysis, it is found that the price (X1) influence on customer loyalty (Y) of the Emersia Hotel in Bandar Lampung, service quality (X2) influence to customer loyalty (Y) of the Emersia Hotel in Bandar Lampung, price (X1) and services (X2) simultaneously influenced to the customer loyalty (Y) of the Emersia Hotel in Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Price, Quality of Service and Customer Loyalty
