Abstract

Publication becomes a very important thing in introducing or promoting thepotential of an area of any kind, be it the potential of human resources and thepotential of natural resources. In the era of Internet technology that has notprogressed as it is today, the first publication into an expensive thing to do, becausein publishing an information can only through newspapers and television, but withadvances in information technology, especially the internet makes anyone can publishany information very Easy and with very low cost too, especially with the developmentof social media. Social media is defined as an online medium where its users can easilyparticipate. Participate in the sense that someone will easily share information, createcontent or content to be conveyed to others, comment on inputs received and so on.All can be done quickly and unlimited (Utari: 2011). In the development of social media today almost all of the majority alreadyhave accounts in social media, but in reality majority social media users are still notaware to utilize social media for positive things. It is certainly less useful in the use ofsocial media. Abstract

Hydroponics is also known as the cultivation of plants without media. Hydroponiccultivation does not require a large area. Provided that the fulfillment of nutritionalneeds for the relevant plants are met and enough sunlight, then one can already growcrops using hydroponics as a medium. Since the area of RW06 and RW12 Putat JayaSub-District of Sawahan District formerly Dolly's ex-localization area ("Dolly Gang")is made up of many gangs, and each gang connects with other smaller gangs, hencehydroponic cultivation Suitable to apply there. Abstract

Community Service Activities is the implementation of IbM program in 2016 conducted by coconut seller business group in Tambak Rejo Waru Sidoarjo village.So far, the efforts made by these partners have been good but this condition still cannot be said optimally because the process used is still manually so that themanufacturing process takes a long time and the processing becomes less efficient.The purpose of this program is to help coconut business groups to develop theirbusiness with the help of coconut squeezer which is expected to improve the qualityand productivity of the business. The method is done by conditioning the situation with the condition of theobject. With the implementation of this program is divided into 2 parts of theimplementation of the activities of management training and the provision ofassistance of a squeeze tool of coconut and frezeer. Training is done in the field ofmanagement, namely finance, marketing and entrepreneurship and production. Theprovision of tools is intended to assist partners in improving quality and productivityand is expected to improve business profitability.

Abstract

Lanterns are the result of culture and characteristics of the ancient era of Asia, where at that time there is no light bulb as now as a source of lighting that can be made easilyand cheaply. This lampion besides being used as a lighting source can also be used todecorate the village to beautify the atmosphere in the village itself. To change theimage of our dolly localization using lanterns as one way to beautify the formerlocalization dolly located in kelurahan putat jaya. Abstract

The long term goal is to build a model of the nursery business partnerships forsustainable palm oil seedlings in order to meet the needs of oil palm seedlings in NorthSumatra. Specific targets to be achieved is to build partnerships in the nursery withnursery growers to produce quality seeds. The method used is to adopt a sustainableapproach in developing oil palm breeding in the Faculty of Agriculture UISU.Sustainable approach a synthesis of elements of ecological sustainability, economicsustainability and social sustainability / culture.Ecological sustainability is to maximize organic inputs to farming, by reducing asmuch as possible inputs inorganic. Attempts were made to provide good medium forseed planting with various organic materials such as compost, green manure andmanure, and the use of botanical pesticides. Nurseries carried out in two phases,namely pre-nursery and nursery. Economic sustainability is the nursery businessmanagement is set such that it becomes a source of income on an ongoing basisthroughout the year. Social sustainability / culture is to involve the community /farmers as seedlings and marketing partners. Abstract

This aims of this programme are to develop the industry management an increase theproduction of getuk lindri micro industry in Cagak Agung Village , Cerme Gresik. TheSuperficial targets that have been reached are 1) the appropriate technology in theform of getuk lindri mold machine and the colleague can operate it well, 2) thecolleague has the information of serving method and product innovation, 3) thecolleague has the ability to prepare financial bookkeeping administration.The methods that we use in this IbM are 1) traning 2) the guidance of Getuk Lindrimicro industry and 3) monitoring, observing, evaluating and reporting the result. Theimpact of the implementation of this IbM namely the increasing number of productionand how to present the product with a clean and attractive packaging. Abstract

Learning achievement is the maximum benchmark that has been achieved after thestudents do learning activities for a predetermined time. Motivation to learn is apsychological condition that encourages a person to do learning activities. From thesemotivations will encourage a student to continue learning in order to achieve theexpected goal of achievement in learning. Learning achievement is also determinedby the discipline in learning. Which means the ability to self-direct students bothmental and physical that takes place in the active interaction for learning activities inaccordance with the rules made by the school and the students themselves.

To win competition in business world, all businessman must have selling method effective efficiently in order to get right target and low east, toreach the target, the company should have same index parameter. Therefore, to achieve the success of an entrepreneur anda person who is not yet an entrepreneur requires a soul and knowledge aboutentrepreneurship and creativity in it, because the progress of time so fast someone will beleft if not have the skills, patience, and creativity. Plan strategic in competitive marketing started by analyze of competitor.Company differ value and customer satisfaction by value that be given price product,promotion, and distribution (marketing mix) on his competitor. With high competitionin trading , so strategic in marketing denotes me of important thing on enhance ofselling. Basically stratergy on marketing are wholl planning, integrated, and merge inmarketing fuld, can give guidance about activity will be done to get reach target ofmarketing in company. So strategy of marketing is very important to be needed toenhance of selling in the company, marketing strategy. Consists of, price , strategy ofdistribution , Strategy of promotion and place four strategy above also we called bymarketing mix. By four element of marketing mix above must be implemented base onlevel market competition will by target of company, on focus price strategy ormarketing strategy analysis to enhance off selling in marble company, and anotherstrategy four element of marketing mix improperly will make marketing activity, willbe useless and spend of human resource which is issued.
